Technical Field

The invention relates to a gear shifting method of an electronic gear shifter.

Background

With the continuous development of new technologies in the automobile industry, more and more middle and low-end automatic transmission models are matched with electronic gear shifters. In the use process of the automatic-gear-type electronic gear shifter, a potential danger is accompanied, which is not concerned by many vehicle owners, namely the error identification and execution of gears and the error operation. The traffic accidents caused by wrong gear position identification of the electronic gear shifter and misoperation of the electronic gear shifting lever occur occasionally, so that the vehicle is damaged slightly, and casualties are caused seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to design a shift logic strategy for cooperating with an electronic shift device and a transmission to prevent a driver from operating a shift position by mistake during driving and to minimize the danger of the vehicle in case of misoperation.

The traditional mechanical automatic gear shifting system generally designs a button for preventing mistaken gear shifting on a handle, so that a driver is prevented from engaging a reverse gear and a parking gear under the forward speed. However, the conventional mechanical automatic shifter has the following disadvantages: 1. the size and the weight are large, the requirement on the arrangement space of the auxiliary instrument is high, and the position arrangement is not flexible enough; 2. the mechanical system comprises a plurality of kinematic pairs, such as a gear shifting wire drawing and a bracket, which are easy to wear and affect the gear shifting smoothness; 3. the method can not meet the electrification and intelligentization requirements of the current automobile industry; 4. under the condition that a reverse gear lock of a gear shifter fails, the structure in the transmission is damaged by mistakenly engaging a reverse gear and a P gear; 5. NVH performance is not good, and NVH on the chassis can be conducted into the cab through the shifting wire drawing. Therefore, the traditional mechanical automatic gear shifter is currently shown to be eliminated and is only mounted on some low-gear models. In recent years, with the trend of electrification and intellectualization of the automobile industry becoming more and more intense and the rapid development of new energy automobile industry, the multifunctional electronic gear shifter has been popular in the automobile market and is applied to more and more automobile models. The electronic gear shifter mainly comprises an electronic control unit, an LED panel, a Hall sensor, a gear shifter shell, a handle and the like, and the basic working principle is as follows: the gear shifter control unit sends a driver gear request to the CAN bus, the TCU acquires a gear request signal from the CAN bus and judges whether to execute the gear request signal, and meanwhile, the gear shifter control unit acquires a gear indicator signal sent by the TCU from the CAN to light a gear indicator. The advantages are embodied in the following aspects: 1. the mass and the size are small, and the arrangement is convenient; 2. more intelligent functions can be supported, such as high-grade auxiliary driving functions of automatic parking, full-speed constant-speed cruising and the like; 3. the processor of the electronic gear shifting can judge whether the sent signal is misoperation according to a safety strategy and a communication protocol, and when the signal is misoperation, the system does not execute a wrong instruction, and the safety level of the system can reach ASIL B.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a method for shifting gears of an electronic shifter.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a gear shifting method of an electronic gear shifter comprises the following steps:

s1.P gear is engaged into R/D// N gear or N gear is engaged into R/D gear:

s11, the SCU receives a gear shifting request of a driver and then judges, wherein the judgment condition at the moment is as follows:

a. whether the vehicle speed signal meets a preset requirement or not;

b. whether the braking signal meets the requirement or not, if the braking signal is received, the requirement is met, otherwise, the requirement is not met;

c. whether the engine speed signal meets the requirement or not;

if the three conditions are met, executing a step S12, otherwise, locking a knob of the gear shifter by the SCU, forbidding to engage in the R/D gear and forbidding to engage out the N \ P gear;

s12, the SCU completes the gear shifting request, allows the P gear to be engaged into the R/D/N gear or the N gear to be engaged into the R/D gear, the SCU transmits the instruction to the transmission control module TCU, and the TCU further judges whether the gear shifting condition at the moment is met;

s2, engaging a P gear: the driver gear shifting request is directly transmitted to the TCU through the SCU, and the TCU judges the conditions: whether the vehicle speed signal meets a set requirement is judged, if the vehicle speed is less than a certain calibrated value; meanwhile, whether the braking signal meets the set requirement or not, namely whether a braking signal is received or not; if the speed or the brake is stepped on, the TCU refuses to implement the gear shifting action, and the transmission is prevented from being engaged into a P gear at a higher speed to damage a parking mechanism in the transmission; if so, the TCU will command the transmission to engage P.

S3, engaging the N gear, wherein the SCU and the TCU do not judge, and the TCU directly commands the transmission to shift into the N gear;

and fifthly, if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle exceeds a calibrated value, locking the N gear.

Drawings

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a shift method of an electronic shifter according to the present invention.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, 1, and examples of which:

the gear shifting system mainly comprises a knob type electronic gear shifter, an electronic gear shifter control module SCU, a transmission DCT and a transmission control module TCU, and signals of the systems are interacted through a CAN bus.

The meaning of each gear is as follows:

p park, or park; n neutral; r reverse gear; d forward or drive;

the invention discloses a gear switching method of an electronic gear shifter, which comprises the following steps:

s1.P gear is engaged into R/D// N gear or N gear is engaged into R/D gear:

s11, the SCU receives a gear shifting request of a driver and then judges, wherein the judgment condition at the moment is as follows:

a. whether the vehicle speed signal meets the preset requirement or not, if the vehicle speed V is less than or equal to the calibrated value V0

b. Whether the braking signal meets the requirement or not, if the braking signal is received, the requirement is met, otherwise, the requirement is not met;

c. whether the engine speed signal meets the requirement or not;

if the three conditions are met, executing a step S12, otherwise, locking a knob of the gear shifter by the SCU, forbidding to engage in the R/D gear and forbidding to engage out the N \ P gear;

when the conditions can not be completely met, the condition that the gear shifter end is engaged into the R gear or the gear shifter end is engaged into the D gear at a higher speed when the vehicle is backed is effectively prevented.

