2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining comment data corresponding to at least one target media content comprises:

acquiring at least one target media content of which the quantity of the interactive data exceeds a preset comment quantity threshold and/or the playing quantity exceeds a preset playing quantity threshold;

and obtaining comment data of the at least one target media content.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the target media content includes a tag corresponding to the preset object, and/or the text content corresponding to the target media content includes a field associated with the preset object, and/or the comment data corresponding to the target media content includes a field associated with the preset object, and/or the image content corresponding to the target media content includes an image corresponding to the preset object.

4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the performing a recognition operation on the comment data to obtain at least one question-answering content related to the preset object in the comment data comprises:

obtaining question data related to the preset object in the comment data;

screening problem data in the comment data according to at least one preset target theme to obtain at least one problem data, wherein the target theme is a characteristic information theme corresponding to the preset object;

acquiring reply data corresponding to the question data, and judging whether the reply data is associated with the preset target theme or not; if the judgment result is that the answer data is associated with the preset target theme, determining the answer data as the target answer data corresponding to the question data;

and determining the at least one question and answer data and at least one target answer data corresponding to each question data as the at least one question and answer content.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein said determining whether said reply data is associated with said predetermined target topic comprises:

the question-answer content identification model is obtained after a preset model to be trained is trained by adopting a sample question-answer content data set, the sample question-answer content data set comprises comment data corresponding to a plurality of target media contents and label information corresponding to each comment data, and the label information is used for representing whether the comment data comprise question-answer contents or not.

7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the aggregating and displaying the at least one question and answer content in the associated page with the preset object comprises:

respectively calculating similarity information among the question and answer contents;

according to the similarity information, performing aggregation operation on the question and answer contents with the similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold value to determine target question and answer contents;

and displaying the target question and answer content on a page associated with the preset object.

8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:

determining the number of the question and answer contents with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold value with the target question and answer contents;

and updating the attention quantity corresponding to the target question and answer content according to the quantity of the question and answer content and the quantity of the triggering operation of the attention button associated with the target question and answer content by the user.

9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after the aggregating and displaying the at least one question and answer content on the associated page of the preset object, the method further comprises:

and updating the interaction quantity of the question and answer content according to the interaction quantity of the question and answer content in the associated page of the preset object and the interaction quantity of the comment data corresponding to the question and answer content in the target media content.

Technical Field

The disclosed embodiments relate to the technical field of computer and network communications, and in particular, to an information processing method, apparatus, device, readable storage medium, and product.

Background

With the improvement of the hardware performance of the terminal device and the continuous progress of the artificial intelligence technology, more and more Applications (APPs) are running on the terminal device. In the process of using the APPs, in order to enable the user to better understand the currently displayed content, a question and answer area can be set on the display interface, the user can check questions in the question and answer area by himself or the user can initiate a question in the question and answer area according to actual requirements.

However, when the method is used for displaying the question and answer information, the generation of the question and answer information needs to be actively triggered by the user, and frequently, the number of displayable questions and answer contents is small, so that the actual requirements of the user cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing method, an information processing device, readable storage medium and readable storage medium, and a product, which are used for solving the technical problems that the question and answer content in the existing question and answer information needs to be actively triggered and filled by a user, and the content is less.

In the method, at least one piece of comment data corresponding to target media content having an association relationship with a preset object is obtained, and the comment data is identified so as to obtain at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data. And aggregating and displaying the acquired at least one question and answer content on a page associated with a preset object, so that the question and answer content can be extracted from the comment data of the target media content. Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In order to solve the technical problems that the question and answer content in the existing question and answer information needs to be actively triggered and filled by a user and has less content, the disclosure provides an information processing method, an information processing device, information processing equipment, a readable storage medium and a product.

It should be noted that the present disclosure provides an information processing method, apparatus, device, readable storage medium, and product, which can be applied in a scenario of automatically extracting and mining various question and answer contents.

In order to enable a user to better understand the preset objects associated with the media content, a question and answer area may be set in a corresponding position of the general media content, and the user may perform a question and answer operation and an answer operation by clicking the question and answer area. However, in the question and answer area obtained by the method, the question and answer content is less, and after the user may click in, the content which the user wants to know cannot be obtained, so that the user experience is poor.

In the process of solving the technical problem, the inventor finds that a plurality of comment data generally exist in the media content associated with the preset object, and the comment data often have question and answer content with relatively high quality. Therefore, in order to expand the question and answer content in the question and answer area, the question and answer content in the comment data can be mined, and the question and answer content acquired from the comment data can be displayed in a gathering manner on the associated page of the preset object.

Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:

step 101, comment data corresponding to at least one target media content is obtained, wherein the target media content is a media content having an association relation with a preset object, and the comment data includes text data and/or video data and/or audio data.

