Technical Field

Background

The existing control methods of the reading lamp in the car mainly comprise two methods, wherein firstly, the control is carried out through a switch key arranged on the lamp, secondly, part of car type indoor reading lamps also have car door signal lamp switch control logic, and after the function is started, when a car door is opened, the reading lamp is lightened; when the door is closed, the reading lamp is turned off. Therefore, the control logic of the existing reading lamp in the vehicle is single, and the intelligent and automatic degrees are insufficient.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a new control system and system for reading lamp in vehicle and a vehicle.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a control system and a control system of a reading lamp in a vehicle and the vehicle, which can realize automatic illumination control of the reading lamp according to the environment in the vehicle and user requirements.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a control system for a reading lamp in a vehicle, which comprises a camera, a microphone, the reading lamp, a photosensitive sensor, a vehicle body controller and a vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the camera is used for periodically collecting image signals in the vehicle and sending the image signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the photosensitive sensor is used for detecting an ambient brightness signal in the vehicle and sending the ambient brightness signal to the vehicle body controller;

the microphone is used for collecting sound signals in the vehicle and sending the collected sound signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly is used for identifying the image signal and the sound signal, converting the identification result into a CAN signal and sending the CAN signal to the vehicle body controller;

and the vehicle body controller controls the turning on or off of the reading lamp based on the ambient brightness information in the vehicle and/or the result identified by the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly.

the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly identifies the image signal and the sound signal, converts the identification result into a CAN signal and sends the CAN signal to the vehicle body controller;

the vehicle body controller controls the turning on or off of the reading lamp based on the ambient brightness information in the vehicle and/or the result identified by the vehicle-mounted infotainment terminal assembly.

Optionally, when the reading lamp in the vehicle is in an on state, the camera periodically collects image signals in the vehicle, and the camera sends the collected image signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly identifies the image signal;

when the recognition result of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly is unmanned, the vehicle body controller controls the reading lamp to be turned off through a hard wire signal;

and when the recognition result of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly is that a person is present, the vehicle body controller controls the reading lamp to keep on the lighting state through the hard wire signal.

Optionally, the photosensitive sensor collects an ambient brightness signal in the vehicle and sends the ambient brightness signal to the vehicle body controller;

if the ambient brightness is higher than the preset brightness value in the automobile body controller, the reading lamp is not lightened;

if the ambient brightness is lower than the preset brightness value, periodically acquiring an image signal of a user in the vehicle through a camera and sending the image signal to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly identifies the image signal;

when the recognition result of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly indicates that the user is at rest, the vehicle body controller controls the reading lamp to be turned on through a hard wire signal;

when the recognition result of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly indicates that the user is reading or searching for articles, the vehicle body controller controls the reading lamp to be turned on through a hard wire signal.

Optionally, the microphone collects sound signals in the vehicle in real time and sends the sound signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

Optionally, the microphone collects sound signals in the vehicle in real time and sends the sound signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the camera periodically collects image signals in the vehicle and sends the image signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly;

the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly identifies the sound signal and the image signal;

when the automobile body controller receives the sound signal of the user in the automobile and the face emotion recognition signal at the same time, and the recognition result is that the user in the automobile is quarreling or has other behaviors harmful to personal safety, the automobile body controller controls the reading lamp to light up for illumination, and the camera is started to record a video function.

In a third aspect, the invention provides a vehicle, which adopts the control system of the reading lamp in the vehicle.

The invention has the following advantages:

(1) the reading lamp is automatically controlled to be turned on and off through image recognition, so that the user experience feeling can be increased, the driver is prevented from dispersing energy to control the light, and the driving safety is improved.

(2) Through user action discernment in the car, the automatic control reading lamp is lighted and is extinguished, has increased the vehicle science and technology and has felt, has promoted user satisfaction.

(3) When the user in the car is quarreling or other behaviors damaging personal safety, the reading lamp is controlled to be automatically turned on through the recognition of the sound signal and the face emotion, the camera is convenient to record a video, clear evidence is obtained, and the riding safety is improved.

