Detailed description of the preferred embodiment

Step 1: making short fibre slivers

Cotton blending: selecting white fine noil cotton and white common cotton, 50KG each, mixing, packing by a packing machine, and opening by an FA106C cotton cleaner to prepare the cotton roll with the density of 300 g/m.