S12, the SCU completes the gear shifting request, allows the P gear to be engaged into the R/D/N gear or the N gear to be engaged into the R/D gear, the SCU transmits the instruction to the transmission control module TCU, and the TCU further judges whether the gear shifting condition at the moment is met;

the action of shifting of selector end is accomplished this moment, and the SCU transmits driver's the request of shifting to TCU, and TCU will further judge whether the condition of shifting of this moment satisfies the requirement of settlement, if unsatisfied, even the selector end has accomplished the gearshift, TCU can not instruct the derailleur to implement the action of shifting yet, has effectively avoided when the selector appears the locking trouble or violently operates the selector, and TCU carries out wrong gear shifting order. The gear shifting condition judgment process of the two times greatly reduces the damage to the transmission or the driving safety caused by the wrong gear shifting action of the transmission;

s2, engaging a P gear: the driver gear shifting request is directly transmitted to the TCU through the SCU, and the TCU judges the conditions: whether the vehicle speed signal meets a set requirement is judged, if the vehicle speed is less than a certain calibrated value; meanwhile, whether the braking signal meets the set requirement or not, namely whether the braking signal is received or not. If the speed or the brake is stepped on, the TCU refuses to implement the gear shifting action, and the transmission is prevented from being engaged into a P gear at a higher speed to damage a parking mechanism in the transmission; if so, the TCU will command the transmission to engage P.

S3, engaging the N gear, wherein the SCU and the TCU do not judge, and the TCU directly commands the transmission to shift into the N gear; generally, the shift request for entering the N gear can be directly implemented, and the driving safety problem cannot be caused.

In addition, after the transmission is shifted successfully, the TCU sends a current gear signal to the SCU, and a gear indicator lamp on the gear shifter is lightened.

When the vehicle is in an M mode, namely a manual mode, a driver gear shifting request is directly transmitted to the TCU through the SCU through a gear request signal, and the TCU judges the conditions: whether the gear is in a D gear or not, if not, the transmission does not respond to a gear shifting command; if the gear is in the D gear, the transmission is switched to the M mode, and a gear shifting command is transmitted to the SCU through the TCU;

place the selector casing in the SCU in, if the driver shift the request unsatisfied condition of shifting (the speed of a motor vehicle or step on the brake), the SCU will control the motor and rotate, drive the transmission ring gear rotation through drive gear then, when rotating a certain position on the transmission ring gear, the lockpin spring will lockpin top into the locking knob in the open slot of knob, the driver will not be able to rotate the knob of selector this moment. If the locking is to be released, the brake needs to be stepped or the vehicle speed needs to be waited for to meet the set conditions.

Table 1 below is a table of electronic shifter knob locking strategies.

When the whole vehicle is in the P gear, the vehicle speed is close to zero, and when the vehicle is out of the P gear again, whether the vehicle is safe or not can be determined by judging whether the brake is stepped on or not without judging the vehicle speed and the rotating speed value of the engine. Unlocking is allowed only by stepping on the brake, and meanwhile, the TCU allows the R/N/D gear to be engaged, and the P gear is not unlocked without stepping on the brake.

When the gear shifter is in the R gear, the SCU is not locked, the TCU allows to be engaged into the N gear under the condition that a driver does not have any action, and the D gear can be engaged under the conditions that the driver steps on a brake and the vehicle speed is less than 2 kph;

when the whole vehicle is in the N gear, the electronic gear shifter executes the following locking strategy:

if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle does not exceed a calibrated value and the rotating speed of an engine is 2000 revolutions greater than the calibrated value, locking the N gear;

if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle does not exceed the calibrated value, the rotating speed of the engine is less than 2000 revolutions of the calibrated value, the staying time in the N gear is more than 2 seconds of the calibrated value, and a brake pedal is stepped on, the N gear is not locked;

if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle does not exceed the calibrated value, the rotating speed of the engine is less than 2000 revolutions of the calibrated value, the staying time at the N gear is more than the calibrated value for 2s, and a brake pedal is not stepped on, the N gear is locked;

fourthly, if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle does not exceed the calibrated value and the rotating speed of the engine is less than 2000 revolutions of the calibrated value, the staying time in the N gear is less than the calibrated value for 2s, and the N gear is not locked no matter whether a brake pedal is stepped on or not;

and fifthly, if the speed per hour of the whole vehicle exceeds a calibrated value, locking the N gear.

When the shifter is in an N gear, if the rotating speed exceeds 2000 revolutions, the shifter is locked in the N gear, if the rotating speed does not exceed 2000 revolutions, the stay time of the shifter in the N gear does not exceed 2s, the N gear is not locked, if the rotating speed does not exceed 2000 revolutions, but the stay time of the shifter in the N gear exceeds 2s, a brake must be stepped to unlock the N gear, and meanwhile, under the condition that the N gear is unlocked, the shifter can be freely switched to a D gear, but the speed of the shifter is required to be lower than 2kph when the shifter is switched to a P gear and an R gear;

when the gear shifter is in the D gear, the SCU is unlocked and can be freely switched to the N gear and the M gear; however, shifting to P-range or R-range requires the vehicle speed to be lower than 2kph and the brake to be applied.

As shown in the following table 2, the TCU collects the required gear shifting conditions, mainly the vehicle speed and the brake application condition, when the driver performs the gear shifting operation, and the TCU rejects the gear shifting request when the set conditions are not met.

The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the structure of the present invention in any way. Any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the technical scope of the present invention.