(4) The microphone, the camera and the photosensitive sensor are integrally arranged on the reading lamp, so that the reading lamp is compact in structure, and the problem of space complexity caused by scattered arrangement is solved.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a control system for a reading lamp in a vehicle includes a camera 1, a microphone 2, a reading lamp 3, a photosensor 4, a vehicle body controller 5, and a vehicle-mounted infotainment terminal assembly 6. The camera 1 and the microphone 2 are respectively connected with a vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6, the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6 is connected with a vehicle body controller 5, and the vehicle body controller 5 is respectively connected with the reading lamp 3 and the photosensitive sensor 4. The camera 1 is used for periodically acquiring image signals in the vehicle and sending the image signals to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6. The photosensitive sensor 4 is used for detecting the ambient brightness signal in the vehicle and sending the ambient brightness signal to the vehicle body controller 5. 3. Voice-controlled on-off of reading lamp

As shown in fig. 4, the voice-controlled lighting function of the microphone 2 can be activated by a preset voice command, and the preset voice command can be set to be a voice signal such as "good security, hello", and the like.

When the voice control light function of the microphone 2 is activated, the microphone 2 collects sound signals in a vehicle in real time, the sound signals collected by the microphone 2 are sent to a sound signal analysis module 6.4 in a vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6, the sound signal analysis module 6.4 identifies through sound commands and sends the identified sound command information to a sound signal storage module 6.5, the sound signal storage module 6.5 pre-stores a large amount of sound signal command information, the identified sound signals are compared with the pre-stored sound signals, the sound signal commands with consistent or similar comparison results are identified, the identified sound signal commands are sent to a sound signal conversion output module 6.6, the sound signal conversion output module 6.6 converts the identification results into CAN signals and sends the CAN signals to a vehicle body controller 5, when the identification results are light-off commands, the vehicle body controller 5 controls the reading lamp 3 to be turned off through a hard wire signal, the problem that the user forgets to turn off the reading lamp 3 after getting off the bus can be solved. And when the identification result is a light-on instruction, the automobile body controller 5 controls the reading lamp 3 to be turned on through a hard wire signal so as to meet the light using requirement of a user.

4. Control of on-off of reading lamp through voice recognition and facial emotion recognition

As shown in fig. 5, the microphone 2 collects sound signals in the vehicle in real time, the sound signals collected by the microphone 2 are sent to the sound signal analysis module 6.4 in the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6, the sound signal analysis module 6.4 identifies through sound commands and sends the identified sound command information to the sound signal storage module 6.5, the sound signal storage module 6.5 prestores a large amount of sound signal command information, the extracted sound signals are compared with the prestored sound signals, the sound signal commands with the same or similar comparison results are identified, the identified sound signal commands are sent to the sound signal conversion output module 6.6, and the sound signal conversion output module 6.6 converts the identification results into CAN signals and sends the CAN signals to the vehicle body controller 5.

Meanwhile, the camera 1 periodically collects image signals in the vehicle, the image signals collected by the camera 1 are sent to an image signal analysis module 6.1 in the vehicle-mounted information entertainment terminal assembly 6, the image signal analysis module 6.1 extracts feature information of the image signals collected by the camera 1 through image recognition, the extracted feature information is sent to an image signal storage module 6.2, a large amount of feature information of the image signals is prestored in the image signal storage module 6.2, each image feature information has a corresponding signal instruction, the extracted feature information is compared with the prestored feature information, features with consistent or similar comparison results are identified and sent to an image signal conversion output module 6.3, and the image signal conversion output module 6.3 converts the identification results into CAN signals and sends the CAN signals to the vehicle body controller 5.

The automobile body controller 5 receives the sound signal of the user in the automobile and the face emotion recognition signal at the same time, and when the recognition result is that the user in the automobile is quarreling or other behaviors harmful to personal safety exist, the automobile body controller 5 controls the reading lamp 3 to light up the illumination and the camera 1 to start the video recording function.
