Technical Field

The invention relates to a modular deodorization device which is built and installed at the top of a tunnel fermentation bin by utilizing a special structure of the tunnel fermentation bin. More specifically: relates to a modularized deodorization device which integrates equipment, is positioned at the top of a tunnel fermentation bin, is fused with a bin body structure, does not need any collecting pipeline, and has high efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction.

Background

A large amount of odor is generated in the aerobic composting process, the odor components mainly comprise ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide, VOC and the like and a large amount of water vapor, and if the odor components are not collected and treated, secondary pollution is caused to the surrounding environment.

The dynamic tunnel fermentation bin is a new aerobic composting process bin, the shape of the whole bin body is similar to that of a rectangular pipeline, and the dynamic tunnel fermentation bin has good sealing property. At present deodorization generally adopts and sets up the foul smell in door or storehouse and collect the mouth, later concentrates the pipeline with the foul smell and carry to terminal deodorizing device and handle, and this kind of deodorization system brings the following problem:

(1) the distance of the odor delivery pipeline is long, which brings pipeline investment and power consumption.

(2) The odor is dissipated from the stack body, the temperature is higher, the hot air has upward kinetic energy, the transverse collecting effect is poor, and the energy consumption is larger.

(3) The odor concentration and corrosivity generated at different positions of the pile body are different, and all the odor needs to pass through the tunnel fermentation bin, particularly the tail position of the bin in the current operation mode, so that the tunnel fermentation bin, an exposed track, an equipment walking tread and a cable are greatly corroded.

(4) When the requirement of increasing the deodorization capacity appears in the individual tunnel fermentation cabin after operation, the realization feasibility is not available.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide an overhead modular deodorization device for a tunnel fermentation chamber, which can solve the main problems of the existing tunnel compost deodorization composting system.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

there is provided an overhead modular deodorization apparatus for a tunnel fermentation tank, comprising: the device comprises a double-guide supporting plate, a bearing layer, a filler, a spraying device, a spraying control valve, a fan, an exhaust funnel and a condensate collecting tank. According to the structural characteristics of the tunnel type tunnel fermentation bin, odor generated in the bin is concentrated at the top of the tunnel fermentation bin and automatically flows towards the tail of the bin; n groups of modularized deodorization devices are arranged at the top of a tunnel fermentation bin, wherein n is 1-100; the double-guide-flow supporting plate is embedded into the tunnel fermentation bin, odor enters the filler through the double-guide-flow supporting plate and the bearing layer under the action of negative pressure, and condensed liquid on the double-guide-flow supporting plate is discharged through a condensed water collecting tank at the bottom of the double-guide-flow supporting plate; the filler top sets up spray set, through spraying control valve and adjusting the water yield that sprays, stink material is got rid of under the effect of the microorganism that adheres to on the filler, accords with emission standard's gas, discharges to the surrounding environment in through the aiutage under the effect of fan.

The system completes the deodorization process of the tunnel fermentation bin in a cooperative manner, and achieves the following purposes: (1) the odor is conveyed without a pipeline, so that the pipeline investment and the power consumption are saved; (2) the upward kinetic energy of the odor is fully utilized, the collection effect is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced; (3) odor generated at different positions of the stack body is collected nearby, and corrosion to the tunnel fermentation bin, exposed tracks, equipment walking treads and cables is reduced. (4) After the operation, the deodorization capacity of the individual tunnel fermentation bins can be added at any time when the requirement of adding the deodorization capacity is met.

Wherein, above-mentioned two water conservancy diversion backup pads are made by the material that has the heat conductivility, have refluence, support and condensation triple effect, and its height and deodorizing device embedding size phase-match, its top length and deodorizing packing layer length phase-match, bottom length and comdenstion water collecting vat size phase-match. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an overhead modular deodorization apparatus for a tunnel fermentation tank includes: the device comprises a double-diversion support plate 1, a bearing layer 2, a filler 3, a spraying device 4, a spraying control valve 5, a fan 6, an exhaust funnel 7 and a condensate collecting tank 8.

The system synergistically completes the dynamic composting process and achieves the following purposes: (1) the odor is conveyed without a pipeline, so that the pipeline investment and the power consumption are saved; (2) the upward kinetic energy of the odor is fully utilized, the collection effect is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced; (3) odor generated at different positions of the stack body is collected nearby, and corrosion to the tunnel fermentation bin, exposed tracks, equipment walking treads and cables is reduced. (4) After the operation, the deodorization capacity of the individual tunnel fermentation bins can be added at any time when the requirement of adding the deodorization capacity is met.

It is obvious to those skilled in the art that the above-described subsystems or steps of the present invention can be implemented by general techniques or materials, and they can be all integrated in one system or respectively integrated in a plurality of subsystems to constitute an item.
