Referring to fig. 1, a PCB panel visual inspection apparatus includes a frame body 1, a first track plate 2, a second track plate 3, a visual inspection device 4 and a cleaning device, wherein the first track plate 2 and the second track plate 3 are all bolted to the frame body 1, the first track plate 2 and the second track plate 3 are arranged relatively, and a channel for the PCB panel to pass through is reserved between the first track plate 2 and the second track plate 3. The opposite surfaces of the first track plate 2 and the second track plate 3 are provided with a conveying rail 5, the conveying rail 5 is provided with a feeding hole 51 and a discharging hole 52, and the conveying rail 5 is used for conveying the PCB to a detection position of the visual detection device 4. Before the conveying rail 5 conveys the PCB to the detection position of the visual detection device 4, the cleaning device cleans the surface of the PCB, and the risk that the detection points on the PCB are covered by impurities is reduced.

The impurity inlet 21 and the gas outlet 31 are both provided extending in the conveying direction of the conveying rail 5.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning apparatus includes an air bag 6 bolted to a frame body 1 and a vacuum pump 7 bolted to the frame body 1, the air bag 6 is hermetically connected with an electromagnetic pulse valve 61 for passing gas, and an outlet pipe of the electromagnetic pulse valve 61 is connected to a gas outlet 31. An air suction pipeline of the vacuum pump 7 is connected with an impurity barrel 71, an impurity inlet 711 is formed in the side wall of the impurity barrel 71 in a penetrating mode, a ventilation bag 712 connected to the impurity inlet 711 in a sealing mode is arranged in the inner cavity of the impurity barrel 71, and the impurity inlet 711 is connected to the impurity inlet 21 through a pipeline. The implementation principle of the PCB visual inspection equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: in the process that the conveying rail 5 conveys the PCB from the feeding hole 51 to the detection position of the visual detection device 4, the electromagnetic pulse valve 61 and the vacuum pump 7 are started, the heating wire 83 is externally connected with a power supply, compressed air in the air bag 6 intermittently supplies air to the air outlet 31 through the electromagnetic pulse valve 61, one part of air is blown to the impurity inlet 21 through the air outlet 31, the other part of air is blown to the surface of the first track plate 2 through the blowing pipe 82, the impurities on the surface of the PCB are blown into the impurity inlet 21 by the air, and the impurities fall into the ventilation bag 712, so that the cleaning operation of the surface of the PCB can be completed.

When need not to carry out the benefit to the PCB board, start electric putter 34, the cooperation of electric putter 34 and connecting rod 35 realizes polylith air disturbing plate 32 wobbling effect, go out 8 wobbling effects of tuber pipe, make gaseous from equidirectional to PCB face jetting, the blowing pipe 82 blows the gas that flows out to the gas and the gas outflow mouth 31 of first track board 2 faces, form the turbulent flow in PCB face intersection, reduce the clean dead angle of gaseous clean PCB face, improve the effect of gaseous clean PCB face.

When needing to mend the light to the PCB board, electric putter 34 is in the off-state, starts light filling lamp 81, and light filling lamp 81 improves the blurred problem of image that camera 42 gathered to PCB face light filling, and when needs adjustment light filling angle, can start electric putter 34 and close after the settlement time, goes out the rotation of tuber pipe 8, drives the light filling lamp 81 that is located 8 week sides of tuber pipe to rotate to realize the regulation of light filling angle.

After the production operation is finished, an operator can separate the sealing cover 10 from the first track plate 2, hold the displacement rod 91 and slide back and forth along the length direction of the sliding hole 22, and the scraper 9 can scrape impurities attached to the inner wall of the impurity inlet 21, so that the cleanliness of the impurity inlet 21 is improved.
