1. A mechanical descaling device for petroleum pipelines is characterized by comprising a conveying belt, a pressing mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a translation mechanism;

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need to provide a mechanical descaling device for a petroleum pipeline, so as to solve the technical problems of high labor intensity and low descaling efficiency of workers when the existing descaling device for the petroleum pipeline is used.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a mechanical descaling device for a petroleum pipeline, which comprises a conveying belt, a pressing mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a translation mechanism, wherein the conveying belt is arranged on the conveying belt;

The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention and together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a mechanical descaling device for petroleum pipelines, which includes a conveyor belt 1, a pressing mechanism 2, a cleaning mechanism 3 and a translation mechanism 4.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the conveyor belt 1 is used for conveying the petroleum pipeline 5 to a preset station. The pressing mechanism 2 is arranged above the preset station and is used for being pressed on the petroleum pipeline 5.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the cleaning mechanism 3 includes a cleaning member 31 and a rotary driving member 32, the cleaning member 31 is used for adhering to the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, and the rotary driving member 32 is connected to the cleaning member 31 and is used for driving the cleaning member 31 to rotate along the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the translation mechanism 4 is connected to the rotary driving member 32 to move the cleaning member 31 into or out of the inner cavity of the petroleum pipeline 5 along the length direction of the petroleum pipeline 5.

When the cleaning device is used, firstly, a petroleum pipeline 5 to be cleaned is placed on the conveying belt 1, the petroleum pipeline 5 is conveyed to a preset station through the conveying belt 1, then the petroleum pipeline 5 is compressed through the compressing mechanism 2, then the rotary driving piece 32 and the cleaning piece 31 are pushed into the petroleum pipeline 5 through the translation mechanism 4, in the process, the cleaning piece 31 is driven by the rotary driving piece 32 to rotate along the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, so that dirt on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5 is cleaned, after the cleaning is finished, the rotary driving piece 32 and the cleaning piece 31 are drawn out of the petroleum pipeline 5 through the translation mechanism 4, and then the next petroleum pipeline 5 is cleaned through the same method. By using the device, the labor intensity of workers in descaling operation can be greatly reduced, and the descaling efficiency of the petroleum pipeline 5 can be improved.

In order to prevent the petroleum pipeline 5 from rolling on the conveying belt 1 and affecting the effect of the pressing mechanism 2, referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of limiting grooves 11 are formed on the conveying belt 1 along the length direction, and the extending direction of each limiting groove 11 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 1. In this embodiment, the spacing grooves 11 are arranged at equal intervals, and one petroleum pipeline 5 is placed in each spacing groove 11, so that the start and stop of the conveying belt 1 can be controlled automatically through programs.

In order to realize the function of the pressing mechanism 2, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the pressing mechanism 2 includes a pressing block 21, a connecting frame 22 and a pressing cylinder 23, and an output shaft of the pressing cylinder 23 is connected to the pressing block 21 via the connecting frame 22, so that the pressing block 21 is pressed on the petroleum pipeline 5 at a preset station.

In order to improve the pressing effect of the pressing mechanism 2, referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the lower end surface of the pressing block 21 is an arc surface that is concave.

To realize the function of the cleaning member 31, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning member 31 includes a fixing rod 311, a cleaning brush 312, a nozzle 313 and a water pump (not shown), one end of the fixing rod 311 is coaxially fixed on the rotating portion of the rotating driving member 32, one end of the cleaning brush 312 is fixed on the fixing rod 311, the other end of the cleaning brush 312 is used for being attached to the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, the nozzle 313 is fixedly mounted on the fixing rod 311, a water nozzle of the nozzle 313 is arranged towards the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, an inlet of the water pump is communicated with a water source, an outlet of the water pump is communicated with the nozzle 313, dirt on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline can be separated from the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5 by the cleaning of the cleaning brush 312, high-pressure water is sprayed on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5 through the nozzle 313, dirt can be flushed out of the tube.

