s1, when polishing, opening a cover plate, putting a workpiece into the cover plate from the bottom of a fixed cover 10, centering the workpiece through a plurality of positioning blocks, then closing the cover plate, pushing a first motor 9 to move downwards by an electric push rod 8, driving a rotating shaft to move by the first motor 9, driving the fixed cover 10 to move downwards by the rotating shaft, enabling the inner side and the outer side of the workpiece to be in contact with the outer sides of two polishing blocks 35, driving the rotating shaft to rotate by the first motor 9, driving the fixed cover 10 to rotate by the rotating shaft, driving the workpiece to rotate by the fixed cover 10, enabling the inner side and the outer side of the workpiece to be in contact with the two polishing blocks 35, completing polishing, and taking the workpiece out after polishing;

s2, when cleaning is needed, the screw 14 is driven to rotate by the second motor 13, and the screw 14 is in threaded connection with the thread groove 19, so that the screw 14 rotates and pulls the second motor 13 to move downwards, the mounting cover 4 is driven to move downwards, the mounting cover 4 drives the protective cover 5 to move downwards, and the protective cover 5 and components in the protective cover 5 enter the cleaning box 1 to be in contact with water in the cleaning box 1 for cleaning;

s5, after cleaning, starting the air heater, drying the inside of the protective cover 5, opening the first valve 39, starting the water pump 31, extracting the water in the cleaning box 1, and returning the water into the cleaning box 1 after being filtered by the filter screen 32, so that the water is recycled.
