Detailed Description

The invention discloses a crushing device of a coal mining machine, which comprises a crushing part 4, a supporting arm 2 and a heightening oil cylinder 5, wherein the crushing part is detachably and fixedly connected to the head part of the supporting arm, and one end of the heightening oil cylinder is hinged to the middle part of the supporting arm through a hinge seat. When the supporting arm is arranged on one side of the body of the coal mining machine, the root of the supporting arm and the other end of the heightening oil cylinder are respectively hinged with the body of the coal mining machine. The heightening oil cylinder stretches and retracts to drive the supporting arm and the crushing part to swing up and down. The crushing part and the supporting arm are independent parts, and the crushing part and the head part of the supporting arm can be fixedly connected through a connecting structure 3.

The crushing part comprises a shell 4-5, and a motor 4-4, a transmission system 4-2 and a crushing roller 4-3 which are arranged on the shell, wherein the motor and the transmission system are positioned in the inner cavity of the crushing roller, the output shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the input end of the transmission system, and the output end of the transmission system is coaxially and fixedly connected with the crushing roller. The motor drives the crushing roller to rotate through the transmission system, and then the crushing operation is realized by combining the up-and-down swing of the crushing part.

The shell is also provided with a protective cover 4-1 which extends along the axial direction of the roller and covers the outer side of part of crushing teeth on the crushing roller so as to prevent the crushed coal blocks and gangue from splashing outwards. The shell size is designed according to the motor, transmission system, crushing drum and shield.

The housing is preferably cast. Furthermore, the crushing part can be subjected to standardized design, the number of the wood moulds is greatly reduced, the cost is saved, and the management is facilitated.

The support arm is preferably manufactured by adopting a forging and/or forge welding process, and compared with the traditional arm support formed by casting, the strength of the support arm is greatly increased. The length of the support arm is designed according to the matching condition of the support arm and other large parts of the coal mining machine.

The head of support arm is equipped with the first interface structure who is used for connecting crushing portion, and the root of casing is equipped with the second interface structure who is used for connecting the support arm, and first interface structure and second interface structure mutually support and fixed connection. The first interface structure and the second interface structure form the connecting structure.

In fig. 2, the first interface structure may include two upper and lower binaural ear seats, and correspondingly the second interface structure includes two upper and lower monaural ear seats, or the first interface structure may also include two upper and lower monaural ear seats, and correspondingly the second interface structure includes two upper and lower binaural ear seats, and the two monaural ear seats are in one-to-one fit with the two binaural ear seats and are respectively connected by a mounting pin.

The root of the supporting arm and the other end of the heightening oil cylinder can be hinged with the first supporting seat 1 and the second supporting seat 6 respectively.
