For the description of step one, step two, step three and step four:

the front needle plate 1 moves leftwards to make the right side of the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 align with the left side of the first widening sheet 30 of the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2, then the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 starts to perform loop transferring work, the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 moves upwards, after the yarn is looped, the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 moves to the position of the first widening sheet 30 along with the ascending of the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2, meanwhile, the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 starts to perform loop splicing action, the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 moves upwards to the left side of the first widening sheet 30 of the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2, then the front needle plate 1 moves rightwards to make the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 enter the first widening sheet 30 of the 1 st knitting needle 21 on the rear needle plate 2, and make the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the left lower side d of a loop hooked by the yarn of the needle of the front needle plate 1, and finally moves along with the motion of a cam head, the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 is moved downward to complete the transfer operation, and the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 completes the transfer operation to transfer the 1 st stitch on the rear needle plate 2 to the 1 st stitch position of the front needle plate 1.

Example five:

referring to fig. 1-3, the knitting needle of the present embodiment adopts a double widening piece structure, and the other sides of the knitting needles 11 and 21 of the front needle plate 1 and the rear needle plate 2 are respectively provided with a second widening piece 40, as shown in A, B in fig. 12, the knitting needle movement of the present embodiment is changed from that of the fourth embodiment, in the present embodiment, the left end stitch of the front needle plate is more than that of the rear needle plate, the front needle plate is 8 stitches, the rear needle plate is 6 stitches, and at this time, the stitch transfer of the 1 st stitch of the front needle plate to the 1 st knitting needle of the rear needle plate is performed as required, and the same stitch transfer manner as that of the fourth embodiment is adopted.

As shown in fig. 13, the present embodiment further provides a method for knitting a needle for rotational knitting of front and rear knitted fabrics according to the above, including the steps of:

the method comprises the following steps: the rear needle plate moves leftwards, so that the right side of knitting of the rear needle plate is aligned with the left side of a second widening ring piece of the knitting needle of the front needle plate;

step two: the knitting needle of the front needle plate moves upwards to move the coil to the position of a second widening sheet of the knitting needle;

step three: then, the rear needle plate moves upwards to the lower part of the left side of a second widening sheet of the knitting needle of the front needle plate, and then the rear needle plate moves rightwards, so that the knitting needle of the rear needle plate enters the second widening sheet of the knitting needle of the front needle plate, and a knitting needle hook of the rear needle plate hooks the left lower side yarn of the coil;

step four: and finally, along with the motion of the cam nose, the knitting needle of the front needle plate moves downwards, and the coil is transferred to the knitting needle of the rear needle plate.

For the description of step one, step two, step three and step four:

the rear needle plate 2 moves leftwards to make the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 align with the left side of the first widening sheet 30 of the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1, then the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 starts to perform transfer work, the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 moves upwards, the yarn is moved to the position of the second widening sheet 50 along with the ascending of the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1 after being looped, meanwhile, the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 starts to perform a loop connecting action, the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 moves upwards to the left side below the second widening sheet 50 of the 1 st knitting needle 11 of the front needle plate 1, then the rear needle plate 2 moves rightwards to make the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 enter the second widening sheet 50 of the 1 st knitting needle 11 on the front needle plate 1, and make the 1 st knitting needle 21 of the rear needle 2 hook the left lower side of a loop d of the yarn, and finally along with the motion of a cam nose, the 8 th knitting needle 21 of the rear needle plate 2 is moved downward to complete the transfer operation, and the knitting needle of the front needle plate completes the transfer operation to transfer the 1 st stitch on the front needle plate 1 to the 1 st stitch position of the rear needle plate 2.

In the first to fifth embodiments, if the front needle plate/the rear needle plate or the front and rear needle plates partially perform the operations of gathering, adding, dividing and the like in the fabric pattern forming process of the front and rear needle plates, the stitch transfer can be performed by using the above method, so as to realize the uniform fabric knitting effect.

In the first to fifth embodiments, the bottom of the first and second widening ring pieces of the knitting needle is higher than the lower edge of the needle body, and the lower edges of the first and second widening ring pieces are provided with the needle gap, so that in the knitting process of the first to fifth embodiments, the needle of the knitting needle can enter the first widening ring piece or the second widening ring piece through the needle gap, and the needle can conveniently hook and transfer the stitch from the outside of the stitch.
