Background

The guarantee of the compaction quality of the roadbed in the road engineering is an important link of roadbed construction. The traditional roadbed compaction quality detection method is used for detecting the roadbed compaction degree by point sampling after the rolling construction is finished, but has the defects of few measuring points, poor representativeness, large labor capacity, high possibility of being interfered by human factors and the like.

In order to overcome the defects, people provide an intelligent compaction technology, and the principle is that a vibration compaction measurement value is calculated through the vertical acceleration of the center of a vibration wheel of the road roller, and then correlation is established with the compaction degree of the roadbed, so that the continuous and quick detection of the compaction degree of the roadbed is realized. However, the interaction between the vibratory roller and the soil body to be compacted is very complex, and is easily influenced by various factors such as the moisture content of the soil body, the physical properties of the soil, the contact state between the vibration wheel and the soil body, the detection area and the influence depth, and the actual effect of calculating or determining the soil body compaction degree only through the vertical acceleration of the center of the vibration wheel of the roller is not ideal, so that the intelligent roadbed compaction control technology cannot be widely accepted at a later date.

mounting a strain sensor on the vibrating wheel, and detecting strain generated when the vibrating wheel rolls a roadbed by using the strain sensor so as to obtain strain data;

and obtaining a vertical acting force corresponding to the strain data based on the strain stress corresponding relation curve.

the acquisition unit is connected with the acceleration sensor and used for receiving acceleration data of the vibrating wheel detected by the acceleration sensor and performing twice integration on the acceleration data to obtain the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel.

The roadbed compaction quality detection device is further improved in that a vertical acting force, a vertical displacement and a roadbed compaction index comparison relation table is established in the processing unit;

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a roadbed compaction quality detection device and method, which can directly obtain the vertical acting force and the corresponding vertical displacement of a roadbed during rolling construction, and provide an important foundation for establishing a roadbed compaction index which is more accurate and has wider adaptability. The detection device and the detection method provided by the invention are beneficial to overcoming various defects of the existing intelligent compaction technology, give full play to the real value of the intelligent compaction technology, have a better application prospect and have remarkable social and economic benefits. The detection device and the detection method have the advantages of low cost, easy installation, simple operation, easy grasp, high practical value and strong popularization, and are beneficial to improving the efficiency and the precision of the detection of the compaction quality of the roadbed. The detection device and the detection method can be directly applied to various filling projects, greatly reduce the working strength of quality control, contribute to cost reduction and efficiency improvement of projects and have higher achievement transformation value. The roadbed compaction quality detection device and the roadbed compaction quality detection method are described in the following with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of the roadbed compaction quality detection device and the road roller is shown. Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a processing unit in the device for detecting a substantial amount of a roadbed pressure according to the present invention is shown. The roadbed compaction quality detection device is described with reference to fig. 1 and 5.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the roadbed compaction quality detection apparatus of the present invention includes an obtaining unit 21 and a processing unit 22, where the obtaining unit 21 is disposed on the road roller 10, and the obtaining unit 21 is configured to obtain a vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the vibration wheels 11 of the road roller 10 and a vertical displacement of the vibration wheels when the road roller 10 rolls the roadbed; the processing unit 22 is in communication connection with the obtaining unit 21, and the processing unit 22 is configured to determine and output a roadbed compaction index according to the obtained vertical acting force applied by the vibrating wheel to the roadbed and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel.

When the road roller 10 rolls a road foundation, the road roller 10 slowly walks on the road foundation, and a vibration wheel 11 arranged at the front part of the road roller 10 compacts the road foundation through rotation. The vertical force exerted on the roadbed by the vibrating wheel 11 acquired by the acquisition unit 21 is the force acting on the roadbed surface to compact the roadbed, and the vertical force is directly related to the compactness of the roadbed. The vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel obtained by the obtaining unit 21 is also the deformation of the road surface due to compaction, and the vertical displacement is also directly related to the compaction degree of the roadbed. The detection device provided by the invention can be used for accurately judging the compaction degree of the roadbed by directly acquiring the vertical acting force applied by the vibrating wheel to the roadbed and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel, so that the real-time accurate detection of the compaction quality of the roadbed is realized, and the rolling operation of the road roller can be directly guided.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the roadbed compaction quality detection device of the present invention further comprises a strain sensor 31 mounted on the vibrating wheel 11, wherein the strain sensor 31 is used for detecting strain generated when the vibrating wheel 11 rolls the roadbed so as to obtain strain data; the obtaining unit 21 is connected with the strain sensor 31, and the obtaining unit 21 receives strain data obtained by the strain sensor 31 and obtains a vertical acting force corresponding to the strain data based on the strain stress corresponding relation curve.

