The mirror concrete floor sanding process of claim 4, wherein during the steps of spreading the wear-resistant material and smoothing, if the wear-resistant material has insufficient moisture absorption, the sanding synergist is sprayed in mist form to the construction surface lacking moisture by using an electric sprayer.

7. The mirror-finished concrete floor powder polishing process according to claim 6, wherein the ingredients of the light harvesting synergist comprise silica, and the silica is in a colloidal state.

Background

In the related art, in most cases of floor construction glazing technology, workers directly wear rain shoes for construction, foot prints are easily left when the workers meet the condition that the concrete condensation speed is inconsistent, the foot prints cannot be leveled even after the whole glazing process is finished, the foot prints are slightly lower than the surrounding ground, and the foot prints become extremely obvious after polishing is finished, so that the attractiveness of the floor is affected; meanwhile, in the concrete polishing process, the ground is very easy to scratch, so that the finished surface becomes a large flower face. Therefore, in order to make the flatness meet the requirement of ultra-flat use, the finished surface has better aesthetic appearance, and becomes more important.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a mirror concrete floor stucco process to at least partially address the problems with the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a mirror concrete terrace powder coating process, comprising the following steps:

putting the aluminum hollow light-receiving shoes into a construction surface;

carrying out mechanical steamed bread operation; and

and (4) performing surface burnishing, including performing multiple times of surface burnishing in the early stage by using a metal blade and performing final surface burnishing by replacing a plastic blade.

Optionally, in the step of surface powdering, the angle of the metal blade is between 0 ° and 45 °, and the angle of the metal blade gradually increases as the hardness of the ground increases.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
