Background

Swivel construction is a common construction method in bridge engineering, and is widely applied to various bridges such as railways, rail transit or highways. The bridge swivel construction refers to a construction method for pre-forming a beam body section at a non-designed axis position, then taking the beam body section as a rotor, and rotating the beam body section to a bridge position axis position, so that the beam body section and a main structure of a bridge are butted in place. Currently, the most common swivel construction method is a horizontal swivel construction method. The horizontal swivel construction method can be classified into a pier bottom swivel method and a pier top swivel method according to the difference in the mounting position of the swivel device. The pier top swivel method is a novel swivel construction method appearing in recent years, and usually a swivel spherical hinge is arranged between the top end of a pier body and a beam body section, so that the upper beam body section can be driven to rotate through the swivel spherical hinge.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical scheme and advantages of the invention more apparent, the invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a self-landing beam swivel ball hinge, including: an upper spherical pendulum 11, a wear-resistant sliding plate 12, a lower spherical pendulum 13, a base plate 15 and a solid-liquid convertible material 19;

In the technical scheme of the invention, the self-falling beam swivel spherical hinge can be realized by using various realization methods. The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below by taking one implementation manner as an example.

For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a convex spherical surface is disposed in the middle of the lower surface of the upper pendulum 11, a pin hole 111 is disposed in the middle of the convex spherical surface, the lower pendulum 13 is disposed below the upper pendulum 11, the lower surface of the lower pendulum 13 is a circular plane, the upper surface of the lower pendulum 13 is a concave spherical surface matched with the convex spherical surface of the upper pendulum, and a pin 131 matched with the pin hole 111 is disposed in the middle of the concave spherical surface; the pin shaft hole 111 on the upper pendulum 11 is connected with the pin shaft 131 on the lower pendulum 13 in a matching way, and the matching clearance of the pin shaft hole 111 and the pin shaft 131 meets the swing stroke.

Preferably, a plurality of anchoring assemblies 113 are arranged on the upper pendulum 11, so that the upper pendulum ball 11 can be fixedly connected with the beam body section above the swivel ball joint through the plurality of anchoring assemblies 113. In addition, as an example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a sealing device is installed on the periphery of the bottom of the lower pendulum 13, and an outer side surface of the sealing device is tightly attached to the inner wall of the receiving groove 152, so that the sealing performance inside the receiving groove 152 is ensured, and thus, when the lower pendulum 13 descends while the solid-liquid convertible material 19 is converted into liquid, the liquid is prevented from overflowing along the inner wall of the receiving groove.

Preferably, the sealing means may comprise: a first sealing device 17 and a second sealing device 18, wherein the first sealing device 17 is arranged at the bottommost part of the lower pendulum 13, and the second sealing device 18 is arranged above the first sealing device 17.

The sealing device can adopt various types on the premise of meeting the sealing performance, wherein the sealing device comprises but is not limited to a V-shaped sealing ring, an O-shaped sealing ring, a Y-shaped sealing ring, a combined sealing ring and the like.

Preferably, the first sealing device 17 is a Y-shaped sealing ring; the second sealing device 18 is an O-ring.

For another example, preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, paraffin may be used as the solid-liquid convertible material 19.

The paraffin is solid at normal temperature, can be converted into liquid by heating or other means when the beam is required to fall, has the advantages of low cost, easy acquisition, pressure in a sealed container, difficult deformation and the like, and has stable chemical property and high reliability.

In addition, as an example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the receiving groove 152 of the base plate 15 may be uniformly provided with a plurality of drainage channels 16 leading to the outside of the base plate, and the sealing plug 161 is installed at the end of the drainage channel 16.

After the solid-liquid conversion material 19 is converted into liquid, the sealing plug 161 is opened, the liquid can be discharged out of the accommodating groove 152 through the liquid discharge hole 16 arranged on the base plate, along with the reduction of the volume of the liquid in the accommodating groove 152, the bottom of the lower spherical pendulum 13 also descends, the self-beam-falling function of the swivel spherical hinge is further realized, the beam-falling process can be regulated, and the falling height of the beam body can be regulated by controlling the volume of the discharged liquid.

Preferably, a wear-resistant sliding pair may be disposed between the first limiting block 23 and the second limiting block 22, so that it can be ensured that the lower ball pendulum, the upper ball pendulum and the beam body fall along with the decrease of the volume of the liquid in the accommodating groove 152 during the beam falling process, and at this time, even if the first limiting block 23 on the upper ball pendulum slides in contact with the second limiting block 22 on the base plate, a large frictional resistance is not generated.

The experiment of the invention proves that:

in order to simulate the use condition of the self-falling beam swivel ball hinge under the actual working condition, a press machine is used for carrying out a pressurization experiment on the swivel ball hinge.

The diameter of the accommodating groove of the experimental swivel ball hinge is 400mm, the thickness of the filling paraffin layer is 3cm, and the using specification is a YXD-400x376x24 sealing ring. The paraffin is pressurized at the compressive strength of 50MPa and 60MPa respectively, and the actual use condition of the self-falling beam swivel spherical hinge is reduced to the maximum extent.