Preferably, the strain stress corresponding relation curve is established in advance, and the strain stress corresponding relation curve can be measured through a loading test, and can also be established through numerical simulation analysis and verification.

Further, a plurality of strain sensors 31 are provided on the inner surface of the vibration wheel 11 at intervals. The vibrating wheel 11 is in contact with the surface of the roadbed, and when the vibrating wheel 11 rolls the roadbed, the roadbed can generate reaction force to the vibrating wheel 11, so that under the condition that the vibrating wheel 11 interacts with the soil body of the roadbed, the strain sensor 31 can detect the strain condition of the vibrating wheel. And then according to the detected strain data, matched stress can be found from the strain stress corresponding relation curve, namely the vertical acting force.

Still further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the acquisition unit 21 is connected to the strain sensor 31 via the cable 24, and can receive strain data detected by the strain sensor 31.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the roadbed compaction quality detection device further comprises a force sensor mounted on the vibrating wheel 11, wherein the force sensor is used for detecting the vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the vibrating wheel 11. The acquisition unit 21 is connected with the force sensor, and the acquisition unit 21 receives the vertical acting force detected by the force sensor.

In the present embodiment, the force sensor is connected to the obtaining unit 21 through a cable, and the force sensor directly detects a vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the vibrating wheel and sends the vertical acting force to the obtaining unit 21.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the roadbed compaction quality detection device further comprises an acceleration sensor 32 mounted on the vibrating wheel 11, wherein the acceleration sensor 32 is used for detecting acceleration data of the vibrating wheel 11; the acquisition unit 21 is connected to the acceleration sensor 32, and is configured to receive acceleration data of the vibrating wheel detected by the acceleration sensor 32, and perform twice integration on the acceleration data to obtain a vertical displacement amount of the vibrating wheel.

Further, a plurality of acceleration sensors 32 are provided on the inner side surface of the vibration wheel 11 at intervals. When the strain sensor 31 is provided on the vibrating wheel 11, the acceleration sensor 32 is disposed at a position adjacent to the position of the strain sensor 31, so that the positions of the obtained vertical acting force and the vertical displacement amount are close to each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the roadbed compaction quality detection apparatus of the present invention further includes a triggering device 25 installed on the road roller 10, the triggering device 25 is in control connection with the obtaining unit 21, the triggering device 25 is configured to form a triggering signal and send the triggering signal to the obtaining unit 21, and the obtaining unit 21 obtains the vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the vibrating wheel 11 and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel based on the triggering signal.

Preferably, when the strain sensor 31 and the acceleration sensor 32 are mounted on the vibrating wheel 11, when the mounting positions of the strain sensor 31 and the acceleration sensor 32 are close to the roadbed, the triggering device 25 generates a triggering signal, and the control obtaining unit 21 receives the detection data of the strain sensor 31 and the acceleration sensor 32, that is, when the vibrating wheel 11 is in contact with the roadbed, the vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the corresponding vibrating wheel 11 and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel are obtained. Through the trigger device 25, the redundant data of the vertical acting force and the vertical displacement acquired by the acquisition unit 21 can be greatly reduced, so that the requirements of the device on the performance of the soft hardware are reduced, and the judgment efficiency of the roadbed compaction index is improved.

