Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of closed filter cake dryers, and relates to a slitting roller scraping comb of a filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism.

Background

The drier is a mechanical device which reduces the moisture of materials by using heat energy; the filter cake dryer is equipment for continuously drying and subsequently treating a filter cake formed by the operation of the filter press; the closed filter cake dryer is an environment-friendly normal-pressure continuous convection type filter cake dryer with a fully closed structure; the device mainly comprises a closed compartment, a filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism, a filter cake conveying mechanism, a high-low temperature drying system and a PLC program control system; the drying device is suitable for drying materials with the water content of 55-83% into materials with the water content of 3-50% (the drying rate can be freely adjusted), and the water content of the materials can be reduced by more than 80%.

The filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism, namely a filter cake feeding, stirring and slitting mechanism, is an important mechanism of a closed filter cake dryer and mainly comprises a filter cake feeding box, a filter cake stirring device and a filter cake slitting device; the filter cake slitting device comprises a speed reducing motor, a slitting box beam, a slitting box end seat, slitting double rollers, a double-roller bearing box, a driving roller coupler, a linkage gear and a double-roller scraping plate and is positioned below the filter cake stirring device; the pair roller scraping plate is arranged below the slitting pair roller, one side of the scraping plate is rigidly close to the surface of the slitting pair roller and used for scraping materials stuck on the surface of the slitting pair roller completely to ensure that the thickness of the cake strips is uniform.

The slitting working principle of the filter cake slitting device is as follows: the surface of the slitting roller is provided with a concave-convex alternate meshing structure, the depth of the extruding groove is about 6mm, the width of the extruding groove is about 5mm, the slitting roller continuously rotates in opposite directions, broken cakes in the extruding groove are extruded and cut into strip cake strips, and the cake strips fall into a silk screen conveying belt of a high-low temperature drying system, so that the drying effect is more uniform.

The existing pair-roller scraping plate has the following defects: (1) the scraping edge of the double-roller scraping plate is a plane and does not correspond to the concave-convex surface of the slitting double-roller, and materials stuck in the grooves of the slitting double-roller extruding cannot be scraped completely, so that the cake strips are uneven in thickness, and the drying effect is influenced; (2) the pair roller scraping plates are non-adjustable scraping plates, the scraping edges cannot be close to the surfaces of the slitting pair rollers due to deformation and the like of the scraping plates for a long time, so that materials adhered to the surfaces of the slitting pair rollers cannot be scraped completely, the pair roller scraping plates need to be frequently stopped, disassembled and maintained or replaced, the use cost is increased, and the continuous production efficiency is influenced; is a technical problem which is always eagerly solved and can not be successfully scraped thoroughly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of a double-roller scraping plate of the existing filter cake slitting device, solve the technical problems that the scraping edge of the double-roller scraping plate is not capable of scraping materials stuck in a strip extruding groove on a plane, the closeness between the scraping edge of the double-roller scraping plate and the surface of a slitting double-roller is not adjustable, and the closeness between the scraping edge of the double-roller scraping plate and the surface of the slitting double-roller is over poor for a long time, so that the materials stuck on the surface of the slitting double-roller can not be scraped cleanly, and the double-roller scraping plate can be maintained frequently or replaced, and provide an adjustable scraping comb of the filter cake slitting double-roller and a filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism of a dryer; the filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism of the dryer refers to the filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism of the dryer with the adjustable scraping comb of the filter cake slitting double-roller, and is called for short because the number of characters of the patent name is limited.

