As shown in fig. 1, in order to realize water spraying, the water spraying mechanism comprises a water spraying assembly and a linkage assembly, the water spraying assembly comprises a water tank 24, a fixed pipe 25, a piston 26, a fifth spring 27, a water inlet pipe 28, a water outlet pipe 29, a movable pipe 30 and a spray head 31, the water tank 24 and the fixed pipe 25 are both arranged on a bracket, the piston 26 is arranged in the fixed pipe 25, the piston 26 is hermetically connected with the fixed pipe 25, the fifth spring 27 is arranged in the fixed pipe 25, one end of the fifth spring 27 is connected with the fixed pipe 25, the other end of the fifth spring 27 is connected with the piston 26, the water inlet pipe 28 and the water outlet pipe 29 are both arranged on the top of the fixed pipe 25, the fixed pipe 25 is communicated with the interior of the water tank 24 through the water inlet pipe 28, the movable pipe 30 is arranged on a lantern ring 6, one end of the movable pipe 30 is hinged with the lantern ring 6, the movable pipe 30 is communicated with the interior of the fixed pipe 25 through the water outlet pipe 29, the spray heads 31 are provided in a plurality, the spray heads 31 are uniformly arranged along the axis of the moving pipe 30, and the spray heads 31 are communicated with the inside of the moving pipe 30.

The drive shaft 2 rotates to drive the linkage assembly to rotate, the linkage assembly drives the piston 26 to move, so that the sealed cavity space formed by the piston 26 and the fixed pipe 25 is increased, so that the air pressure in the sealed chamber is reduced to allow the water in the water tank 24 to be introduced into the fixed pipe 25 through the water inlet pipe 28, and, when the driving shaft 2 is rotated reversely, thereby causing the linkage assembly to rotate in a reverse direction, the linkage assembly driving the piston 26 to move in a reverse direction, so that the water in the sealed chamber is pressed into the moving pipe 30 through the outlet pipe 29, then the water is sprayed to the wall surface through each spray head 31 on the movable pipe 30, thereby carrying out water spraying maintenance on the wall surface, here, the check valve on the water inlet pipe 28 can only feed water but can not discharge water, the check valve on the water outlet pipe 29 can only discharge water but can not feed water, so that the water in the water tank 24 can only be introduced into the fixed pipe 25 through the water inlet pipe 28 and then discharged through the water outlet pipe 29.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to realize the linkage, the linkage assembly includes pinion 32, gear wheel 33, fixed axle 34, second reel 35 and third stay cord 36, pinion 32 cover is established on drive shaft 2, pinion 32 and 2 key-type connections of drive shaft, fixed axle 34 sets up the one side at drive shaft 2, gear wheel 33 cover is established on fixed axle 34, gear wheel 33 and 34 key-type connections of fixed axle, gear wheel 33 and the meshing of pinion 32, second reel 35 cover is established on fixed axle 34, second reel 35 and 34 key-type connections of fixed axle, the one end and the second reel 35 of third stay cord 36 are connected, the other end of third stay cord 36 stretches into in the fixed pipe 25 and is connected with piston 26.

The driving shaft 2 rotates to drive the pinion 32 to rotate, the pinion 32 drives the gearwheel 33 to rotate, the gearwheel 33 drives the fixed shaft 34 to rotate, the fixed shaft 34 drives the second wire disc 35 to rotate, the second wire disc 35 winds the third pull rope 36 on the second wire disc 35, so that the third pull rope 36 pulls the piston 26 to move, water pumping is realized, when the driving shaft 2 rotates reversely, the second wire disc 35 rotates reversely, so that the third pull rope 36 is released, the piston 26 cannot be pulled by the third pull rope 36, and can move reversely under the action of the restoring force of the fifth spring 27, so that water in the sealed cavity is pressed out, water spraying is realized, the gearwheel 33 rotates for one circle, the pinion 32 rotates for multiple circles, so that the rotation of the gearwheel 33 is decelerated, the moving distance of the piston 26 pulled by the third pull rope 36 is reduced, the piston 26 is prevented from moving out of the fixed pipe 25, and the rotating speed of the driving shaft 2 is kept consistent, thereby make the rotational speed of second drum 35 keep unanimous to make emitting of the third stay cord 36 uniform speed, thereby make the removal at the uniform velocity of piston 26, thereby make the even removal pipe 30 that impresses of hydroenergy in, thereby make the blowout water that shower nozzle 31 can be even, thereby make the even water spray of wall ability moisturize, improved water spray maintenance effect.

