3) placing the stacked tree roots or logs into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating, introducing steam, heating to 80-93 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 40-70 ℃, closing or slightly opening an air inlet and an air outlet, and repeatedly operating for 1-10 days; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 70-90 ℃, closing the air inlet and outlet, and treating for 1-48 hours; and raising the kiln temperature to 159 ℃ again, treating for 1-72 hours, closing the air inlet and outlet, cooling to 80-90 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of the roots or the logs is 6-8%, and the kiln temperature is lower than 50 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

4) And putting the rubber tree root or the log processed in the step 3) into a warehouse, and preserving for 1-2 weeks in a natural state.

2. The method for producing root carving and wood pier for rubber tree logs and roots according to claim 1, wherein step 1), the diameter of the rubber tree log or root is 10-80cm, and the length of the rubber tree log or root is 50-400 cm.

The method for processing root carving and wood pier for rubber tree log and tree root material as claimed in claim 7, wherein in step 3), the stacked logs are placed in a high-temperature drying kiln for wood, heated, and introduced with steam, the temperature is raised to 80-87 ℃, the heating is continued in the daytime, the kiln is closed at night, the temperature is naturally lowered to 55-57 ℃, the air inlet and outlet are closed or slightly opened, and the operation is repeated for 3-7 days; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 80-90 ℃, closing the air inlet and outlet, and treating for 24-72 hours; raising the kiln temperature to 157 ℃ again, treating for 12-24 hours, closing the air inlet and outlet, cooling to 80-90 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of the roots or the logs is 6-8%, the kiln temperature is lower than 45 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of processing of rubber tree wood, in particular to a method for producing root carving and wood pier by using rubber tree logs and tree root materials.

Background

Rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) are planted in tropical zone and south east Asia in China in large quantity, and rubber wood raw wood updated and produced in rubber gardens in China each year exceeds 200 million cubic meters. The rubber wood belongs to loose-hole wood, is easy to process and has beautiful texture, is widely used for manufacturing furniture and interior decoration at present, and is an important artificial forest commodity material in tropical zone of China. Due to artificial cultivation, the trees grow faster, the logs contain 6% -10% of starch and 1% -2% of soluble sugar, and the wood is easy to decay, moth-eaten and mildew. At present, enterprises adopt boride and a chemical mildew preventive for pressurization and impregnation treatment, and then produce commercial sawn timber by a conventional kiln drying process, and chemical agents are generally required to be added.

At present, rubber tree logs are generally subjected to chemical corrosion prevention in the form of boards and square bars after being made into wood, and conventional kiln trunks are used as sawn timber and sold to wood product enterprises such as solid wood furniture, small logs of tree roots and branches are generally crushed to be used as raw materials of shaving boards, the shaving boards are difficult to be directly utilized as solid wood boards, the added value is low, the trees are generally subjected to wood making, corrosion prevention and drying within 1-2 weeks after being felled, and otherwise, the wood is susceptible to blue turning, worm damage and decay.

At present, people gradually love the natural shape of wood, for example, small-diameter logs are adopted as indoor decorative walls, or precious wood such as small-diameter logs of sour branches, boxwood and the like are adopted to manufacture conformal pen containers, or roots of nanmu and cinnamomum camphora are favored to manufacture tea tables, drum stools and the like, but the resources of such precious tree species are gradually reduced, and the roots and the logs of ordinary fast-growing wood of artificial forests are rarely used as materials of sculptures and artworks due to the defects of color, texture, density and dimensional stability.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for producing root carving and processing wood pier by using rubber tree logs and tree root materials aiming at the defects of the prior art. The rubber wood log and the root material produced by the invention have the characteristics of stable wood size, difficult deformation, elegant color and pattern, capability of expanding the application range and the application of the rubber wood root and the log, and suitability for producing products such as root carving, pen containers, wood piers and the like.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

3) Placing the stacked roots or logs into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating, introducing steam, heating to 80-93 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 40-70 ℃, closing or slightly opening air inlet and outlet ports, and repeatedly operating for 1-10 days, wherein the water content of the roots or logs is reduced to below 30%; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 70-90 ℃, closing the air inlet and outlet, treating for 1-48 hours, and reducing the water content of the tree roots or the logs to below 5%; raising the temperature of the kiln to 146-; cooling to 80-90 deg.C, humidifying, balancing until the water content of tree root or log is 6-8%, and taking out at a kiln temperature below 50 deg.C.

