In the process of preparing the RO membrane filter element, the label is required to be pasted on the central tube of the RO membrane filter element, the label is mainly pasted by a worker manually at present, the labeling efficiency is low in the mode, a large amount of manpower is wasted, the label is difficult to be pasted at the same position of the central tube, and the labeling quality is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a central tube labeling machine which integrates feeding, label supplying and labeling, can automatically label a central tube and has high labeling efficiency.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a central tube labeling machine comprises a frame 1, a central tube feeding device 2, a label supplying device, a central tube supporting device, a rotary driving device and a press roller device 3; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the central tube supporting device comprises two supporting rollers 4 which are arranged in parallel and respectively rotatably supported on the rack 1, and the two supporting rollers 4 jointly enclose a supporting position for supporting the central tube;

the central pipe feeding device 2 is used for providing a central pipe for the supporting position;

the label supply device is used for supplying labels to the supporting position;

the pressure roller device 3 is used for pressing the head of the label supplied by the label supply device on the central tube; and pressing the central tube on the supporting position;

the rotary driving device is connected with a supporting roller 4 and is used for driving the central tube to rotate and label by driving the supporting roller 4 to rotate when the central tube is compacted.

The automatic central tube labeling machine can automatically supply central tubes and labels to the supporting positions and drive the central tubes to rotate so as to attach the labels to the central tubes.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to fix the position of the label applied to the center tube, the center tube labeling machine further includes a position correcting device 5, and the position correcting device 5 is configured to push the center tube on the support position in the axial direction of the center tube to correct the position of the center tube on the support position.

during the lowering of the jack-up mechanism, the central tube is caught on the diagonal rods 23 and rolls to the supporting position along the diagonal rods 23, the diagonal plate 22 in turn.

In this embodiment, the central tube is blocked by the roller device 3 during the rolling process, and after the roller device 3 is lifted, the central tube is rolled to the supporting position.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the label supplying apparatus includes:

an unwinding mechanism 6 for supporting the label roll and unwinding the label tape;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the position correcting device 5 includes:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking driving piece and at least two jacking rods 24; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the jacking driving piece is connected with the ejector rod 24 to drive the ejector rod 24 to lift;

the upper end face of the ejector rod 24 is provided with a V-shaped groove or an arc-shaped face for supporting a central tube.

In this embodiment, the jack-up driving member may be a cylinder, or the like. The discharging groove 21 is provided with an avoiding hole for avoiding the ejector rod 24.

Example two

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for labeling a center tube labeling machine according to the first embodiment includes the steps of:

step S1: the central tube feeding device 2 provides a central tube for the supporting position;

step S2: the label supply device supplies labels to the supporting position;

step S3: the pressure roller device 3 presses the head of the label on the central pipe, meanwhile, the central pipe is pressed on the supporting position, and the two supporting rollers 4 and the pressure roller device 3 tightly extrude the central pipe together;

step S4: the rotary driving device drives the supporting roller 4 to rotate, the supporting roller 4 drives the central pipe to rotate by a certain angle, and the label is completely attached to the central pipe under the action of the pressing roller 31 of the pressing roller device 3.

Step S5: the moving driving mechanism drives the sliding plate to move back to one supporting roller 4, and the central tube with the label falls into the receiving groove 9 from the gap between the two supporting rollers 4.
