After the driving motor 34 is started, the driving spool 36 can be ensured to rotate continuously, the wire rod enters the moving block 39 through the wire passing groove, finally enters the wire hose 32 through the wire passing channel and then extends out, enters the bottom plate 31, and is pulled by matching the wire changing roller 37 with the driving spool 36. The wire changing roller 37 is pressed against the driving spool 36 to power the wire, and the matching position of the wire changing roller 37 and the driving spool 36 is changed by changing the angle of the changing spool 35, so that different wires can be changed and selected for application.