The invention solves the problems of the prior art and adopts the innovative technical scheme that: an adjustable scraping comb (hereinafter referred to as a strip cutting double-roller scraping comb) of a filter cake strip cutting double-roller comprises a long and short tooth scraping comb, a pressing comb top wire bracket, a scraping comb pressing plate and a pressing comb top wire, wherein the long and short tooth scraping comb is made of stainless steel materials; the main point of the general technical scheme is that compared with the prior art, the innovative general structure has the prominent substantive characteristics that: (1) the existing pair roller scraping plate is improved into a long and short tooth scraping comb, long and short comb teeth correspond to the concave-convex surface of the slitting pair roller, the long comb teeth can scrape materials stuck in a groove for extruding the slitting pair roller, the short comb teeth with elasticity can flexibly contact the surface of the slitting pair roller, the scraping effect is better than that of the original pair roller scraping plate which is rigidly close to the surface of the slitting pair roller, and the unexpected technical effect is achieved; (2) the long and short tooth scraping combs and the slitting double-roller material scraping plates are arranged on the long and short tooth scraping combs; therefore, the technical problems that the scraping edge of the pair-roller scraping plate cannot scrape the materials stuck in the extruding strip groove for the plane, the closeness between the scraping edge of the pair-roller scraping plate and the surface of the cutting strip pair roller is not adjustable, and the closeness between the scraping edge and the surface of the cutting strip pair roller is not poor for a long time, so that the materials stuck on the surface of the cutting strip pair roller cannot be scraped cleanly and the pair-roller scraping plate is maintained frequently or replaced are solved.

The specific design scheme is as follows: (1) the long and short tooth scraping comb is a twice-bending scraping comb and comprises a scraping bent plate and long and short comb teeth; the scraping bent plate is bent twice into an installation section, a middle section and a scraping section, the scraping section forms an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and the installation section is provided with a plurality of adjustable carding holes, namely adjustable installation holes of a scraping comb; the long comb teeth and the short comb teeth are different from each other by the depth of the strip cutting pair-roller strip extruding groove, and the distance between the adjacent long comb teeth is equal to the distance between the strip cutting pair-roller strip extruding grooves; (2) the top wire pressing bracket is a rectangular frame, the middle part of the top wire pressing bracket is provided with two rows of top wire pressing mounting screw holes, two ends of the top wire pressing bracket are respectively provided with three mounting holes, and the specification of the top wire pressing bracket corresponds to the space inside a compartment of the slitting device; (3) the scraping comb pressing plate is a long plate strip for pressing the scraping comb and is provided with mounting holes corresponding to the adjustable comb mounting holes of the long and short tooth scraping comb; (4) the comb top pressing wire comprises a set of bolt and nut, and the length of the bolt is based on that the bolt is arranged on a comb top pressing wire support and can support the long and short teeth material scraping comb.

The connection relation of the main parts is as follows: for convenience of explanation, a slitting double-roller closely related to the slitting double-roller scraping comb is additionally arranged; (1) the long and short teeth material scraping comb and the material scraping comb pressing plate are assembled: after the slitting rollers are installed, the long and short-tooth scraping combs are pressed by a scraping comb pressing plate and are adjustably installed below the lower slitting box beam together by screws, and the long comb teeth are positioned in the slitting grooves of the slitting rollers; (2) a top wire pressing and combing support is arranged below the double-slitting-box end seat, a top wire pressing and combing is arranged on the top wire pressing and combing support and is used for pressing the long and short-tooth scraping combs, and the top wire pressing and combing is adjusted to enable the short comb teeth to flexibly contact the surfaces of the slitting double-rollers; in the process of cutting the filter cake into strips (the process of continuously rotating the strip cutting pair rollers in opposite directions), materials stuck on the surfaces of the strip cutting pair rollers and in the strip extruding grooves can be automatically and thoroughly scraped.

The invention also provides a filter cake stirring and shredding mechanism of the dryer, namely a filter cake feeding, stirring and shredding mechanism of a closed filter cake dryer, and an adjustable scraping comb of the filter cake shredding roll provided by the invention is used; the filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism mainly comprises a filter cake feeding box, a filter cake stirring device, a filter cake slitting device and a slitting double-roller scraping comb of the filter cake slitting device; has the functions of crushing the large filter cake and extruding and cutting the large filter cake into cake strips.

