alternatively, the actuator driving mechanism 505 is a hydraulic motor 507, and the hydraulic motor 507 and the accelerator pump 501 are connected by the hydraulic control device 9.

In the present embodiment, the stainless steel safety valve 504, the medium mixer 503 and the gas compression device 6 are communicated through a pipeline, so that the rapid hardening medium enters the medium mixer 503 through the stainless steel safety valve 504, the compressed gas enters the medium mixer 503 through the gas compression device 6, and the rapid hardening medium and the compressed gas are mixed in the medium mixer 503.

This embodiment is located back frame both sides respectively through setting up pipe fitting and radiator 901, first hydraulic control valves 902 for the quality of back frame both sides offsets, keeps the barycenter of back frame balanced, makes the balanced difficult rocking of spouting, improves concrete quality and efficiency of spouting.

In this embodiment, a sleeve 310 is disposed on the fourth pipe 307, the sleeve 310 has elasticity, and the sleeve 310 is provided with a suspension ring, so that the fourth pipe 307 is also in a suspension shape, protecting the fourth pipe 307, and preventing the fourth pipe 307 from being worn due to friction with the ground.

Further, the present disclosure may also provide another embodiment based on the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, specifically as follows:

the concrete pumping system also comprises a gas compression device 6 arranged on the front frame, the gas compression device 6 comprises an air compressor 601 and a combined reversing valve body 602, and the air compressor 601 is connected with the combined reversing valve body 602;

the combined reversing valve body 602 comprises a first elbow 603 and a first ball valve 604, wherein two ends of the first elbow 603 are respectively connected with the air compressor 601 and the first ball valve 604; the combined reversing valve body 602 further comprises a four-way joint 605, a second elbow 606 and a second ball valve 609, a pair of ports of the four-way joint 605 are respectively connected with the first ball valve 604 and the second elbow 606, the other end of the second elbow 606 is connected with the gas conveying pipeline 607, the other pair of ports of the four-way joint 605 is respectively connected with a pressure measuring meter 608 and a third ball valve 610, and the other end of the pressure measuring meter 608 is connected with the second ball valve 609; one end of the third ball valve 610 is provided with a pagoda joint 611 for externally connecting a hose, and the switch of the first ball valve 604, the second ball valve 609 and the third ball valve 610 is reversed to realize the delivery of the compressed gas.

Further, the gas delivery pipe 607 is further connected to the rapid hardening medium delivery device 5 to provide a delivery pressure for the rapid hardening medium delivery device 5.

This embodiment sets up gas compression device 6 in the front frame, and gas compression device 6 is closer with the distance of arm body telescoping device 4, only needs to set up a combination switching-over valve body 602 and can realize gaseous switching-over and output, has not only reduced laying of pipeline, also makes the loss of pressure among the compressed gas transportation process reduce, has guaranteed the pressure and the flow of compressed gas output, improves device concrete spray-seeding efficiency and quality.

The concrete wet spraying machine also comprises a waterway device 7, a hydraulic control device 9, a cable drum 14, an electric control device 10 and an illuminating lamp 12; the hydraulic control device 9 is respectively connected with the power device 2, the arm body expansion device 4, the cable drum 14, the pumping device 3 and the lubricating supply device 8; the electric control device 10 is respectively connected with the hydraulic control device 9, the compressed gas device and the illuminating lamp 12; the quick setting medium conveying device 5 is controlled by a hydraulic control device 9 or an electric control device 10.

Further, the present disclosure may also provide another embodiment based on the foregoing embodiment, which is as follows:

wherein, concrete wet blasting machine still includes the feeder hopper that is used for placing the concrete, and the feeder hopper is installed on truck frame body 1, and connects concrete pumping system.

In the embodiment, the stirred concrete is loaded into the feed hopper through the forklift, so that the concrete wet spraying machine can continuously work, and the working efficiency of the wet spraying machine is greatly improved.
