In use, the rotating rod 53 is rotated to rotate the inner main gear 52, so that the toothed plates 54 on two sides are engaged and moved, the connecting rod 55 drives the pressing block 56 to move continuously, and finally the purpose of fixing the end of the main body machine 3 is achieved, so that the equipment is more stable in use.

Referring to fig. 6, the adjusting device 6 includes a protective shell 61, a connecting block 62, a connecting frame 63, a rotating rod 64, an adjusting wheel 65, a worm wheel 66, a supporting frame 67 and a worm 68, the side surface of the side plate 1 is located at the top end of the support 2 and fixedly mounted with the protective shell 61, the connecting block 62 is symmetrically and fixedly mounted at the end portion of the protective shell 61, the rotating rod 64 is rotatably mounted between the connecting blocks 62, the connecting frame 63 is fixedly mounted at the outside of the rotating rod 64, the connecting frame 63 is fixedly connected with the support 2, the adjusting wheel 65 is fixedly mounted at the middle end of the connecting frame 63, the supporting frame 67 is symmetrically and fixedly mounted at the side surface of the adjusting wheel 65 inside the protective shell 61, the worm wheel 66 is rotatably mounted between the supporting frames 67, the worm wheel 66 is meshed with the adjusting wheel 65, the worm 68 is meshed at the top end of the worm wheel 66, and the worm 68 is rotatably connected with the protective shell 61.

In use, the worm 68 is rotated, so that the worm wheel 66 is driven by the worm 68 to rotate inside the support frame 67, and then the connecting frame 63 drives the support 2 to rotate through the conduction of the adjusting wheel 65, so that the angle of the side plate 1 is continuously adjusted, and the equipment can be adjusted according to different requirements of users.

The working principle is as follows: when the vaginal retractor is used, the side plate 1 is placed at a target position, the main body machine 3 is placed inside the positioning groove 4, the positioning rod 33 is placed inside the positioning groove 4, the main gear 52 inside the main body machine is rotated by using the limiting plate 34 and the fixing device 5, the rotating rod 53 is rotated, so that the toothed plates 54 on the two sides are meshed and moved, the connecting rod 55 drives the pressing block 56 to move continuously, and finally the purpose of fixing the end part of the main body machine 3 is achieved, so that the device is more stable when in use, the main body machine 3 is integrally fixed, the device is inserted into the target position by using the insertion end 31 and the connecting rod 32, the shaping and supporting purposes are achieved, and then the worm wheel 66 is rotated inside the supporting frame 67 under the driving of the worm 68 by using the adjusting device 6, afterwards, under the conduction of adjusting wheel 65, make link 63 drive support 2 and rotate, make the angle of curb plate 1 self constantly adjust, make things convenient for equipment to adjust it according to the difference of user's demand, thereby make equipment result of use more perfect.
