According to the invention, the circuit board of the electronic product is punched by the punching mechanism 4, and after punching, the excessive burrs at the bottom of the circuit board are flattened, pushed and scraped by the deburring mechanism 7, so that the deburring treatment can be effectively carried out on the circuit board after punching, the punching quality of the circuit board is ensured, the subsequent complex processing flow is not needed, and the production efficiency of the electronic product is improved.

Specifically, firstly, after the punching mechanism 4 punches a hole in a circuit board of an electronic product, the electric telescopic rod 7.2 is lifted upwards to push and press burrs generated by punching processing at the bottom of the circuit board upwards, and after the pushing and pressing processing in the row direction is completed, the electric telescopic rod 7.2 is contracted downwards to enable the end part of the electric telescopic rod 7.2 to be flush with the bottom of the circuit board, at the moment, the circuit board is driven by the conveying disc 8 to rotate, and then the surplus burrs flush with the bottom of the circuit board are scraped by the top iron sheet of the electric telescopic rod 7.2; and finally, the electric telescopic rod 7.2 contracts downwards again to wait for the same treatment on the circuit board again.

Referring to fig. 2, the electric push rod 4.1 is fixedly arranged on the support column 3 through the locking plate 2, so that the electric push rod 4.1 can be fixedly arranged on the base 1; and in the use process of the electric push rod 4.1, the clamping and fixing height of the locking plate 2 to the supporting column 3 can be adjusted, and the height of the punching mechanism 4 can be adjusted in real time.

Referring to fig. 7, the fixing member 8.3 includes a baffle plate 8.31 having a hollow interior, fixing grooves 8.32 fixedly disposed at two sides of the baffle plate 8.31, and a square groove 8.33 disposed at the middle of the fixing grooves 8.32; the circuit board is placed in the grooves 8.33 of the fixing grooves 8.32 on the two sides, the circuit board is clamped and fixed through the grooves 8.33 and can be taken out only in a pulling and inserting mode, and therefore the problem that the punching size is greatly deviated due to unstable fixation of the circuit board cannot occur in the punching process; moreover, the baffle plates 8.31 are arranged in a hollow mode, so that punching processing cannot be influenced when the punching mechanism 4 punches the circuit board.

Referring to fig. 5, a supporting frame 6 is further disposed on the base 1, a circular through hole 6.1 is disposed on the supporting frame 6, and the deburring mechanism 7 is disposed in the circular through hole 6.1; through setting up support frame 6 for conveying dish 8 has corresponding support in the bottom, consequently, when the circuit board when punching a hole and handling, support frame 6 can play the supporting role to fixing piece 8.3 on conveying dish 8, and conveying dish 8 can not appear seriously shaking when mechanism 4 punches a hole to the circuit board of punching a hole and add man-hour, has further solved the problem that the size of punching a hole that has the fixed unstability of circuit board and lead to produces great deviation at the in-process of punching a hole.