The execution subject of the embodiment is an information processing device, which can be coupled to a server, and the server can be in communication connection with a database, so that the comment data can be acquired. The server can also be in communication connection with the terminal equipment of the user, so that data processing can be carried out according to the man-machine interaction between the user and the terminal equipment.

In the embodiment, the media content associated with the preset object generally has a lot of comment data, and the comment data often has question and answer content with relatively high quality. Therefore, in order to achieve mining of the question and answer content, first, comment data corresponding to at least one target media content may be acquired. The target media content is the media content which has an association relation with the preset object. Specifically, the preset object may be a restaurant, a scenery spot, a museum, or the like. The media content can be any one of video, article, audio and the like. The comment data corresponding to the target media content is a comment made by a user of the application program for the target media content, and the comment data can be displayed on a comment panel of the target media content.

Specifically, the media content having an association relationship with the preset object may be understood as including: the target media content comprises a label corresponding to the preset object, and/or the text content corresponding to the target media content comprises a field associated with the preset object, and/or the comment data corresponding to the target media content comprises a field associated with the preset object, and/or the image content corresponding to the target media content comprises an image corresponding to the preset object. One preset object may correspond to a plurality of target media contents, and the types of association relationships between the plurality of target media contents and the preset object may be different.

For example, the target media content may be short video content published in short video software, and the preset object may be a restaurant that is clicked by the user. The association relationship between the target media content and the preset object may be that the short video content includes a tag of the restaurant, and the user may enter a page related to the restaurant by triggering the tag. Or, by way of example, the short video content may include text content that introduces the short video. The association relationship between the target media content and the preset object may be that the text content includes the name of the restaurant. Or, for the above example, the comment data corresponding to the short video content includes at least one comment about the restaurant, and at this time, it may be determined that the short video content and the restaurant have an association relationship. Or, for example, at least one frame of image in the short video content includes the restaurant, and at this time, it may be determined that the short video content is associated with the restaurant.

In practical applications, the determination of the association relationship between the target media content and the preset object may be implemented in one or more manners, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

Optionally, the comment data includes text data and/or video data and/or audio data. When the comment data is text data, data analysis can be directly performed on the text data to achieve mining operation of question and answer content.

When the comment data is audio data, the audio data can be converted into corresponding text data, and then question and answer contents in the text data are further identified and extracted.

When the comment data is video data, in order to mine the question and answer content, the video data needs to be understood. Alternatively, image processing may be performed for each frame of image in the video data to extract the question and answer content. Or, the image frames in the video data may be sampled according to a preset sampling rate, and the collected samples are subjected to image processing, so as to extract the question and answer content. Meanwhile, the extraction of the question and answer content can be realized by combining the image data obtained by image processing and the audio content extracted by the video data. The image processing includes but is not limited to gesture recognition, text recognition, expression recognition and the like on the image through a network model; and performing operations such as OCR text recognition on the image.

For example, in practical applications, a certain comment data may be a voice data, and after the voice data is recognized, it may be determined that a problem corresponding to the voice data is: what the store tastes like. Accordingly, the corresponding reply data under the comment data may be a piece of video data. And performing gesture recognition on the image frames in the video data, and recognizing that the gesture of the user in the video is the erection of a thumb, wherein the corresponding reply data is characterized as good taste. It may be determined that the content of the question and answer is included in the comment data.

Step 102, performing identification operation on the comment data to acquire at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data, wherein the question and answer content comprises a question content and at least one answer content aiming at the question content.

In this embodiment, since the comment data includes a large amount of data, part of the data is related to the preset object, and part of the data is unrelated to the preset object, after the comment data is acquired, an identification operation needs to be performed on the comment data to perform an acquisition operation on at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data.

The question and answer content comprises question content and at least one answer content corresponding to the question content. In the above example, the question content may be how many restaurant people are, and accordingly, the response content corresponding to the question content may be many people, many people during peak hours, many people at 7 pm, and the like.

And 103, performing aggregation display on the at least one question and answer content on the page associated with the preset object.

In this embodiment, after the at least one question and answer content is obtained, since some question and answer contents may include the same or similar questions, in order to optimize the question and answer content, the at least one question and answer content may be aggregated, and the aggregated at least one question and answer content is aggregated and displayed on an interface associated with a preset object.

Optionally, the association interface may be a question and answer interface. When browsing the target media content, the user can view the preset object corresponding to the target media content. A question and answer area can be set in the display interface of the preset object, a user can view the associated interface by triggering the question and answer area, and at least one question and answer content is displayed in the associated interface.

