The supporting arms are arranged in pairs and movably connected with each other, so that the reversing separation mechanism can be ensured to obtain labor-saving effect, and can be fixed by the convex edges.

2. The plug and the socket must be matched for use, otherwise, the power supply cannot be obtained. Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the invention relates to an easy-to-pull plug pin connector which is matched with the plug pin connector, and comprises a plug, a socket, a power interface, a shell, a plug hole and a plurality of plug pin electric appliances 6, and is characterized in that: the easy-to-pull plug connector used in a matched mode further comprises a reversing separation mechanism 7 and a button 1, the shell comprises a plug shell and a socket shell, the plug electric appliance 6 comprises a plug pin 601 and a jack 602, the plug pin 601 is arranged at the lower end of the plug shell, and the jack 602 is arranged inside the socket and is matched with the plug pin 601 for use. The power interface is arranged on the side face of the plug, the button 1 penetrates through the plug shell and is partially exposed at the upper end of the plug shell, and the reversing separation mechanism 7 penetrates through the socket shell and is arranged inside the socket shell. The reversing separation mechanism 7 is of an inverted m shape integrally and comprises a pressing column 701, a support shaft 702, two support arms 703 and two top columns 704, wherein the support arms 703 and the top columns 704 are arranged correspondingly. The pressing column 701 and the supporting shaft 702 are designed into a whole, the upper end is a cylindrical pressing column 701, the lower end is a supporting shaft 702, and the pressing column 701 is perpendicular to the supporting shaft 702. The design of the cylinder is beneficial to the up-and-down movement of the compression column 701. The pressing column 701 is arranged in the middle of the reversing separation mechanism 7, the two top columns 704 are symmetrically arranged on the side edges of the reversing separation mechanism 7 by taking the pressing column 701 as a center, the pressing column 701 and the top columns 704 penetrate through the socket shell, and when a plug and the socket are separated and the plug is completely inserted into the socket, the upper surfaces of the pressing column 701 and the top columns 704 are flush with the upper surface of the socket shell. The support shaft 702 is arranged at the lower end of the pressing column 701 and is fixedly connected with the pressing column 701, one end of the support arm 703 is hinged with the support shaft 702, the middle of the support arm is movably connected with the socket shell, and the other end of the support arm is hinged with the top column 704. When the pressing column 701 is forced to move downwards, the supporting shaft 702 moves downwards along with the pressing column 701, the end of the supporting arm 703 connected with the pressing column 701 moves downwards, and the end of the supporting arm 703 connected with the top column 704 moves upwards under the reversing action of the middle part and the socket shell. Namely, the pressing column 701, the supporting arm 703, the top column 704 and the socket shell form a planar reversing mechanism, the downward acting force of the button 1 is converted into the upward acting force of the top column 704, and meanwhile, the plurality of top columns 704 share the downward acting force of the button 1 together, so that the effects of saving labor and improving the bearing capacity of the reversing separation mechanism 7 can be achieved.

The lower end of the button 1 is electrically connected with the upper end of the press column 701, the upper end of the button 1 is an insulator, the button 1 is electrically connected with the pin 601, the press column 701 is electrically connected with the jack 602, and the plug and the socket are required to be used in a set. If the plug is fully inserted into the socket and the button 1 is not in contact with the pressing column 701, the plug cannot obtain power from the socket, and the socket cannot generate current, so that electric shock and electric leakage are prevented. Therefore, the anti-theft function of the plug and the socket can be achieved. Meanwhile, the plug of the plug connector can prevent the wrong insertion of the socket, and is a fool-proof mechanism. For special type equipment, the wrong power socket is used, and the power supply cannot be connected, so that power supply accidents are caused.

When the plug is fully inserted into the socket, the lower end of the button 1 is in close contact with the press stud 701. When the plug needs to be separated from the socket, the button 1 is pressed, the button 1 extrudes the reversing separating mechanism 7, the reversing separating mechanism 7 transmits force to the socket, the button 1 transmits the force to the plug, the reversing separating mechanism 7 is of a labor-saving structure, the plug and the socket can be separated easily, and the reversing separating mechanism 7 is compact in layout and small in occupied space.

In an embodiment of the present application, the support arm 703 further includes a connecting shaft 705, in this embodiment, the connecting shaft 705 is integrally disposed with the support arm 703, and two sides of the middle of the support arm 703 protrude as the connecting shaft 705 to be movably connected with the socket housing, so that the support arm 703 and the socket housing can rotate relatively, and at the same time, the direction of the ground force applied to the compression leg 701 is converted. The contact surfaces of the support arms 703, the movable joints of the support shafts and the top posts are arc surfaces, the arc surfaces wrap the lower ends of the support shafts 702 or the top posts 704, and the arc surfaces are designed to facilitate rotation after hinging, so that mutual abrasion among the movable contact surfaces of the reversing separation mechanism 7 is reduced. The cambered surface also absorbs horizontal displacement generated in the rotation process, and ensures that the compression leg 701 and the top leg 704 only move in the vertical direction. The connecting shaft 705 and the supporting arm 703 are designed into a whole, so that the processing difficulty of the supporting arm 703 can be reduced, and the cost is reduced. In other embodiments, a through hole may be formed in the middle of the support arm 703 and the connection shaft 705 may be inserted through the through hole, and the connection shaft 705 protrudes from both ends of the through hole to movably connect the support arm 703 and the socket housing. The design of the connecting shaft 705 separately from the support arm 703 can increase the mobility and the service life of the support arm 703, and the actual design condition is subject to requirements. The connecting shaft 705 ensures that the supporting arm 703 can only rotate relative to the socket and cannot move in the horizontal or vertical direction, and plays a role in fixing the direction of the force of the reversing and separating mechanism 7 and the switching button 1.

