Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a side window edge covering mechanism, a side window edge covering glass assembly and an automobile.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, users have certain requirements on the decoration effect and visual effect inside and outside the automobile besides the basic performance of the automobile. Based on the above, with the development of the field of automobile parts, a scheme for arranging the lamp set on the periphery of the side window glass is researched and designed. The lamp group can be automatically emitted under any light condition and is not influenced by ambient light, so that the application range is wide. On the other hand, the lamp group is not known to be arranged at the periphery of the side window glass, so that the peripheral space of the glass is fully utilized, and the space utilization rate is improved. Because the lamp group is arranged on the periphery of the side window glass, when the lamp group is replaced or repaired, the operation is inconvenient, and the maintenance cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a side window edge covering mechanism, a side window edge covering glass assembly and an automobile aiming at the problems of inconvenient operation and high maintenance cost during replacement or maintenance, so as to effectively improve the convenience of operation and reduce the maintenance cost.

A side window taping mechanism comprising:

a lamp group assembly;

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 and 10, in one embodiment, there is provided a side window hemming mechanism 10 including:

a lamp group assembly 11;

a bezel frame 12, the bezel frame 12 enclosing a mounting opening 121 for mounting a glass 21. As shown in fig. 8, a side of the hemming frame 12 facing away from the inside of the vehicle is an outer side, and an installation groove 122 is formed in the outer side of the hemming frame 12. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 10, the lamp set assembly 11 is detachably installed in the installation groove 122, and two opposite side walls of the installation groove 122 are respectively provided with an insertion portion 123 and a clamping portion 124;

as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 9, a plug-in fitting portion 111 is disposed on the lamp group assembly 11 at a position corresponding to the plug-in portion 123, and one of the plug-in fitting portion 111 and the plug-in fitting portion 123 is detachably inserted into the other;

the lamp group component 11 is provided with a fastener 112 at a position corresponding to the fastening portion 124, and the fastener 112 is detachably fastened to the fastening portion 124.

According to the side window edge covering mechanism 10 provided by the scheme, the inserting portion 123 and the clamping portion 124 are respectively arranged on the two opposite side walls of the installation groove 122, so that the lamp group assembly 11 can be detachably installed in the installation groove 122, and when the lamp group assembly 11 needs to be replaced or maintained, the lamp group assembly 11 can be detached from the edge covering frame 12, so that the convenience of operation is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced. Specifically, in the assembling process, the inserting fitting portion 111 and the inserting portion 123 are inserted together, and then the lamp assembly 11 is pressed into the mounting groove 122 until the fastening member 112 and the fastening portion 124 are fastened and fitted together. Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the insertion portion 123 includes an insertion hole disposed on a side wall of the mounting groove 122, and the insertion mating portion 111 includes a positioning protrusion disposed on the lamp group assembly 11, and the positioning protrusion is detachably inserted into the insertion hole.

Alternatively, in another embodiment, the insertion portion 123 may include a protruding structure disposed on a sidewall of the mounting groove 122, and the insertion mating portion 111 includes a recessed structure disposed on the lamp group assembly 11, and the protruding structure is detachably inserted into the recessed structure.

More specifically, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the clamping portion 124 includes a clamping hole disposed on a side wall of the mounting groove 122, and the clamping member 112 is detachably clamped in the clamping hole.

Further, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a side wall of the mounting groove 122 on which the inserting portion 123 is disposed is a first side wall 1221, a side wall of the mounting groove 122 on which the clamping portion 124 is disposed is a second side wall 1222, the first side wall 1221 and the second side wall 1222 are sequentially arranged in a direction away from the mounting opening 121, and the second side wall 1222 is located at an outer edge of the serging frame 12. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the engaging hole 124 is formed on the second sidewall 1222, and the engaging hole 124 penetrates the binding frame 12 in a direction away from the mounting opening 121.

Thus, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, when the lamp assembly 11 is installed in the installation groove 122, the fastener 112 can be pushed against the outside of the binding frame 12, so as to detach the lamp assembly 11 from the binding frame 12. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, during installation, the fastening member 112 is pressed into the fastening hole 124 by using the elastic deformation capability of the fastening member 112 itself, so that the fastening member 112 is hooked in the fastening hole 124. When the lamp group assembly 11 needs to be replaced, the fastening piece 112 hooked in the fastening hole 124 is pushed and pushed from the outside of the edge-covering frame 12, so that the fastening piece 112 is separated from the fastening hole 124, and the lamp group assembly 11 is taken out on the basis.

As shown in fig. 2, when the side window edge covering mechanism 10 is applied to an automobile, the clamping hole 124 is exposed outside the side wall sheet metal 30 and the gutter sheet metal 40 of the automobile. Therefore, when the lamp group assembly 11 is replaced, the hemming frame 12 and the glass 21 do not need to be detached from the automobile, and the convenience of maintenance is further improved.

Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12, the side window binding mechanism 10 further includes a decoration 13, the decoration 13 is disposed outside the binding frame 12, and the decoration 13 is covered on a side of the clamping hole 124 facing away from the mounting opening 121. The decoration piece 13 shields the clamping hole 124, and the overall integrity of the appearance is improved.

More specifically, when the side window edge covering mechanism 10 is applied to an automobile, as shown in fig. 2, a gutter plate 40 is disposed on the rear side of the side wall plate 30, and the decoration 13 abuts against the gutter plate 40 to shield the edge covering frame 12. And the decorative piece 13 is abutted against the launder sheet metal 40 to achieve a certain waterproof effect.

Further, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of the inserting portions 123 are disposed on the first side wall 1221, and the plurality of the inserting portions 123 are sequentially arranged at intervals along a length direction of the first side wall 1221. As shown in fig. 7, 11 and 12, the decoration 13 is a strip plate, the length direction of the decoration 13 is the same as the length direction of the second side wall 1222, and the decoration 13 covers the side of each snap hole 124 facing away from the mounting opening 121. The snap hole 124 cannot be seen from the outside under the shielding of the decoration 13. When the lamp set assembly 11 needs to be disassembled, the decoration piece 13 can be disassembled first, and the subsequent disassembling process is performed after the clamping hole 124 is exposed.

Further, the step of installing the glass 21 in the installation opening 121 may specifically include the steps of placing the glass 21 and the hemming frame 12 into a forming mold, and then injecting the soft plastic 17 between the two to integrally form the two.

Finally, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the lamp set assembly 11 and the mounting groove 122 are completely covered by the bright strip 14 and the decoration 13.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 8 to 10, in one embodiment, the second sidewall 1222 further has a first connecting through hole 125, the lamp set assembly 11 is further provided with a second connecting through hole 113 at a position opposite to the first connecting through hole 125, and the sidelite mechanism 10 further includes a first connecting member 15, and the first connecting member 15 passes through the first connecting through hole 125 and the second connecting through hole 113 to connect the lamp set assembly 11 and the hemming frame 12. Further, in yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, there is provided a side-window hemming glass assembly 20 comprising a glass 21 and the above-mentioned side-window hemming mechanism 10, wherein the glass 21 is installed in the installation opening 121.

According to the side window edge-covering glass assembly 20 provided by the scheme, the side window edge-covering mechanism 10 in any embodiment is adopted, so that the operation convenience in replacement and maintenance of the lamp group assembly 11 is improved. And the glass 21 can be kept intact in the maintenance process, so that the maintenance cost is effectively reduced.

Specifically, in one embodiment, the glass 21 is integrally formed with the bezel frame 12.

The glass 21 and the hemming frame 12 may be put together in a molding die during the process, and then a soft plastic may be injected between the two to mold the two together. The soft plastic may be TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), or PU (polyurethane).
