Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pipeline valves, in particular to a telescopic filter capable of being maintained on line.

Background

The filter is an indispensable device on a conveying medium pipeline and is widely applied to industrial water treatment processes. The filter consists of a shell, a stainless steel filter screen, a sewage discharge part and the like. After water or liquid to be treated passes through the filter screen of the filter, impurities are blocked, and when the water or liquid to be treated needs to be cleaned, the water or liquid can be filled in the filter screen again after treatment as long as the detachable filter screen is taken out. However, the prior art still has: 1. the connecting structure between the filter screen and the filter body is complicated, the replacing steps are complex, the filter screen is difficult to be independently disassembled, assembled and cleaned, and the filter screen is easy to block, so that the service life of the filter is short; 2. online maintenance is not possible.

Furthermore, the sealing of the connection between the pipe and the filter is susceptible to certain deflections of the pipe.

Based on the situation, the invention provides the telescopic filter capable of being maintained on line, and the problems can be effectively solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a telescopic filter which can be maintained online. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, is very convenient to install and disassemble the filter screen and is convenient to desilt and overhaul; meanwhile, the defect that the tightness of the joint of the pipeline and the filter is affected by the disturbance of the pipeline is overcome.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a telescopic filter capable of being maintained on line comprises a filter body and a filter screen assembly detachably connected inside the filter body, wherein an opening through which the filter screen assembly penetrates is formed at the top of the filter body, a top cover matched with the opening is detachably connected to the opening, and a dredging assembly used for removing impurities inside the filter body is arranged at the bottom of the filter body; the water inlet interface of the filter body is hermetically connected with a telescopic structure which can stretch along the water flow direction.

Preferably, the filter screen subassembly includes the filter screen and is formed at annular plate on the filter screen edge, the inside annular boss that is formed with the installation of filter screen subassembly of filter body, the annular boss is close to the at least partial hypomere of water inlet interface one side and is equipped with the confession the draw-in groove of annular plate embedding, the filter screen top pass through the fastener with it with annular boss fixed connection.

Preferably, the telescopic structure comprises a telescopic pipe connected with the water inlet interface in a sealing manner and a telescopic assembly used for adjusting the telescopic pipe to stretch and retract along the water flow direction relative to the water inlet interface.

Further preferably, the telescopic assembly comprises a plurality of nuts and a telescopic pull rod which is respectively and fixedly connected with the telescopic pipe and the water inlet interface through the nuts, and the telescopic pipe can be telescopic relative to the water inlet interface along the water flow direction through adjusting the nuts.

It is further preferred that the sealing connection department of interface and flexible pipe of intaking is formed with the annular groove that supplies to inlay the sealing washer, set firmly the gland that is used for inside pressure seal circle on the interface of intaking outside the sealing washer.

Preferably, the desilting subassembly is including seting up respectively in the first desilting mouth and the second desilting mouth of filter body bottom and bottom side, be equipped with the pipeline valve subassembly that is used for outwards arranging the sediment on the first desilting mouth, can dismantle on the second desilting mouth and be connected with the bottom.

Preferably, the upper end and the lower end of the filter body are respectively extended outwards to form an accommodating cavity for installing the filter screen assembly, and the side projection areas of the filter screen assembly in the water flow direction are respectively larger than the side projection areas of the water inlet port and the water outlet port of the filter body in the water flow direction.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

the top of the filter body is provided with an opening for hanging the filter screen out or in, and after the filter screen is hung in the clamping groove in the front of the annular boss, the filter screen can be installed only by fixing the fastening piece; when the filter screen needs to be disassembled, the fastener is also only required to be disassembled and then hung out, and the filter screen is very convenient to install and disassemble.

The bottom of the filter body is provided with the dredging pipeline valve and the bottom cover, when the condition is lighter, the pipeline valve can conduct dredging under the working condition of water supply interruption, meanwhile, the bottom cover can be opened to observe the clogging condition inside the filter body or conduct dredging through the bottom cover, when the condition is worse, the whole filter screen is lifted out for cleaning, the filter is suitable for dredging operation under different working conditions, and the applicability is wide.

The telescopic structure can transfer the pipeline force, can be installed under the condition of certain deflection, and does not influence the sealing property of the joint of the pipeline and the filter.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with specific examples, but it should be understood that the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the patent; for the purpose of better illustrating the embodiments, certain features of the drawings may be omitted, enlarged or reduced, and do not represent the size of an actual product; it will be understood by those skilled in the art that certain well-known structures in the drawings and descriptions thereof may be omitted. The positional relationships depicted in the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as limiting the present patent.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and figures 1-6, but the invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an on-line maintainable telescopic filter, which includes a filter body 1, a screen assembly 2, a dredging assembly 3 and a telescopic structure 4.