In order to adapt the cleaning member 31 to the cleaning of petroleum pipelines 5 with different inner diameters, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning member 31 further includes a length adjusting cylinder 314, a cylinder body of the length adjusting cylinder 314 is fixed on the fixing rod 311, an output shaft of the length adjusting cylinder 314 is fixedly connected with the cleaning brush 312, and when in use, a rotating radius of the cleaning brush 312 is adjusted through the length adjusting cylinder 314, so that the cleaning member can adapt to the cleaning of petroleum pipelines 5 with different inner diameters.

In order to enhance the brushing effect of the cleaning brush 312, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning member 31 further includes an elastic member 315, one end of the elastic member 315 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the length-adjusting cylinder 314, and the other end of the elastic member 315 is fixedly connected to the cleaning brush 312, and when the cleaning member is in use, the elastic member 315 is in a compressed state, so as to provide an elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force can make the cleaning brush 312 closely adhere to the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, thereby enhancing the brushing effect of the cleaning brush 312.

To implement the function of the translation mechanism 4, referring to fig. 1 and 5, in a preferred embodiment, the translation mechanism 4 includes a bottom plate 41, a moving box 42, a central shaft 43 and a translation driving member 44, the moving box 42 is slidably disposed on the bottom plate 41, one end of the central shaft 43 is connected to the moving box 42, the other end of the central shaft 43 is fixedly connected to the rotation driving member 32, and the translation driving member 44 is connected to the moving box 42 and is used for driving the moving box 42 to move. When the movable box 42 moves, the rotary driving member 32 is moved by the central shaft 43, so that the rotary driving member 32 enters or leaves the inside of the petroleum pipeline 5.

In order to realize the function of the translational driving element 44, referring to fig. 1 and 5, in a preferred embodiment, a guide slot 411 is formed on an upper end surface of the bottom plate 41, the translational driving element 44 includes a roller 441 and a translational driving motor 442, the roller 441 is rotatably disposed at a lower end of the moving box 42, the roller 441 is disposed in the guide slot 411, and the translational driving motor 442 is connected to the roller 441 and is configured to drive the roller 441 to rotate, so as to drive the moving box 42 to move along an extending direction of the guide slot 411.

In order to adapt the height of the central shaft 43 to petroleum pipelines with different inner diameters, please refer to fig. 1, 5 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, a limiting hole and a screw hole are formed on the central shaft 43, and a containing cavity is formed in the movable box 42; the translation mechanism 4 further includes a height adjusting element 45, the height adjusting element 45 includes a guide rod 451 and a screw rod 452, the guide rod 451 is fixed in the accommodating cavity and is perpendicular to the central shaft 43, the screw rod 452 is rotatably connected to the moving box 42, the screw rod 452 is parallel to the guide rod 451, and the screw rod 452 is threadedly connected to the screw hole. When the cleaning brush is used, the central shaft 43 (or the fixing rod 311) needs to be positioned on the central axis of the petroleum pipeline 5, so that the cleaning brush 312 can be always attached to the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5 when rotating, and when the inner diameter of the petroleum pipeline 5 changes, the height of the central axis changes, so that the height of the central shaft 43 (or the fixing rod 311) needs to be adjusted to be equal to the height of the central axis of the petroleum pipeline 5.

For a better understanding of the present invention, the operation of the mechanical descaling device for petroleum pipelines according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6: when the cleaning device is used, firstly, the petroleum pipeline 5 to be cleaned is sequentially placed in each limiting groove on the conveying belt 1, the petroleum pipeline 5 at the forefront is conveyed to a preset station through the conveying belt 1, then the petroleum pipeline 5 is tightly pressed through the pressing mechanism 2, then the rotary driving piece 32 and the cleaning piece 31 are pushed into the petroleum pipeline 5 through the translation mechanism 4, the cleaning piece 31 is driven to rotate along the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5 through the rotary driving piece 32 in the process so as to clean dirt on the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline 5, after the cleaning is finished, the rotary driving piece 32 and the cleaning piece 31 are pulled out of the petroleum pipeline 5 through the translation mechanism 4, and then the next petroleum pipeline 5 is cleaned through the same method.