In order to support the device, the bracket comprises a base 37 and a support rod 38, the support rod 38 is arranged on the base 37, the sleeve 3 is hinged to the support rod 38, one end, far away from the torsion spring coil 15, of the second pull rope 16 is connected with the base 37, and the motor 1, the water tank 24 and the fixed pipe 25 are all arranged on the base 37.

When the device is used, the fourth spring 23 is in a deformation state, the restoring force of the fourth spring 23 generates a pulling force on the locking block 22, the locking block 22 generates a pushing force on the locking rod 21, so that the locking rod 21 is clamped in the locking groove far away from the pulling block 18, thereby fixing the pulling rod 19, so that the pulling rod 19 abuts against the sleeve 3, the sleeve 3 is supported, so that the sleeve 3 is kept in a vertical state, the motor 1 operates the motor 1, the motor 1 drives the driving shaft 2 to rotate, the driving shaft then the motor 1 is operated in a reverse direction, so that the first pulling rope 10 is released, the lantern ring 6 cannot be blocked, and moves downwards under the action of gravity, meanwhile, the driving shaft 2 rotates to drive the linkage assembly to rotate, the linkage assembly drives the piston 26 to move, when the driving shaft 2 rotates in a reverse direction, the second wire coil 35 rotates in a reverse direction, so that the third pulling rope 36 is released, the piston 26 cannot be pulled by the third pulling rope 36, and moves in a reverse direction under the action of the restoring force of the fifth spring 27, so that the water in the sealed cavity is pressed into the moving pipe 30 through the water outlet pipe 29, and then is sprayed to the wall surface through each nozzle 31 on the moving pipe 30, thereby carrying out water spraying maintenance on the wall surface, wherein the large gear 33 rotates for one circle, the small gear 32 rotates for a plurality of circles, thereby decelerating the rotation of the large gear 33, thereby reducing the moving distance of the third pull rope 36 for pulling the piston 26, thereby avoiding the piston 26 from moving out of the fixed pipe 25, wherein the rotating speed of the driving shaft 2 is kept consistent, thereby keeping the rotating speed of the second wire coil 35 consistent, thereby enabling the third pull rope 36 to be discharged at a uniform speed, thereby enabling the piston 26 to move at a uniform speed, thereby enabling the water to be uniformly pressed into the moving pipe 30, thereby enabling the spray head 31 to uniformly spray water, thereby enabling the wall surface to uniformly spray water and keep moisture, improving the water spraying maintenance effect, wherein the check valve on the water inlet pipe 28 can only feed water but not discharge water, the check valve on the water outlet pipe 29 can only discharge water but not feed water, thereby enabling the water in the water tank 24 to enter the fixed pipe 25 through the water inlet pipe 28, then discharged through the water outlet pipe 29, wherein the second spring 8 is in a deformation state, the restoring force When the sleeve is required to be stored, the locking block 22 is pulled, the locking block 22 drives the locking rod 21 to move, so that the locking rod 21 moves out of the locking groove, the pull rod 19 is not blocked, under the action of restoring force of the third spring 20, the third spring 20 drives the pull block 18 to move, the pull block 18 drives the pull rod 19 to move, so that the pull rod 19 is separated from the sleeve 3, then the sleeve 3 is pushed to rotate, so that the sleeve 3 approaches towards the base 37, so that the second pull rope 16 is released, at the moment, the torsion spring in the torsion spring coil 15 is in a deformation state, the restoring force of the torsion spring drives the torsion spring coil 15 to rotate, the torsion spring coil 15 drives the rotating shaft 12 to rotate, the rotating shaft 12 drives the rotating gear 13 to rotate, the rotating gear 13 drives the rack 14 to move, so that the moving rod 4 moves into the sleeve 3, so that the moving rod 4 is stored, and the sleeve 3 rotates 90 degrees, so that the sleeve 3 is bent, the height is reduced, the sleeve is convenient to store and transport, and when the sleeve 3 rotates, the moving rod 4 is automatically stored under the action of the torsion spring coil 15, so that manpower is saved, and the efficiency is improved.

Compared with the prior art, this a water spray curing means for building outer wall, realize the lift of water spray mechanism through elevating system, realize the water spray curing through water spray mechanism, folding accomodating of realizing the device through the receiving mechanism, compare with current water spray curing means, the device passes through elevating system and the linkage of water spray mechanism, online water spray has been realized, and this linkage adopts pure mechanical structure, the stability and the life of device have been improved, compare with current receiving mechanism, when buckle sleeve pipe 3, carriage release lever 4 also accomodates simultaneously, the manpower has been saved, the efficiency is improved, compare with current elevating system, this mechanism has increased frictional force through positioning unit, make the removal pipe 30 slowly descend, protect the operating personnel of below, the security has been improved.