4) Placing the processed rubber tree root or log in a warehouse, preserving the rubber tree root or log in a natural state for 1-2 weeks, removing the bark which does not fall off, carving, or cutting the log, carving, polishing, painting, serving as a wood pier and a drum stool, and warehousing.

Further, in the step 3), the stacked roots or logs are placed in a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heated, and introduced with steam, the temperature is increased to 80-93 ℃, the heating is continued in the daytime, the kiln is closed at night, the temperature is naturally reduced to 50-57 ℃, the air inlet and outlet are closed or slightly opened, and the operation is repeated for 3-7 days; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 80-90 ℃, closing the air inlet and outlet, and treating for 12-48 hours; raising the kiln temperature to 155-157 ℃ again, treating for 12-24 hours, closing the air inlet and outlet, cooling to 80-90 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of the roots or the logs is 6-8%, the kiln temperature is lower than 50 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

Further, in the step 3), the stacked logs are placed into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating is carried out, steam is introduced, the temperature is increased to 80-87 ℃, the heating is continuously carried out in the daytime, the kiln is stopped and sealed at night, the temperature is naturally reduced to 55-57 ℃, air inlets and air outlets are closed or slightly opened, and the operation is repeatedly carried out for 3-7 days; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 115-125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 80-90 ℃, closing the air inlet and outlet, and treating for 24-72 hours; raising the kiln temperature to 157 ℃ again, treating for 12-24 hours, closing the air inlet and outlet, cooling to 80-90 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of the roots or the logs is 6-8%, the kiln temperature is lower than 45 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

Further, in the step 3), the stacked tree roots are placed in a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating is carried out, steam is introduced, the temperature is increased to 87-93 ℃, the heating is continuously carried out in the daytime, the kiln is stopped and sealed at night, the temperature is naturally reduced to 50-55 ℃, air inlets and air outlets are closed or slightly opened, and the operation is repeatedly carried out for 7 days; raising the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 120 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 85 ℃, closing an air inlet and an air outlet, and treating for 48 hours; raising the kiln temperature to 155 ℃ again, treating for 24 hours, closing the air inlet and outlet, cooling to 85 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of the tree roots or the logs is 6-8%, lowering the kiln temperature by 45 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

The continuous heating and drying of prior art timber, ligneous temperature are that outside temperature is high, and inside temperature is low, and ligneous temperature ladder is outside-in, and the moisture content is that timber is inside high, and outside is low, and the moisture content gradient is from inside to outside, and ligneous temperature gradient and moisture content gradient direction are inconsistent, and drying efficiency and drying quality receive the influence. According to the invention, the dried wood is softened in a proper high-temperature and high-humidity environment in the daytime, and the kiln is closed for naturally cooling at night, so that the temperature gradient is kept consistent with the moisture content gradient of the wood from inside to outside, and the drying stress generated in the drying process of the large-size wood is greatly reduced aiming at the tree roots and the logs, the cracking of the large-size wood is reduced, and the energy consumption and the labor are also saved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention relates to a method for processing root carving and wood pier for producing rubber tree logs and root materials, which is characterized in that the root and the log of a rubber tree are processed by a specific drying process, so that the serious cracking caused by the difficulty in conventional drying or conventional drying due to the large size of the root and the log is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the drying period is short, compared with the conventional rubber wood drying process, the drying time can be reduced by 50%, no chemical addition or moth attack is caused in the processing process, the dimensional stability of the product is superior to that of the root materials and the log rods obtained by the conventional drying, and the product is green and environment-friendly.

The product of the invention has the advantages of easy carving and polishing of tree roots, similar color to teak, elegance, good appearance, stable equilibrium moisture content of 9-11%, no chemical addition treatment of traditional boride and the like, no moth attack of the pink moth, and long-term preservation and use as artware products of root carving, wood piers, pen containers and the like.

(3) The rubber wood log and the tree root material produced by the invention have the characteristics of stable wood size, difficult deformation, elegant color and pattern, and are particularly suitable for producing products such as root carving, pen containers, wood piers and the like.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, the following specific examples are provided to further illustrate the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention.

The experimental methods used in the examples of the present invention are all conventional methods unless otherwise specified.

