step 1: passing a second bearing (6) of the device for moving the pipe fitting and a part of the first bending part (3) connected with the second bearing (6), a fourth bearing (8) and a part of the second bending part (4) connected with the fourth bearing (8) around the lower part of the pipe fitting to be moved, so that the first bearing (5), the second bearing (6), the third bearing (7) and the fourth bearing (8) of the device for moving the pipe fitting contact the outer wall of the pipe fitting and form a clamping state on the pipe fitting;

and step 3: applying pressure to one end of the handles (1) of all the pipe moving devices for clamping the pipe, which is far away from the cross beam (2), so that the pipe is lifted by the pipe moving devices;

In the process of pipe fitting discharging operation by manpower cooperating with a crane, if the worker only depends on manpower, the labor intensity of the worker is high, and danger may exist, so that a portable device capable of assisting the worker is needed to be developed.

The invention provides a pipe fitting moving device, which comprises a handle, wherein one end of the handle is connected with the middle part of a cross beam, one end of the cross beam is provided with a first bending part, the other end of the cross beam is provided with a second bending part, a first bearing and a second bearing are rotatably arranged on the first bending part, a third bearing and a fourth bearing are rotatably arranged on the second bending part, and the first bearing, the second bearing, the third bearing and the fourth bearing form a pipe fitting clamping part which is in contact with the outer wall of a pipe fitting.

Preferably, the distance between the ends of the first curved member is greater than the minimum distance between the opposing outer side faces of the first and second bearings.

In any of the above embodiments, preferably, a distance between both ends of the second bending member is greater than a minimum distance between opposite outer side surfaces of the third bearing and the fourth bearing.

In any of the above aspects, it is preferable that a distance from a midpoint of a minimum distance connecting line between the opposite outer side surfaces of the first bearing and the second bearing to a point on the first flexure means is greater than half of the minimum distance between the opposite outer side surfaces of the first bearing and the second bearing.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for using a pipe moving device for moving a pipe, the method including:

step 1: passing a portion of a second bearing of the device for moving a pipe and a first bending member connected to the second bearing, a portion of a fourth bearing and a second bending member connected to the fourth bearing, around a lower portion of a pipe to be moved, so that the first bearing, the second bearing, the third bearing and the fourth bearing of the device for moving a pipe contact an outer wall of the pipe and form a clamped state with respect to the pipe;

step 2: forming a clamped state of the pipe by using at least one other device for moving the pipe in the same way as the step 1;

and step 3: applying pressure to one end of the handles of all the pipe moving devices for clamping the pipe, which is far away from the cross beam, so that the pipe is lifted by the pipe moving devices;

and 4, step 4: pushing or pulling force is applied to one end of the pipe in the length direction, so that the pipe moves forwards or backwards.

Preferably, step 3 may be performed after both step 1 and step 2.

In any of the above embodiments, the pipe moving means for holding the pipe is preferably provided at intervals so as to lift the entire pipe.

In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the cross member of the pipe moving device and/or the lowermost end of the first bending member and/or the lowermost end of the second bending member support as a fulcrum during the lifting and moving of the pipe.

In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the method of using the device for moving a pipe further includes the step 5: and after the pipe fitting is moved in place, the pipe fitting moving device is removed, and the next pipe fitting is moved or the operation is finished according to the requirement.

The device for moving the pipe fitting and the using method thereof have the following beneficial effects:

1. the pipe fitting moving device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and small in required operation area;

2. the using method of the device for moving the pipe fitting is simple and flexible, and the device can be used by operators only through simple training or even without training;

3. by utilizing the lever principle, in the process of lifting the pipe fitting, great force is not required to be applied, so that the operation intensity of operators is reduced;

4. the first bearing, the second bearing, the third bearing and the fourth bearing synchronously rotate along with the forward and backward movement of the pipe fitting, so that the pipe fitting can easily move in a labor-saving manner, and the moving range can be accurately controlled;

5. the number of the devices for moving the pipe fitting can be increased or reduced according to the length of the pipe fitting and the distance required to move, so that the pipe fitting can stably move;

6. the device is suitable for working places with small working areas or old working places or working places needing frequent position changing.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the following examples.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, a device for moving pipe fittings comprises a handle 1, one end of the handle 1 is connected with the middle part of a beam 2, one end of the beam 2 is provided with a first bending part 3, the other end of the beam 2 is provided with a second bending part 4, the first bending part 3 is rotatably provided with a first bearing 5 and a second bearing 6, the second bending part 4 is rotatably provided with a third bearing 7 and a fourth bearing 8, and the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 form a pipe fitting clamping part contacted with the outer wall of a pipe fitting.