As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the screen assembly 2 includes a screen 21, an annular plate 22 formed on an edge of the screen 21, and a lifting lug 23 provided on a top of the screen 21. In order to conveniently mount and dismount the filter screen 21, an annular boss 13 for mounting the filter screen assembly 2 is formed inside the filter body 1, a clamping groove 15 for embedding the annular plate 22 is formed in the lower half section of one side, close to the water inlet port 16, of the annular boss 13, and the clamping groove 15 is integrally semicircular; the top of the filter screen 21 is fixedly connected with the annular boss 13 through a fastener 5. The fastener 5 comprises an L-shaped fixing plate, the annular plate 22 is pressed and attached to the annular boss 13 through one side face of the L-shaped fixing plate, and the other side face of the L-shaped fixing plate is fixedly connected with the annular boss 13 through a bolt.

In order to enable the filter screen assembly 2 to be taken out smoothly, an opening 11 for the filter screen assembly 2 to penetrate out is formed in the top of the filter body 1, a top cover 12 matched with the opening 11 is detachably connected to the opening 11, the top cover 12 is fixedly connected with the top of the filter body 1 through bolts, and a hanging ring 14 is arranged on the top cover 12. When the filter screen assembly 2 needs to be taken out, the bolt is only loosened, and the opening 11 can be opened by lifting the hanging ring 14 to take out the filter screen assembly 2.

Furthermore, the upper end and the lower end of the filter body 1 are respectively extended outwards to form an accommodating cavity for installing the filter screen component 2, a flow passage in the filter body 1 is similar to a Venturi structure, and the water loss is extremely small; the side projection area of the filter screen component 2 in the water flow direction is respectively larger than the side projection area of the water inlet port 16 and the water outlet port 17 of the filter body 1 in the water flow direction, so that the filtering area of the filter screen 21 can be increased, and the filtering efficiency is improved. The filter screen 21 is of a disc-shaped structure, the outer arc surface of the disc-shaped structure faces the water inlet connector 16, the area ratio of the filter holes is 45-55%, and the actual effective flow area reaches 100% of the nominal diameter. The filter screen 21 has good rigidity and small water flow loss.

In order to increase the stability of the filter during operation, anchor bolts 7 may be provided under the filter body 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the present embodiment, a dredging component 3 for removing impurities inside the filter body 1 is provided at the bottom of the filter body 1; the dredging component 3 comprises a first dredging port 31a and a second dredging port 32a which are respectively arranged at the bottom and the side surface of the bottom of the filter body 1, a pipeline valve component 31b (which adopts conventional selection in the field) for discharging slag outwards is arranged on the first dredging port 31a, and a bottom cover 32b is detachably connected to the second dredging port 32 a.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the water inlet port 16 of the filter body 1 is hermetically connected with a telescopic structure 4 which can be extended and contracted along the water flow direction. The telescopic structure 4 comprises a telescopic pipe 41 connected with the water inlet interface 16 in a sealing manner and a telescopic assembly 42 for adjusting the telescopic pipe 41 to be telescopic along the water flow direction relative to the water inlet interface 16. The telescopic assembly 42 comprises a plurality of nuts 422 and a telescopic pull rod 421 which is respectively and fixedly connected with the telescopic pipe 41 and the water inlet interface 16 through the nuts 422, and the telescopic pipe 41 can be telescopic along the water flow direction relative to the water inlet interface 16 through adjusting the nuts 422. The telescopic structure 4 can transmit pipeline force and can be installed under the condition of certain deflection, and the telescopic amount is not less than +/-40 mm.

In order to enhance the sealing performance between the water inlet port 16 and the telescopic structure 4, an annular groove for embedding a sealing ring 6a is formed at the sealing connection position of the water inlet port 16 and the telescopic pipe 41, and a gland 6b for pressing the sealing ring 6a inwards is fixedly arranged on the water inlet port 16 outside the sealing ring 6 a.

And (3) maintenance on line without water cut:

after being filtered by the filter screen 21, aquatic life, sand and stone and other impurities can be deposited at the bottom of the filter body 1 and can be discharged to an external sand discharge pool through a pipeline valve assembly 31b arranged at the bottom of the filter body 1. The filter can be maintained under the working condition of not stopping water by opening the valve at the position regularly.

And (3) water cut-off online maintenance:

when the sundries are seriously accumulated and the bottom pipeline valve assembly 31b cannot be cleaned, the water can be cut off for online maintenance. The degree of clogging of the impurities inside the filter was observed by opening the bottom cover 32b of the bottom side. In a lighter condition, the cleaning can be directly performed through the hole of the bottom cover 32b by hand. In poor conditions, the top cover 12 can be loosened, then the top cover 12 can be lifted away, the fasteners 5 can be loosened, and the whole filter screen 21 can be lifted out for cleaning.

According to the description of the invention and the attached drawings, a person skilled in the art can easily make or use the inventive telescopic filter which can be maintained on-line and can produce the positive effects described in the invention.
