Technical Field

The invention relates to a plastic bottle separating device, and belongs to the technical field of medicine packaging.

Background

Plastic bottle packaging is one of the forms of medical packaging, and in the production process of plastic bottles, a blowing, filling and sealing integrated machine is generally adopted for production. The plastic bottles produced by the blowing, filling and sealing integrated machine are usually arranged in a row, and in the actual use process, the bottle row is often required to be torn into bottle boards with different bottle number units.

Therefore, it is desirable to design a bottle splitting device for tearing a row of bottles into bottle panels of units of different bottle numbers.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the defects of the prior art are overcome, and the plastic bottle separating device is used for tearing the bottle row into bottle boards with different bottle number units.

The plastic bottle separating device comprises a guide plate A and a guide plate B which are arranged on a conveying line up and down, wherein clamping driving plates are fixedly arranged on two sides of the conveying line, a clamping driving device A is fixedly arranged on each clamping driving plate, and a slitting mold fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the rod end part of each clamping driving device A; the cutting die fixing plates are arranged on the clamping driving plate in a guiding manner, and a cutting die fixing block A is fixedly arranged at the end part of one side of each of the two cutting die fixing plates; a separating guide shaft is fixed on the slitting die fixing block A, a slitting die fixing block B is sequentially arranged on the separating guide shaft in a guiding and sliding manner, slitting dies are respectively fixed on the slitting die fixing block A and the slitting die fixing block B, and slitting cutting edges are arranged on the slitting dies; a separating driving device fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the other end part of the slitting die fixing plate, a separating driving device B is fixedly arranged on the separating driving device fixing plate, a separating driving plate is fixedly arranged at the rod end part of the separating driving device B, a connecting rod is fixedly arranged on the separating driving plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the slitting die fixing block B; the conveying line is fixedly provided with a positioning driving device C, and the end part of a rod of the positioning driving device C is fixedly provided with a positioning plate.

The bottle rows move to a slitting position on the conveying chain under the action of a conveying belt of the conveying line, the guide plate A and the guide plate B are arranged and used for guiding the bottle rows to be conveyed, and the positioning driving device C is used for pushing out the positioning plate to position the bottle rows; the clamping driving device A is used for combining and opening the slitting die to clamp and loosen the bottle rows; the separating driving device B is used for driving the slitting die to move for a certain distance along the separating guide shaft, and the slitting die is enabled to tear the bottle rows into bottle plates with different bottle quantity units.

Preferably, the guide plate A and the guide plate B are respectively provided with a guide bevel angle A and a guide bevel angle B at two ends.

The bottle rows can conveniently enter the slitting station and be output from the slitting station smoothly.

Preferably, both ends of the slitting die fixing block A and the slitting die fixing block B are provided with die fixing and positioning devices, and the slitting die is fixed on the slitting die fixing block A and the slitting die fixing block B through the die fixing and positioning devices.

The guide plate a3 is fixed above the slitting die 38 by an upper fixing bracket 81, and the guide plate B6 is fixed at the upper part of the conveying line 2 and the lower space of the slitting die 38 by a lower fixing bracket 82.

The bottle top and the bottle bottom of the bottle row 1 are respectively guided, so that the bottle is prevented from falling down in the conveying process.

Here, the upper fixing bracket 81 and the lower fixing bracket 82 are vertical, the upper fixing bracket 81 and the lower fixing bracket 82 are provided at both ends of the cutting position, and the guide plate a3 and the guide plate B6 guide the top and bottom portions of the bottles of the bottle row 1 at the cutting position, respectively.

Wherein, the clamping driving plates 32 are fixedly arranged at two sides of the conveying line 2 through clamping guide shafts 34.

The clamping drive a33 moves the clamping drive plate 32 back and forth on the clamping guide shaft 34, which brings the slitting die 38 together and opens.

The plastic bottle separating device provided by the invention has the working process as follows:

positioning stage of the bottle row 1: the bottle row 1 moves to a slitting position on a conveying chain under the action of a conveying belt of the conveying line 2, the guide plate A3 and the guide plate B6 realize the guide effect on conveying the bottle row 1, and the positioning driving device C51 pushes the positioning plate 52 out to position the bottle row 1;

and (3) clamping the bottle row 1: after the bottle row 1 is positioned at a proper position, the clamping driving device A33 acts, the slitting die 38 is combined to clamp the bottle row 1, and the positioning driving device C51 acts to withdraw the positioning plate 52;

and (3) cutting the bottle row 1: the separating driving device B41 drives the slitting die 38 to move for a certain distance along the separating guide shaft 39, so that the slitting die 38 tears the bottle rows 1 into bottle boards 11 with different bottle number units;

the bottle row 1 is unclamped and clamped: when row 1 is torn open, the slitting dies 38 open by action of the gripping drive a33, the separated bottle panels 11 are conveyed out of the slitting position, and the slitting dies 38 return to the original position along the dividing guide shafts 39 by action of the dividing drive B41.