The distance between the two ends of the first curved part 3 is greater than the minimum distance between the opposite outer sides of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6; the distance between the two ends of the second curved member 4 is greater than the minimum distance between the opposite outer sides of the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8. In this way, it is ensured that the pipe moving device does not cause the moved pipe to be caught by the two ends of the first bending member 3 and/or the second bending member 4 and not to be clamped by the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 during use.

The distance from the midpoint of the line of minimum distance between the opposite outer sides of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 to a point on the first flexure 3 is each greater than half the minimum distance between the opposite outer sides of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6; the distances from the midpoint of the line of minimum distances between the opposite outer side faces of the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 to a point on the second curved part 4 are each greater than half the minimum distance between the opposite outer side faces of the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8. Therefore, the moved pipe can be ensured to be only contacted with the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 on the pipe moving device and not contacted with other parts on the pipe moving device, thereby avoiding the friction force generated between the pipe and other parts of the pipe moving device except the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 during the pipe moving process and saving the force required to be applied during the pipe moving process.

The shape and size of the first bending member 3 and the second bending member 4 are set according to the discharge mode of the pipe to be moved, the size of the pipe, and the like. The first curved part 3 and the second curved part 4 may differ in shape and size. In the present embodiment, the first bending member 3 and the second bending member 4 are both U-shaped pieces.

The first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 may have the same diameter, may have different dimensions, and may be replaced by other similar elements that perform the function of a bearing, as long as they can rotate on the first bending member 3 and/or the second bending member 4 and can clamp the moved pipe.

The device for moving the pipe fitting can be used in any place where the pipe fitting needs to be moved manually, and is particularly suitable for scenes where the pipe fitting needs to be moved manually in a small distance.

In order to increase the adaptability of the device for moving pipe fittings to various different types of pipe fittings, the handle 1 and the cross beam 2 can be detachably connected, or the cross beam 2 and the first bending part 3 and the second bending part 4 can be detachably connected, or the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 can be detachably connected, or the first bending part 3 and the second bending part 4 are arc-shaped parts, and the installation positions of the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 can be adjusted, so that the corresponding parts can be replaced or the positions of the corresponding parts can be adjusted according to the sizes of the different types of pipe fittings.

Example 2

Unlike the above-described embodiments, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first bending member 3 and the second bending member 4 in the pipe moving device are arc-shaped members and have the same shape. The first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 are identical in shape and size.

The first bearing 5 is provided at one end of the first bending member 3, and the second bearing 6 is provided at the other end of the first bending member 3; the third bearing 7 is provided at one end of the second bending member 4, and the fourth bearing 8 is provided at the other end of the second bending member 4.

The connection point between the cross beam 2 and the first curved part 3 is close to the first bearing 5 and far from the second bearing 6, and the connection point between the cross beam 2 and the second curved part 4 is close to the third bearing 7 and far from the fourth bearing 8. The first bending part 3 with the second bending part 4 bilateral symmetry set up in the both ends of crossbeam 2, first bearing 5 with second bearing 6 around the symmetry set up in the both ends of first bending part 3, third bearing 7 with fourth bearing 8 around the symmetry set up in the both ends of second bending part 4, first bearing 5 with the position bilateral symmetry of third bearing 7, second bearing 6 with the position bilateral symmetry of fourth bearing 8.

In this embodiment, a bent section 11 is disposed at a position of the handle 1 close to the cross beam 2, and the bent section 11 is an arc-shaped bent section; and a hand grip 12 is arranged at one end of the handle 1 far away from the cross beam 2.

The pipe moving device in this embodiment is provided with a fixed connection between the handle 1 and the cross member 2, and between the cross member 2 and the first bending member 3 and the second bending member 4, for moving a pipe of a fixed size.

Taking the case that the device for moving the pipe fitting is specially used for moving an oil pipe of an oil field as an example.

When oil pipes in an oil field are discharged, two modes of vertical arrangement and horizontal arrangement are adopted, the vertical arrangement mode occupies less land, but the requirement on a discharging device is higher; the horizontal row occupies a large area, but the requirement on a discharge device is relatively low, so that the horizontal row mode adopted by a common oil field is more. When the oil pipes are arranged transversely, the oil pipes are generally arranged on special equipment in a layered mode, the equipment comprises at least two bearing beams which are horizontally arranged on each layer, and two ends of the oil pipes in the oil field are respectively placed on the bearing beams. When the oil pipe is discharged, the oil pipe is moved to the bearing beam by the crane, but the ends of all the oil pipes cannot be aligned because the crane has limited operation accuracy, and the oil pipe can be discharged orderly by the pipe moving device.