The adjustable scraping comb of the filter cake slitting roller and the filter cake crushing slitting mechanism of the dryer have the advantages of flexible contact of the comb roller, clean scraping, adjustable close degree of the comb roller and uniform thickness of the slit; the long and short comb teeth with elasticity can thoroughly scrape off materials stuck on the surfaces of the slitting pair rollers and in the grooves of the extruding strips by improving the existing pair roller scraping plates into long and short tooth scraping combs; (2) the top wire of the pressing comb and the bracket thereof are additionally arranged, so that the closeness degree of the long and short tooth scraping combs and the slitting double-roller can be adjusted, and the frequent maintenance or replacement of the double-roller scraping plates is avoided; the technical problem that people always desire to solve the continuous and thorough scraping and can not succeed all the time is solved; the performance of the filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism is improved, an unexpected technical effect is achieved, and the development direction of the closed filter cake dryer is shown.

The technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiment of the adjustable scraper comb of the cake slitting roller and the cake crushing and slitting mechanism of the dryer of the present invention, and the described embodiment is only a part of preferred embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, such as the strip-cutting pair-roller scraping comb with the same scraping and carding modes and similar structures, which are made by the person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1

An adjustable scraping comb 7 (hereinafter referred to as a strip cutting double-roller scraping comb) of a filter cake strip cutting double-roller comprises a long and short tooth scraping comb 1, a pressing comb top wire bracket 2, a scraping comb pressing plate 3 and a pressing comb top wire 6, which are made of stainless steel materials; the main points of the overall embodiment of the innovation are: (1) the existing pair roller scraping plate is improved into a long and short tooth scraping comb 1, long and short comb teeth 5 correspond to the concave-convex surfaces of the slitting pair rollers, the long comb teeth can scrape materials stuck in grooves of the slitting pair roller extruding, the short comb teeth with elasticity can flexibly contact the surfaces of the slitting pair rollers, the scraping effect is better than that of the original pair roller scraping plate which is rigidly attached to the surfaces of the slitting pair rollers, and the unexpected technical effect is achieved; (2) the long-short-tooth scraping comb 1 is additionally provided with a long-short-tooth top wire 6 and a support 2 thereof, the long-short-tooth top wire 6 is arranged below the long-short-tooth scraping comb 1, the close degree of the long-short-tooth scraping comb 1 and the slitting double-roller 10 can be adjusted, so that the short comb can scrape off materials stuck on the surface of the slitting double-roller 10, and the frequent maintenance or replacement of a double-roller scraping plate is avoided; the detailed description is as follows.

The long and short tooth scraping comb 1 is a twice-bending scraping comb and comprises a scraping bent plate and long and short comb teeth 5; the scraping bent plate is bent twice into an installation section, a middle section and a scraping section, the scraping section forms an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and the installation section is provided with a plurality of adjustable carding holes 4, namely adjustable installation holes of a scraping comb; the long comb teeth 5 are long wedge-shaped elastic comb teeth matched with the strip cutting pair roller strip extruding grooves, and comprise long comb teeth and short comb teeth, the difference between the long comb teeth and the short comb teeth is equal to the depth of the strip cutting pair roller 10 strip extruding grooves, and the distance between the adjacent long comb teeth is equal to the distance between the strip cutting pair roller 10 strip extruding grooves; after the strip cutting pair rollers 10 are installed, the long and short tooth scraping combs 1 are pressed by the scraping comb pressing plate 3 and are installed below the lower strip cutting chamber beam 8 together in an adjustable mode through screws, and the long comb teeth are located in the strip extruding grooves of the strip cutting pair rollers 10; the device is used for automatically and thoroughly scraping off materials stuck on the surface of the slitting roller 10 and in a slitting groove in a filter cake slitting process (a continuous opposite rotation process of the slitting roller 10).

The top wire pressing bracket 2 is a rectangular frame, the middle part of the top wire pressing bracket is provided with two rows of top wire pressing mounting screw holes, two ends of the top wire pressing bracket are respectively provided with three mounting holes, and the specification of the top wire pressing bracket corresponds to the space inside a compartment of the slitting device; the top thread support 2 of the pressure comb is installed below the end seat 9 of the double-slitting box, and the top thread 6 of the pressure comb is installed on the top thread support 2 of the pressure comb, supports the long and short tooth scraping comb 1 and is used for installing the top thread 6 of the pressure comb.