The materials, reagents and the like used in the examples of the present invention can be obtained commercially without specific description.

Example one

1) Cleaning the roots of the rubber trees, removing mud, wherein the diameter of the roots is 40-80cm, the length of the roots is 50-100cm, the initial water content is 70-80%, and the number of the roots is 20;

2) placing the tree roots on a timber car, stacking and properly fixing the tree roots by using a steel rope, keeping the tree roots stable, and waiting for drying and high-temperature treatment;

3) placing the stacked tree roots into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating, introducing steam, heating to 90 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 50 ℃, closing or slightly opening an air inlet and an air outlet, repeatedly operating for 7 days, increasing the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, heating to 120 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 85 ℃, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, treating for 48 hours, increasing the temperature of the kiln to 155 ℃ again, treating for 24 hours, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, cooling to 85 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the moisture content of the tree roots or the logs is 6-8%, and discharging the tree roots or the logs out of the kiln when the temperature is lower than 45 ℃.

4) Placing the treated root material of the rubber tree in a warehouse, preserving the rubber tree in a natural state for 1 to 2 weeks, removing the un-fallen barks and the unwanted roots, carving, polishing, painting and warehousing.

Example two

1) Cleaning the rubber tree logs to remove mud, wherein the diameter of the logs is 50-70cm, the length of the logs is 200-230cm, the number of the logs is 5 sections, and the initial water content is 60-70%;

2) placing the logs on a timber car, stacking the logs, separating the logs by using parting strips, and waiting for drying and high-temperature treatment;

3) placing the stacked logs into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating, introducing steam, heating to 80 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 55 ℃, closing or slightly opening an air inlet and an air outlet, repeatedly operating for 7 days, increasing the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, heating to 115 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 80 ℃, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, treating for 72 hours, increasing the temperature of the kiln to 150 ℃ again, treating for 24 hours, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, cooling to 80 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the water content of tree roots or logs is 6-8%, and discharging the logs out of the kiln when the temperature is lower than 40 ℃.

4) Placing the processed rubber log in a warehouse, preserving the rubber log for 1-2 weeks in a natural state, removing the bark which does not fall off, cutting the log, carving, polishing, painting, using as a wood pier and a drum stool, and warehousing.

EXAMPLE III

1) Cleaning the rubber wood log to remove mud, wherein the diameter of the log is 10-20cm, the length is 200-300cm, the quantity is 100 sections, and the initial water content is 50-60%;

2) placing the logs on a timber car, stacking the logs, separating the logs by using parting strips, and waiting for drying and high-temperature treatment;

3) putting the stacked logs into a high-temperature drying treatment kiln for wood, heating, introducing steam, heating to 87 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 57 ℃, closing or slightly opening an air inlet and an air outlet, repeatedly operating for 3 days, increasing the temperature of the kiln, introducing steam, heating to 125 ℃, continuously heating in the daytime, stopping and closing the kiln at night, naturally cooling to 90 ℃, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, treating for 24 hours, increasing the temperature of the kiln to 157 ℃ again, treating for 12 hours, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, cooling to 90 ℃, humidifying and balancing until the moisture content of tree roots or logs is 6-8%, and taking the logs out of the kiln, wherein the temperature of the log is lower than 45 ℃.

4) Placing the treated rubber log in a warehouse, preserving the rubber log in a natural state for 1-2 weeks, removing the bark which does not fall off, cutting the log, carving, polishing and painting the log to be used as a conformal pen container or polishing the surface of the log, painting the log to be used as an indoor decorative wall or partition wall, and warehousing.

Test examples

The rubber tree logs obtained in the above examples were compared with the root stock production root carve and wood block, and untreated rubber roots and logs were used as blank controls. The test mode is as follows: the finished product was stacked in a warehouse (natural environment) and observed for 24 months. After the test is finished, the color and the insect prevention condition of the wood are observed, the balanced moisture content of the wood is detected, and the result is shown in table 1.

The results show that the rubber tree logs and the tree root materials treated by the treatment method provided by the invention are used for producing root carving and wood piers, the product color is deepened, the balanced moisture content of the wood is stable, the balanced moisture content of the wood is increased to 18% after the traditional rubber tree roots and the logs which are not adopted are placed for 2 years, and the moth-eaten of the pink beetles is found.
