The using method comprises the following steps: in the process of expanding the diameter, the driving head 23 is driven to move by the inclined bending groove 331, and the driving head 23 presses the pressing air bag 56 in the moving process, so that the air bag 56 provides pressure to enter the liquid medicine barrel 52 through the air inlet pipe 55 and the one-way air inlet head 54, and then liquid is sprayed out from the liquid outlet tubule 53 in the liquid medicine barrel 52 to lubricate the diameter expanding part, so as to better realize the diameter expanding effect.
