3. the guiding shell 1044 is sleeved on the first connecting slide 1045 of the male connector 104a, at this time, the end of the first pressure spring 1049 abuts against the spring spacing column 10446 of the guiding shell 1044, and then the electrical connector 1046 is inserted through the movable slot 10447, and the top of the electrical connector 1046 is inserted into the first slide round hole 10453 of the male connector 104 a. Similarly, the top of another electrical connector 1046 is inserted into the second slider circular hole 104123 of the female connector 104 b. The entire first link block 1045 can freely slide by the guide chute 10444, and the first link block 1045 has a tendency to move rightward all the time due to the urging of the first pressure spring 1049;

4. the upper housing 1042 is pushed down, so that the upper housing 1042 is simultaneously connected with the lower housing 1043 and the guiding housing 1044 in a clamping manner. At this time, the first connecting clip strip 10424 of the upper shell 1042 buckles the third connecting clip projection 10432 of the lower shell 1043, and the second connecting clip strip 10423 of the upper shell 1042 buckles the guiding clip strip of the guiding shell 1044, so that the connection is firm and reliable;

5. at two electric connection seats 1047 led out by two adjacent battery modules, two guide shells 1044 are pressed along opposite directions, so that the electric connection heads 1046 move towards the middle and are respectively opposite to the electric connection seats 1047, the whole connecting device is pressed down, and the electric connection heads 1046 are respectively inserted into the electric connection seats 1047;

6. after the extrusion force of the guide shell 1044 is eliminated, the notch protrusion 104471 of the guide shell 1044 is clamped into the locking groove below the locking ring 10473 of the electrical connection base 1047 under the extrusion action of the first pressure spring 1049 and the second pressure spring 10411, so that the locking buckling connection is realized, and the reliable electrical connection between the electrical connector 1046 and the electrical connection base 1047 is ensured.

After the male connector 104a is connected to the female connector 104b by the first conductive spring 1048, the first connection block 1045 of the male connector 104a is laterally slightly movable, typically within a range of several millimeters. With the second conductive spring 10463, the electrical connector 1046 is movable slightly in the longitudinal direction in the electrical connector block 1047, typically in the range of a few millimeters. The structure can not only keep reliable electric connection, but also keep better shock resistance. Obviously, the structure is not limited to the annular conductive spring, and a reed or an elastic conductive ball structure can be adopted.

The male connector 104a, the female connector 104b, the electrical connector 1046 and the electrical connector 1047 are all made of electrical conductors, and the first conductive spring 1048 and the second conductive spring 10463 are silver plated springs to improve the electrical conductivity thereof.

In addition, the double-head connecting device of the invention is not limited to the connection of the battery module, and can also be used for high-voltage modules or other automobile electronic structures.

Further, as shown in fig. 19, the second locking strip 105 of the present invention is used for locking with each cartridge from the side of the module, and the cartridges are fixed together and grouped, as shown in fig. 3, and includes: the battery module clamping device comprises a body 1051, wherein more than one flange 1052 is formed on the body 1051 side by side along the length direction of the body 1051, the flanges 1052 are used for clamping the battery module, and the flanges 1052 are preferably concave arc-shaped bumps which are matched with battery cells 1023; the body 1051 is further provided with a clamping hole 1053 for clamping connection with a convex rod around the battery module box. The flanges and the clamping holes are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the body and respectively correspond to each module.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