Further, the triggering device 25 includes a gear tooth 251 installed on a wheel shaft of the vibration wheel and a trigger 252 installed on a frame of the vibration wheel of the road roller, an end of the trigger 252 is disposed toward the wheel shaft of the vibration wheel, the wheel shaft of the vibration wheel rotates to drive the vibration wheel to rotate, and when the gear tooth on the wheel shaft rotates toward the trigger 252 and contacts with the trigger 252, the trigger 252 forms a triggering signal and sends the triggering signal to the obtaining unit 21. The installation position of the gear teeth 251 corresponds to the installation position of the strain sensor 31 and the acceleration sensor 32, the arrow direction in fig. 3 indicates the traveling direction of the vibration wheel 11, when the gear teeth 251 are in contact with the trigger 252, the corresponding strain sensor 31 and acceleration sensor 32 are close to the roadbed, and when the gear teeth 251 are rotated away from the trigger 252, the corresponding strain sensor 31 and acceleration sensor 32 pass through the lowest point of the vibration wheel 11 (i.e., the position where the vibration wheel is in contact with the roadbed) and are far from the roadbed.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a vertical acting force, a vertical displacement, and a roadbed compaction index comparison table are established in the processing unit 22; when the processing unit 22 determines the roadbed compaction index, the processing unit finds the corresponding roadbed compaction index from the established vertical acting force, vertical displacement and roadbed compaction index comparison table according to the obtained vertical acting force applied by the vibrating wheel to the roadbed and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel.

Specifically, in the case where the vertical acting force is the same, a smaller vertical displacement amount indicates a higher degree of compaction of the roadbed. The roadbed compaction index expresses roadbed compaction degree by using an index, and reflects the height of the roadbed compaction degree through the size of the index, so that roadbed compaction quality is reflected. Preferably, the index of the subgrade compaction index is 1 to 10, the index 10 indicates that the subgrade compaction degree is high, and the index 1 indicates that the subgrade compaction degree is low, that is, the higher the numerical value of the index is, the higher the subgrade compaction degree is. When a vertical acting force, a vertical displacement and a roadbed compaction index comparison relation table is established, the vertical acting force and the vertical displacement in the comparison relation table are in a range value, and the roadbed compaction index is a corresponding index.

When the vertical acting force and the vertical displacement are obtained, the processing unit 22 can find out the corresponding roadbed compaction index from the comparison relation table, and output and feed back the roadbed compaction index to the road roller 10. Therefore, the feedback of the corresponding roadbed compaction index can be obtained in real time in the roadbed rolling process of the road roller 10, and the rolling operation of the road roller 10 can be finished when the roadbed compaction degree corresponding to the roadbed compaction index meets the design requirement.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the acquisition unit 21 is mounted on the roller 10, preferably, the acquisition unit 21 is provided in the cab of the roller 10, and the acquisition unit 21 is a data acquisition instrument. The acquisition unit 21 is in communication connection with the processing unit 22 through the communication unit 23, and realizes the transmission and reception of communication data. The processing unit 22, upon receiving the corresponding vertical acting force and vertical displacement amount, also stores the vertical acting force and vertical displacement amount. The processing unit 22 may be located on the road roller 10 or may be located at a remote location, and the processing unit 22 is further connected to a display for displaying the outputted compaction index of the roadbed.

The invention also provides a roadbed compaction quality detection method, which is explained below.

As shown in fig. 6, the roadbed compaction quality detection method of the invention comprises the following steps:

step S101 is executed, when the road base is rolled by the road roller, the vertical acting force applied to the road base by the vibrating wheel of the road roller is obtained, and meanwhile, the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel is obtained; then, step S102 is executed;

and S102, judging and obtaining a roadbed compaction index according to the acquired vertical acting force applied to the roadbed by the vibrating wheel and the vertical displacement of the vibrating wheel, and outputting the roadbed compaction index.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the step of obtaining the vertical acting force exerted by the vibrating wheel of the road roller on the roadbed comprises:

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a strain sensor 31 is mounted on the vibrating wheel 11, and strain data is obtained by detecting strain generated when the vibrating wheel rolls the roadbed by using the strain sensor 31;

The detection device and the detection method have the advantages of convenience in installation and strong practicability, can transmit real-time roadbed compaction quality indexes, can accurately measure the vertical acting force and the vertical deformation of the roadbed when being rolled, and provide an important foundation for establishing more accurate roadbed compaction indexes.
