The guitar is a plucked musical instrument, its body is mainly made up of headstock 01, neck 02, barrel 03 as shown in fig. 1, headstock 01 is solid and neck 02, barrel 03 are hollow, the existing guitar body is the split type structure namely headstock 01, neck 02, barrel 03 after their making separately, and then through glue binding together, there is no process that can form headstock 01, neck 02, barrel 03 of the guitar body at one time in the existing market, the defect of this kind of split type guitar production process is that first, the manufacturing cycle is long, the parameter such as the cooperation of each part, product flatness, etc. can not be guaranteed; secondly, the local position cannot be reinforced, and the guitar barrel realizes tone quality adjustment through the sound beam, so that the tone quality is unstable; thirdly, a headstock knob hole 04 is formed in the headstock 01, the headstock knob hole 04 is used for enabling a knob rotary column to extend out so as to adjust strings of the guitar, and the headstock knob hole 04 is manufactured in a method that the headstock is manufactured firstly, then the headstock knob hole is machined through an electric drill, machining accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and the aperture, the position and the like of the headstock knob hole are not accurate enough, so that the quality of the guitar is affected.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the production process has the advantages that the steps are reasonable, the guitar main body is formed in the integrated forming die in one step, the processing precision and the flatness of the head, the neck and the barrel are guaranteed, the product quality is improved, the production efficiency is improved, the local reinforcement of the guitar can be realized by adjusting the thickness and the fiber angle of the carbon fiber cloth wrapped and rolled, the requirements of guitars with different specifications are met, and the application range is wide.

secondly, molding, namely putting the air bag 1 wrapped with the carbon fiber cloth into an integral molding die, inflating the air bag 1 after the die is closed, expanding the air bag 1 to fully fill the carbon fiber cloth into the integral molding die, pressurizing and heating the integral molding die, and melting the carbon fiber cloth into a whole to be tightly solidified to form a guitar main body;

demoulding and blanking are carried out, the guitar body in the integrated forming die is taken out, burrs of the guitar body are removed, the air-out volume of the air bag 1 is reduced, and then the air bag is taken out to obtain the complete guitar body.

Specifically, in step (i), a plurality of layers of carbon fiber cloth are wrapped outside the airbag 1, and different layers of carbon fiber cloth have different thicknesses and fiber angles to realize local reinforcement, for example, the plurality of layers of carbon fiber cloth include a first layer, a second layer and a third layer which are stacked from top to bottom, the first layer is 3K woven cloth, the second layer is carbon fiber cloth with a fiber angle of 0 degree, and the third layer is carbon fiber cloth with a fiber angle of 45 degrees. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the barrel slide block 4 is installed in the mother template 3, the barrel slide block 4 comprises a left slant slide block 41, a right slant slide block 42, a left transverse slide block 43, a right transverse slide block 44 and a lower longitudinal slide block 45 which are distributed according to the azimuth, the left slant slide block 41, the right slant slide block 42, the left transverse slide block 43, the right transverse slide block 44 and the lower longitudinal slide block 45 surround to form a barrel forming groove 33, and the barrel slide block moves to facilitate the guitar barrel to separate from the barrel forming groove 33 during guitar demoulding.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the upper headstock molding block 5 is installed below the male mold plate 2, the lower headstock molding block 6 is installed above the female mold plate 3, the headstock molding groove 31 is formed by covering the upper headstock molding block 5 and the lower headstock molding block 6, the knob hole convex column 7 is installed in the headstock molding groove 21, and the knob hole convex column 7 is inserted into the headstock to mold the headstock knob hole when the headstock molding groove 21 is molded.
