The lubricating points are located at the positions with narrow operation space, high temperature and large quantity. The mode that adopts artifical the oiling in the past, must shut down when refueling to after shutting down the cooling for 2 hours, mechanical temperature and ambient temperature just can supply the personnel to refuel the operation, and is inefficient, and the safety risk is big. Therefore, there is a need to provide an improved solution to the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art.

The two-position four-way valve 6 is an electric control two-position four-way valve, the electric control two-position four-way valve is provided with two pressure controllers 9, the two pressure controllers 9 are respectively arranged on the two oil distribution pipelines 8, and the electric control two-position four-way valve is switched between two positions according to whether the pressure controllers 9 corresponding to the oil distribution pipelines 8 reach a threshold value or not.

The pipelines from the oil supply pipeline 2 and the oil distribution pipeline 8 to the two oil inlet holes on the double-line distributor 15 are high-pressure pipelines, when the internal oil pressure of a certain oil distribution pipeline 8 reaches 25MPa in the oil pumping process of the high-pressure oil pump, the pressure controller 9 is triggered, the electrically-controlled two-position four-way valve is reversed by the pressure controller 9, so that oil is supplied to the other oil distribution pipeline 8, when the pressure in the original oil distribution pipeline 8 reaches 25MPa, the electrically-controlled two-position four-way valve is triggered to be reversed, oil is supplied to the other oil distribution pipeline 8 again, and the circulation is repeated. In this process, when any oil distribution pipeline 8 reaches 25MPa, the pressure can ensure the plunger in all the distributors on the line to move, all the oil holes on the corresponding side of each double-line distributor 15 can be used for pumping oil, so as to ensure the lubrication of hundreds of lubricating points in the cooling bed area, which can also be understood as follows: every time the direction is changed, the lubricating oil is supplied to half of the lubricating points.

The lubricating system further comprises an oil return pipeline, the number of the oil tanks 1 and the number of the oil return pipelines are two, the oil return pipelines correspond to the two oil tanks 1 respectively, the oil return pipeline is communicated with the oil supply pipeline 2 and the grease supplementing pipeline 4, when the plunger of the double-wire distributor 15 is broken down, oil in the oil supply pipeline 2 flows back to the oil tanks 1 through the oil return pipeline, the oil return pipeline is provided with manual on-off valves 7, the two manual on-off valves 7 are matched, the oil in the oil supply pipeline 2 is controlled to flow back to the target oil tank 1, meanwhile, when the plunger is broken down, numerical value fluctuation of a pressure gauge exceeds a threshold value, the alarm gives an alarm, the situation that the plunger of the double-wire distributor 15 is broken down is indicated, and an operator is reminded of overhauling.

Because the number of the oil tanks 1 is two, correspondingly, two oil supplementing pipelines are arranged corresponding to the oil tanks 1, valves 5 are arranged on the two oil supplementing pipelines, and the target oil tank 1 of the oil supplementing action is selected through the valves 5.
