The invention discloses a visual urethra dilatation kit, which comprises a urethroscope, a guide wire, a balloon, a guide sheath, a balloon pressurizer, a urethra dilator and a pusher, wherein the guide wire is arranged on the urethroscope; the balloon is provided with a guide wire, and a channel for the guide wire to pass through is arranged in the urethroscope; the balloon pressurizer is connected to the rear end of the self-contained guide wire and is communicated with the balloon through a pressurizing hole in the guide wire, and the balloon with the guide wire and the balloon pressurizer jointly form a balloon dilator; the urethra dilator is sleeved at the front end of the guide sheath, and the pusher is connected at the rear end of the guide sheath and has the same diameter; after the urethroscope is inserted into the urethra of a patient, the focus position can be accurately determined, then a guide wire is inserted along the urethroscope, the balloon is in a contraction state at the moment, the balloon is placed at the focus position under the direct vision of the urethroscope, then the balloon is pressurized by the balloon pressurizer to expand the balloon, the urethra is expanded, after 15-30 minutes, the urethroscope is taken out, the balloon is controlled to contract by the balloon pressurizer, then the guide sheath is pushed in along the other guide wire by using the pusher, so that the urethral dilator at the front end of the guide sheath is placed at the focus position, the pusher is fixed, the guide wire and the guide sheath are taken out, and finally the pusher is taken out, and the urethral dilator is taken out half a year later or is left for a long time; the thickness of the urethral dilator F6-F24 is even, the length of the urethral dilator is 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm and other different lengths, and the urethral dilator is selected according to the actual condition of a patient.