The scraping comb pressing plate 3 is a long plate strip for pressing the scraping comb and is provided with mounting holes corresponding to the adjustable comb mounting holes 4 of the long and short tooth scraping comb 1; the long and short tooth scraping combs 1 are pressed by the scraping comb pressing plate 3, and the long and short tooth scraping combs 1 are jointly and adjustably installed below the lower slitting box cross beam 8 by screws and used for pressing the long and short tooth scraping combs 1.

The comb top pressing wire 6 comprises a set of bolt and nut, and the length of the bolt is based on that the comb top pressing wire support 2 can support the long and short tooth scraping combs 1; the top wire 6 of the pressing comb is arranged on the top wire bracket 2 of the pressing comb, and props against the long and short teeth scraping comb 1, and the top wire 6 of the pressing comb is adjusted to enable the short comb teeth to flexibly contact the surface of the slitting double-roller 10; the adjustable long and short tooth scraping comb 1 is tightly propped, so that the short comb teeth and the long comb teeth respectively flexibly contact the surface of the strip cutting roller 10 and the strip extruding groove.

The adjustable scraping comb 7 of the filter cake slitting double-roller has the advantages of flexible contact of the comb roller, clean scraping, adjustable close degree of the comb roller and uniform thickness of the slitting; the technical problems that the scraping edge of the pair-roller scraping plate is a plane and cannot scrape materials stuck in the extruding groove, the closeness between the scraping edge of the pair-roller scraping plate and the surface of the slitting pair-roller 10 is not adjustable, the closeness between the scraping edge and the surface of the slitting pair-roller 10 is not high enough for a long time, the materials stuck on the surface of the slitting pair-roller 10 cannot be completely scraped, and the pair-roller scraping plate is frequently maintained or replaced are solved; the performance of the filter cake crushing and strip cutting mechanism is improved, and unexpected technical effects are achieved.

Example 2

A filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism (a filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism for short) of a dryer, namely a filter cake feeding, stirring and slitting mechanism of a closed filter cake dryer, uses an adjustable scraping comb 7 (a slitting double-roller scraping comb for short) of a filter cake slitting double-roller provided by the invention; the filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism mainly comprises a filter cake feeding box, a filter cake stirring device 13 and a filter cake slitting device 14; the filter cake crushing device 13 comprises a crushing speed reducing motor 11, a rotating shaft with claws and a bearing seat assembly; the filter cake slitting device 14 comprises a slitting speed reduction motor 11, a slitting box beam 8, a slitting box end seat 9, slitting double rollers 10, a double-roller bearing box, a driving roller coupler, a linkage gear and a slitting double-roller scraping comb 7; has the functions of crushing the large filter cake and extruding and cutting the large filter cake into cake strips. The invention is manufactured according to the current standard of the dryer related to the mechanical industry in China.

The working process of the filter cake crushing and strip cutting mechanism is as follows: under the control of the PLC program control system, the large filter cake is conveyed to a filter cake feeding compartment 12 through a filter cake conveying mechanism conveyer belt outside the dryer; the filter cake crushing device 13 is used for crushing the large filter cake into a crushed cake; the strip cutting rollers 10 of the filter cake strip cutting device 14 continuously rotate oppositely, broken cakes in the strip extruding grooves are extruded and cut into strip cake strips, and the cake strips fall into a screen conveyer belt of a high-low temperature drying system, so that the drying effect is more uniform. For a long time, when the close degree of the long and short teeth scraping comb 1 and the slitting roller 10 is out of tolerance, the comb top pressing wire 6 is adjusted to enable the short comb teeth to flexibly contact the surface of the slitting roller 10, so that the long and short comb teeth 5 can continuously and thoroughly scrape materials stuck on the surface of the slitting roller 10 and in a slitting groove, the roller scraping plate is effectively prevented from being frequently maintained or replaced, and the continuous production of the drying machine is guaranteed.
