6. The mobile rescue capsule of claim 1, wherein a medicine box is disposed in the main chamber, and medicines and medical instruments are stored in the medicine box.

7. The mobile rescue capsule of claim 1, wherein the rescue capsule shell is a sandwich structure with steel structures on two sides and a thermal insulation layer in the middle.

Technical Field

Background

In the occasions such as tunnels and mines, due to the limitation of space, when encountering the dangers of fire, collapse, water permeation and the like, people in danger are difficult to escape in time, so that a rescue capsule is necessary to be arranged in the tunnels and mines, so that the necessary survival time can be provided, and the arrival of rescuers is waited, which is generated by the application.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mobile rescue capsule.

a first cabin door is arranged on the part, located on the main cabin, of the rescue cabin shell, a second cabin door is arranged on the part, located on the transition cabin, of the rescue cabin shell, a third cabin door is arranged on the partition plate, the first cabin door and the second cabin door can only be opened outwards, the third cabin door can only be opened towards the inside of the main cabin, the first cabin door and the third cabin door are in a normally closed state, and the second cabin door is in a normally open state;

the oxygen supply system comprises an oxygen bottle, an oxygen delivery pipeline and an oxygen mask, wherein the oxygen bottle is positioned in the main cabin, the oxygen delivery pipeline is connected with the oxygen bottle, the oxygen mask is positioned in the transition cabin and connected with the oxygen delivery pipeline, and an oxygen outlet is formed in the part of the oxygen delivery pipeline, which is positioned in the main cabin;

the air constant pressure system is used for maintaining the air pressure in the main cabin to be constant;

a conveying pipeline which can be communicated with the outside is arranged on the rescue capsule shell, the conveying pipeline extends inwards into the main capsule, and a switch valve is arranged on the conveying pipeline;

the drainage system is used for draining water flowing into the main cabin, the communication system is used for communicating to the outside, and the power supply system is used for supplying power.

Preferably, a viewing hole is arranged on the part of the rescue capsule shell positioned on the main capsule.

Preferably, a camera and a lighting lamp are arranged in the main cabin.

Preferably, the oxygen supply system further comprises an oxygen concentration controller.

Preferably, a plurality of seats are provided in the main compartment.

Preferably, a medicine box is arranged in the main cabin, and medicines and medical appliances are stored in the medicine box.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the rescue capsule can be applied to occasions such as tunnels and mines, can be used as an emergency avoidance place when people meet dangers such as fire disasters and landslides, particularly water permeable dangers, and cannot escape in time, is simple in structure and multifunctional, can meet various requirements of people in danger, and ensures the long-term life safety of the people in danger to wait for rescue personnel to rescue.

Taking the view shown in fig. 1 as an example, the transition cabin 5 is located on the left side, the main cabin 6 is located on the right side, the bulkhead of the main cabin 6 is provided with the first cabin door 7, the bulkhead of the transition cabin 5 is provided with the second cabin door 8, the partition plate 4 is provided with the third cabin door 9, the first cabin door 7 and the second cabin door 8 can only be opened outwards, the third cabin door 9 can only be opened towards the inside of the main cabin 6, and the first cabin door 7, the second cabin door 8 and the third cabin door 9 can be operated to open and close the cabin doors no matter inside or outside, so that the use is convenient. The drainage system comprises a water pump, and the water is drained by the water pump; the communication system can comprise communication equipment such as mobile phones, interphones, satellite phones and the like; the power supply system 15 may include a storage battery and a diesel generator, the storage battery is usually fully charged, when an emergency occurs, the storage battery can be used for supplying power, when the storage battery is insufficient in power, the diesel generator can be used for supplying power, and a certain amount of diesel oil needs to be stored in the main cabin 6.

In summary, the lifesaving principle of the rescue capsule is as follows: in the occasions such as tunnels and mines, when the danger such as fire, collapse and the like is met, if the first cabin door 7 on the main cabin 6 can be opened, the people in danger can open the first cabin door 7, quickly enter the main cabin 6 to avoid danger, and then close the first cabin door 7; if the danger such as water permeation causes the outer part of the rescue capsule to be flooded, the first cabin door 7 on the main cabin 6 cannot be opened, otherwise, the outer water can rapidly rush into the main cabin 6, then the person in danger can enter the transition cabin 5 through the normally open second cabin door 8, then the oxygen mask 12 is worn, the second cabin door 8 is closed, the third cabin door 9 is opened to enter the main cabin 6, the water rushing into the main cabin 6 can be discharged through the drainage system, and after the third cabin door 9 is closed, the main cabin 6 can form a closed space, so that the person in danger in the main cabin 6 can be protected.

After the personnel enter the main cabin 6, a plurality of functional systems arranged in the main cabin 6 can ensure the life safety of the personnel in the main cabin 6, for example, an oxygen supply system can ensure that the oxygen in the main cabin 6 has sufficient oxygen, an air constant pressure system can maintain the constant air pressure in the main cabin 6, a communication system can facilitate the communication between the personnel and the outside, the medicines and medical appliances stored in the medicine boxes 19 can facilitate the self-rescue of the personnel, and the arranged conveying pipeline 2 can facilitate the supply of necessary articles for the outside rescue personnel to the main cabin 6.

Therefore, the rescue capsule can be used as an emergency avoidance place when people meet danger and cannot escape in time, is simple in structure and multifunctional, can meet various requirements of people in danger, and ensures long-term life safety of the people in danger to wait for rescue of rescue workers.