The supporting arms 703 are used pairwise and are arranged in a back direction, one of the paired supporting arms 703 has an arc surface with the contact end of the supporting shaft, the other supporting arm has two arc surfaces with the contact end of the supporting shaft, the lower end of the arc surfaces is provided with a strip-shaped convex rib 707 parallel to the arc, a T-shaped opening A is arranged between the arc surfaces of the supporting arms 703 with the two arc surfaces, and the arc surfaces of the supporting arms 703 with one arc surface are crossed with the arc surfaces and movably connected in the opening A. Therefore, each pair of supporting arms 703 can be inserted into each other, can rotate mutually and cannot move left and right, so that the limiting effect is achieved, and the reversing separation mechanism 7 is more stable.

The lower end of the top column 704 is a horizontal cylinder matched with the arc surface of the supporting arm 703, the upper end of the top column 704 is a hemisphere and upwards pushes up the plug shell in a spherical form, so that the plug pin 601 and the jack 602 are separated favorably, the middle end of the top column is a vertical cylinder, a spring 706 is sleeved on the vertical cylinder between the horizontal cylinder and the socket shell, and a gasket 708 is arranged between the horizontal cylinder and the spring 706. The vertical cylinder is arranged to facilitate the up-and-down movement of the top pillar 704 and facilitate the sleeving of the spring 706, and the horizontal cylinder facilitates the mutual rotation of the top pillar 704 and the supporting arm 703, increases the stress area, and reduces the bearing capacity of the top pillar 704. When the plug is plugged into the socket, the top column 704 is supported by the spring 706 due to the action of the spring 706 and does not move up and down, when the plug needs to be pulled out of the socket, the spring 706 is compressed, the top column 704 moves up, and when the plug is pulled out of the socket, the pressing force is removed, and the top column 704 is stretched to the original position by the spring 706. In the free-extending state of the spring 706, the top surface of the top post 704 and the pressing post 701 are flush with the upper surface of the socket housing.

If the plug is inserted into a non-matching socket, the ball body at the lower end of the column C103 will abut against the upper surface of the socket, so that the plug cannot be completely inserted into the socket, and the plug cannot be electrically connected with the socket. If a non-matching plug is plugged into a socket, the press stud 701 cannot be electrically connected with the plug, and the non-matching plug cannot obtain power from the socket.

The plug outer shell comprises a plug upper shell 3 and a plug lower shell 4, a circular groove C104 matched with the cylinder A101 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the plug upper shell 3, a hollow cylinder D105 matched with the cylinder B102 is arranged at the lower end of the groove C104, and the diameter of the inner circle of the hollow cylinder D105 is slightly larger than that of the cylinder B102. The central position of the upper surface of the lower socket shell 8 corresponds to the hollow cylinder D105 and is provided with a hollow cylinder E106, the inner circle diameter of the hollow cylinder E106 is equal to the inner circle diameter of the hollow cylinder D105 and is connected with the hollow cylinder D105, and a channel for the limited up-and-down movement of the button 1 is formed. The lower end of the hollow cylinder E106 is provided with a baffle ring 107 for supporting the resetting piece 2, and the resetting piece 2 can also move up and down in the hollow cylinder E106. The circular recess C104, the hollow cylinder D105 and the hollow cylinder E106 are all for accommodating the button 1, allowing limited up and down movement of the button 1 through the plug, and preventing the button 1 from moving left and right, and performing positioning and guiding functions.

The socket shell comprises a socket upper shell 5 and a socket lower shell 8, wherein the upper surface of the socket upper shell 5 is provided with a through hole D501 matched with the pressing column 701 and a through hole E502 matched with the top column 704. The socket lower casing 8 is integrally a hollow cuboid, the upper end of the socket lower casing 8 is provided with a through hole F503 matched with the compression leg 701 and a through hole G504 matched with the top leg 704, the through hole F503 is arranged under the through hole D501, and the through hole G504 is arranged under the through hole E502. The lower end of the socket lower shell 8 is provided with a support frame, and the support frame is movably connected with the support arm 703. The through hole D501, the through hole E502, the through hole F503 and the through hole G504 are for accommodating the compression leg 701 and the top leg 704 in the socket, so that the compression leg 701 and the top leg 704 can penetrate through the socket to move up and down but not move left and right, and the functions of guiding and positioning the compression leg 701 and the top leg 704 are achieved. The support frame is used for providing a fulcrum and a fixed position for the support arm, and the middle part of the support arm only carries out relative rotation movement relative to the socket shell without displacement in the horizontal and vertical directions.