In view of the fixed size of the oil pipe, the pipe moving device in this embodiment provides a fixed connection between the handle 1 and the cross member 2, and the cross member 2 and the first and second bending members 3 and 4. The handle 1, the cross beam 2, the first bending part 3 and the second bending part 4 are all made of round steel. The diameter of the handle 1 is 33mm, the length of the handle is not less than 1230mm, the bending height of the bending section 11 is 85mm, the span of the bending section 11 is 300mm, and the length between the bending section 11 and the hand grip 12 is 900 mm; the diameter of the cross beam 2 is 21mm, and the distances between the connecting part of the cross beam 2 and the handle 1 and the first bending part 2 and the second bending part 4 are both 80 mm; the distance between the junction of the cross beam 2 and the first bending part 3 and the first bearing 5 is 115mm, the distance between the junction of the cross beam 2 and the second bending part 4 and the second bearing 4 is 175mm, the distance between the junction of the cross beam 2 and the second bending part 4 and the third bearing 7 is 115mm, and the distance between the junction of the cross beam 2 and the fourth bearing 8 is 175 mm; the distance between the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6 and the apex of the first curved member 3 is 110mm, and the distance between the third bearing 7, the fourth bearing 8 and the apex of the second curved member 4 is 110 mm; the minimum distance between the opposite outer side faces of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 and the minimum distance between the opposite outer side faces of the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 are each 135 mm. The first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 are all 620(3) series bearings.

Example 3

A method of using a device for moving tubulars, comprising:

step 1: passing a portion of a second bearing of the device for moving a pipe and a first bending member connected to the second bearing, a portion of a fourth bearing and a second bending member connected to the fourth bearing, around a lower portion of a pipe to be moved, so that the first bearing, the second bearing, the third bearing and the fourth bearing of the device for moving a pipe contact an outer wall of the pipe and form a clamped state with respect to the pipe;

step 2: forming a clamped state of the pipe by using at least one other device for moving the pipe in the same way as the step 1;

and step 3: applying pressure to one end of the handles of all the pipe moving devices for clamping the pipe, which is far away from the cross beam, so that the pipe is lifted by the pipe moving devices;

and 4, step 4: pushing or pulling force is applied to one end of the pipe in the length direction, so that the pipe moves forwards or backwards.

Step 3 may be performed after both step 1 and step 2.

The pipe moving devices for clamping the pipe are arranged at intervals so as to lift the whole pipe. The cross beam of the pipe moving device and/or the lowest end of the first bending part and/or the lowest end of the second bending part support as a fulcrum during the lifting and moving of the pipe.

The use method of the device for moving the pipe fitting further comprises the step 5: and after the pipe fitting is moved in place, the pipe fitting moving device is removed, and the next pipe fitting is moved or the operation is finished according to the requirement.

The above process will be described in additional detail by taking as an example that the apparatus for moving a pipe in an oil field in example 2 moves oil pipes in an oil field to align the oil pipes.

First, the second bearing 6 of the pipe fitting moving device and the part of the first bending member 3 connected to the second bearing 6, the fourth bearing 8 and the part of the second bending member 4 connected to the fourth bearing 8 are passed under the oil pipe 9 to be moved, so that the first bearing 5, the second bearing 6, the third bearing 7 and the fourth bearing 8 of the pipe fitting moving device contact the outer wall of the pipe fitting 9 and clamp the pipe fitting 9; the clamped state is shown in fig. 3 and 4; another set of said pipe moving devices is then used to clamp the pipe 9 in the same way.

In order to lift the whole oil pipe, for the oil pipe placed on the oil pipe dedicated discharge device, the pipe moving device can be placed on the bearing beams on both sides of the oil pipe dedicated discharge device, and the first bending part 3 and the second bending part 4 are respectively located on both sides of the bearing beams, and the cross beam 2 is placed on the bearing beams.

Then, the pressure is applied to the two pipe moving devices by the gripper 12, so that the pipe 9 is lifted by the pipe moving devices; after the pipe 9 is lifted, a pushing or pulling force is applied to one end of the pipe 9 to move the pipe 9 forward or backward, thereby aligning the pipe 9 with the end of another pipe already aligned.

After moving an oil field oil pipe, the pipe fitting moving device is removed, then another oil pipe is moved or the operation is completed in the same way, and the pipe fitting moving device is retracted.
