Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for synthesizing an apparatus for synthesizing a conductive polyimide film includes the following steps:

s3, finally, under the work of the winding motor 73, the winding roller 72 winds the conductive polyimide film, and the auxiliary assembly 74 can ensure the uniformity and the tension of the winding of the conductive polyimide film while winding.

In the above, the type of the servo motor 511 is CH/V, and the type of the hydraulic cylinder 51 is SDW-98, which is a single stroke.

further, when the film is rolled, the handle 744 is rotated, the handle 744 drives the double-thread screw 743 to rotate, the double-thread screw 743 drives the two fixing plates 741 to move, and the tooth patterns on the outer surface of the double-thread screw 743 and located on the two sides of the center are opposite, so that the moving directions of the two fixing plates 741 are opposite under the rotation of the double-thread screw 743, and the two U-shaped plates 742 are driven to move, the distance between the two U-shaped plates 742 is equal to the width of the film, and the rolled film is located between the two U-shaped plates 742, so that the film can be rolled up onto the U-shaped plates 742 in order;

further, under the rotation of the movable plate 747, the guide rods 7413 are moved upwards, the guide rods 7413 drive the two movable plates 747 to rotate respectively, because the center of the arc-shaped rod 748 and the center of the rotation of the arc-shaped rod 748 are located at the same position, the guide rod 7413 will drive the movable plate 747 to slide on the arc-shaped rod 748 under the elasticity of the spring 749, so that the upper end of the clamping plate 7411 on the movable plate 747 is disengaged from the toothed block on the second gear 7412, then the position of the guide roller 746 on the limit plate 745 is adjusted by rotating the limit plate 745 to ensure that the lower surface of the film is supported against the limit plate to ensure the tension degree of the film, after the adjustment, when the guide rod 7413 is fed, the spring 749 will make the movable plate 747 return to the original position, so that the upper end of the clamping plate 7411 on the movable plate 747 is clamped in the toothed block on the second gear 7412, so that the gear wheel 7412 is fixed, the gear wheel 7412 is prevented from rotating, and the guiding stability of the guide roller 746 on the limiting plate 745 is further ensured.