The pin 601 is flat and sheet-shaped as a whole, the lower end of the pin is gradually narrowed to the middle end of the pin, the middle end of the pin is wide, and the upper end of the pin is fixedly connected with the plug, so that the pin 601 can conveniently enter the jack 602. The jack 602 comprises four pole pieces 603 and two connecting rings 604, the pole pieces 603 have elasticity, every two pole pieces 603 are oppositely arranged into a group, a gap for the pin 601 to move up and down is reserved between the two pole pieces 603, the gap is wide up and down and narrow in the middle, so that the pin 601 gradually enters the jack 602, the pin 601 enters the wide hole at the thin end and is easy to enter, and then the wider middle end of the pin 601 enters the narrow end of the gap, so that the pin 601 is tightly combined with the jack 602. The connecting ring 604 connects each set of pole pieces 603, each set of pole pieces 603 forms a socket 602 to cooperate with a pin 601, i.e. two ends of the pin 601 are respectively connected with a pair of pole pieces. When the lower end of the pin 601 contacts the connection ring 604, the lower surface of the plug contacts the upper surface of the socket, the plug is fully inserted into the socket, and the pin 601 is fully inserted into the insertion hole 602. The connecting ring 604 not only ensures the pole pieces 603 to be tightly combined with the jack 602 and ensures that each group of pole pieces 603 extrudes the pin 601, but also determines the maximum embedding depth of the pin 601 and plays a role in limiting.

The upper surface of the socket shell is provided with a plurality of through holes I10 matched with the pins 601, the opening of the through hole I10 is the same as the maximum cross section of the pins 601, and the periphery of the lower end of the through hole I10 is filled with sealing elastic materials. The sealing elastomer material is a styrene elastomer. The sealing elastic material forms a long seam around the through hole I10, a hollow chamber is arranged below the sealing elastic material, and the sealing elastic material can be extruded downwards. When the plug and the socket are separated, the through hole I10 is sealed due to the elastic action of the styrene elastomer, so that liquid is prevented from entering the socket; when the plug is inserted into the socket, the pin 601 can easily pass through the through hole I10 from the slit because the styrene elastomer is a soft solid with elasticity. Meanwhile, the styrene elastomer has high temperature resistance and wear resistance and can effectively deal with electric sparks which are often generated at the position of the through hole I10. The through holes I are matched with the pins for use. The through hole I10 is matched with the pin 601, and the lower end of the through hole I10 is away from the upper end of the pole piece 603 by a certain distance, so that the connection between the pin 601 and the jack 602 is not hindered.

The outer surfaces of the side wall of the cylinder C103 at the lower end of the button 1, the side wall of the compression leg 701 and the side wall of the top leg 704 are all adhered with a layer of sealing elastic material, namely styrene elastomer. The styrene elastomer seals the movable connection part of the button 1 and the ejection structure 7, but cannot be blocked, so that electric leakage and electric shock are prevented. Therefore, liquid can not enter the plug and the socket from the movable connection part of the button 1 and the ejection structure 7, the wear resistance of the button 1 and the ejection structure 7 can be enhanced, and the movement of the button 1 and the ejection structure 7 can not be influenced.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

1. when a plug is inserted into the socket, the button 1 is under the elastic action of the reset piece 2, the column B is abutted against and fixed with the plug upper shell 3, the reversing separation mechanism 7 is under the elastic action of the spring 706 and is fixed with the support frame, the upper surfaces of the pressing column 701 and the top column 704 are flush with the upper surface of the plug upper shell 5, the plug cannot be inserted into the socket, when the pin 601 contacts the connecting ring 604, the lower surface of the plug contacts with the upper surface of the socket, the spherical surface at the lower end of the button 1 contacts with the groove B at the upper end of the pressing column 701, the plug is completely inserted into the socket, and the lower end of the cylinder C103 is tightly contacted with the upper end of the pressing column 701;

2. when the plug needs to be pulled out of the socket, the button 1 is pressed, the button 1 moves downwards relative to the plug shell, the reset piece 2 is compressed, the column C103 acts on the pressing column 701, the pressing column 701 moves downwards, the supporting shaft 702 moves downwards and the supporting arm 703 rotates relatively, the top column 704 moves upwards relative to the socket shell, the spring 706 is compressed, the top column 704 gradually pushes the plug out of the socket, when the supporting arm 703 moves to be in contact with a stop, the reversing separation mechanism 7 does not move any more, the plug is completely separated at the moment, and the plug is pulled out rapidly and laborsavingly;

3. when the plug is completely pulled out of the socket, the pressing force is removed, the button 1 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the reset piece 2, the column body B abuts against the plug upper shell 3 to return to the initial position, the top column 704 moves downwards relative to the socket shell under the action of the elastic force of the spring 706, the support arm 703 rotates relatively and the connecting shaft 705 is reversed, and the pressing column 701 moves upwards to return to the initial position.
