according to the weight parts, respectively taking 65-85 parts of volcanic aggregate, 40-55 parts of lime, 28-35 parts of fiber material and 3-15 parts of additive as raw materials for later use;

grinding the raw materials to more than 80 meshes, and fully mixing and stirring to prepare a mixed raw material;

and (3) preparing the mixed raw materials into a plate blank by a pulp flow process or a copying process, and then sending the plate blank into an autoclave for curing treatment to finally obtain a plate product.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the autoclave curing treatment comprises: treating under 1-10Mpa saturated steam pressure for 12-24 hr.

step three, preparing the mixed raw materials into a plate blank body through a pulp flowing process or a copying process, and then sending the plate blank body into an autoclave for curing treatment to finally obtain a plate product, wherein the curing treatment through the autoclave specifically comprises the following steps: treating at 1-10Mpa saturated steam pressure under constant pressure for 12-24 hr; generally, after the curing is completed, the board can be dried according to the processing requirements, for example, a dryer is used to dry the board to a moisture content of less than 10 wt%, and after the drying is completed, the board is subjected to processes such as grinding, polishing, cutting, carving and the like, so as to obtain a board product with corresponding dimension and pattern.

EXAMPLE III