Optionally, when the comment data is video data and/or audio data, after the question and answer content is identified to be included in the video data and/or the audio data, the video data and/or the audio data may be converted into a text form, and the question and answer content in the text form and the association interface of the preset object are displayed in an aggregated manner. Alternatively, after identifying that the question and answer content is included in the video data and/or the audio data, the video data and/or the audio data including the question and answer content may be displayed directly within the association interface. Further, a conversion text icon may be set in a preset area around the question and answer content in the form of video data and/or audio data, and the user may, after triggering the conversion text icon, convert the video data and/or audio data into the question and answer content in the form of text for viewing.

Further, on the basis of the first embodiment, the step 101 includes:

acquiring at least one target media content of which the quantity of the interactive data exceeds a preset comment quantity threshold and/or the playing quantity exceeds a preset playing quantity threshold;

and obtaining comment data of the at least one target media content.

In the embodiment, the number of media contents is large for a large amount of existing application software. Therefore, in order to realize accurate screening of the question and answer content, at least one target media content needs to be screened out from a large amount of media content. The screening may be based on the amount of interactive data of the target media content. The interactive data amount includes, but is not limited to, a comment amount, an approval amount, a forwarding amount, a collection amount, and the like corresponding to the target media content. Specifically, at least one target media content with an interactive data amount exceeding a preset comment amount threshold and/or a play amount exceeding a preset play amount threshold may be obtained, and comment data corresponding to the at least one target media content may be obtained.

In the information processing method provided by this embodiment, at least one piece of comment data corresponding to a target media content having an association relationship with a preset object is acquired, and the comment data is subjected to an identification operation, so as to acquire at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data. And aggregating and displaying the acquired at least one question and answer content on a page associated with a preset object, so that the question and answer content can be extracted from the comment data of the target media content. Different from the technical scheme that a user needs to actively ask questions and answer questions in the prior art, the question and answer content in the comment data is mined, so that the obtaining efficiency of the question and answer content can be effectively improved, the user can learn about preset objects, convenience is brought to the user, and the user experience is improved.

Optionally, on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, step 102 includes:

inputting the comment data into a preset question-answer content recognition model to obtain at least one question-answer content related to the preset object in the comment data;

the question-answer content identification model is obtained after a preset model to be trained is trained by adopting a sample question-answer content data set, the sample question-answer content data set comprises comment data corresponding to a plurality of target media contents and label information corresponding to each comment data, and the label information is used for representing whether the comment data comprise question-answer contents or not.

In this embodiment, a question-answer content recognition model may be preset, and comment data may be input into the question-answer content recognition model to obtain at least one question-answer content related to a preset object in the comment data. Specifically, in order to obtain the question and answer content identification model, a preset sample question and answer content data set may be obtained, where the sample question and answer content data set includes comment data corresponding to a plurality of target media contents and label information corresponding to each comment data, and the label information is used to represent whether the comment data includes question and answer content. And training a preset model to be trained by adopting the sample question and answer content data set until the model to be trained is converged to obtain the question and answer content recognition model.

Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method provided in the second embodiment of the present disclosure, and on the basis of the first embodiment, step 102 includes:

step 201, obtaining question data related to the preset object in the comment data.

Step 202, screening the question data in the comment data according to at least one preset target theme to obtain at least one question data, wherein the target theme is a feature information theme corresponding to the preset object.

Step 203, obtaining reply data corresponding to the question data, and judging whether the reply data is associated with the preset target theme; and if the judgment result is that the answer data is associated with the preset target theme, determining the answer data as the target answer data corresponding to the question data.

Step 204, determining the at least one question data and at least one target answer data corresponding to each question data as the at least one question-answer content.

In this embodiment, after the question and answer data is obtained, data processing operation may be further performed on the question and answer data. The question and answer data may be obtained by identifying the comment data by using the question and answer content identification model, or may be obtained by identifying in any other way, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

Specifically, first, question data related to a preset object in the comment data may be obtained, and the question data in the comment data is screened according to at least one preset target topic to obtain at least one question data. The target theme is a characteristic information theme corresponding to the preset object. For example, the target topic may be: characteristic information such as taste, position, open time, number of people, etc.

In order to achieve the acquisition of effective answer data, answer data corresponding to the question data is acquired for the question data, whether the answer data is associated with a preset target subject is judged, and if yes, the answer data can be determined as the target answer data corresponding to the question data. At least one question data and at least one target answer data corresponding to each question data are determined as the at least one question-answer content.

Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the determining, in step 203, whether the answer data is associated with the preset target topic includes:

In this embodiment, in the process of screening the reply data, it may be determined whether the reply data includes a preset target subject. For example, if the target topic is good, if the answer data includes a "good" topic, the answer data may be determined as the target answer data.

Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method provided in a third embodiment of the present disclosure, where on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, step 103 includes:

In this embodiment, since some of the question-answering contents may include the same or similar questions, in order to optimize the question-answering contents, an aggregation operation may be performed on at least one question-answering content, and the at least one question-answering content after the aggregation operation is displayed in an aggregation manner on an interface associated with a preset object.

Specifically, similarity information between the question and answer contents can be respectively calculated, at least one question and answer content with the similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold is determined according to the similarity information, and the at least one question and answer content with the similarity exceeding the preset similarity threshold is subjected to aggregation operation to obtain the target question and answer content. And displaying the target question and answer content on the associated page of the preset object.

Optionally, after performing an aggregation operation on at least one question and answer content whose similarity exceeds a preset similarity threshold, one of the question and answer content and corresponding answer data may be displayed on the association interface. Furthermore, a focus button can be displayed on the display interface, and a user can focus on the question and answer content by triggering the focus button. When the user triggers the attention button and new reply data exists in the follow-up question and answer content, the prompt of the question and answer content can be sent to the user in a private letter mode.

Specifically, the attention number corresponding to the target question and answer content may be updated according to the number of the question and answer contents and the number of the user's trigger operations on the attention buttons associated with the target question and answer content.

After the attention amount corresponding to the target question-answering content is updated, the target question-answering content can be sequenced according to the attention amount, and the target question-answering content with higher attention amount, namely more question-answering contents which the user wants to know, is ranked at the front position, so that the user can quickly know the related content.

Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, after the step 103, the method further includes:

and updating the interaction quantity of the question and answer content according to the interaction quantity of the question and answer content in the associated page of the preset object and the interaction quantity of the comment data corresponding to the question and answer content in the target media content.

In this embodiment, in the process of viewing the question and answer content by the user, the question and answer content may be subjected to an interactive operation, where the interactive operation may be approval, forwarding, collection, and the like. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a display interface provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, a preset interaction icon 42 is disposed in a page 41 associated with a preset object, and a user may perform a trigger operation on the interaction icon 42 in an interface interaction manner, so that the update of the interaction quantity is implemented.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view of another display interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, in response to a user's trigger operation on any question and answer content 51, the user may jump to a detail page 52 corresponding to the question and answer content, where the detail page 52 includes question information 53 corresponding to the question and answer content and at least one answer information 54, an interactive icon 55 corresponding to the answer information 54 is disposed in a preset area around each answer information 54, and the user may implement an interactive operation on the answer information 54 by triggering the interactive icon 55.

Optionally, the interactive quantity of the answer information may be updated according to the interactive operation of the user on the answer information and the interactive quantity in the comment data corresponding to the answer information.

Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the method further includes:

and responding to the deletion operation of the user on the comment data of the target media content, and deleting the question and answer content corresponding to the comment data.

In this embodiment, the user may perform a deletion operation on the comment data according to actual needs. When it is detected that the comment data is deleted by the user, the question and answer content can be deleted according to the deletion operation.

Specifically, if it is detected that the user deletes the reply data in the comment data, the corresponding reply data in the question-and-answer content may be deleted. If it is detected that the user deletes the question data in the comment data, the entire question and answer content can be deleted according to the deletion operation.

According to the information processing method provided by the embodiment, the question and answer content is displayed in a gathering manner, so that the quality of the displayed question and answer content can be improved, and the user experience is further improved.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the information processing apparatus includes: an acquisition module 61, an identification module 62 and a display module 63. The obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain comment data corresponding to at least one target media content, where the target media content is a media content having an association relationship with a preset object, and the comment data includes text data and/or video data and/or audio data; the identification module 62 is configured to perform an identification operation on the comment data to obtain at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data, where the question and answer content includes a question content and at least one answer content for the question content; and a display module 63, configured to perform aggregate display on the at least one question and answer content in a page associated with the preset object.

Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the obtaining module is configured to:

acquiring at least one target media content of which the quantity of the interactive data exceeds a preset comment quantity threshold and/or the playing quantity exceeds a preset playing quantity threshold;

and obtaining comment data of the at least one target media content.

The device provided in this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solution of the above method embodiment, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.

In order to realize the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an electronic device.

Yet another embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including: a processor and a memory;

the memory stores computer-executable instructions;

the processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory, so that the processor executes the information processing method according to any one of the embodiments.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 700 suitable for implementing the fifth embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the electronic device 700 may be a terminal device or a server. Among them, the terminal Device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a Digital broadcast receiver, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer (PAD), a Portable Multimedia Player (PMP), a car terminal (e.g., car navigation terminal), etc., and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV, a desktop computer, etc. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 700 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 701, which may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 702 or a program loaded from a storage means 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.

Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 708 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device 700 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 7 illustrates an electronic device 700 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 709, or may be installed from the storage means 708, or may be installed from the ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.

The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the methods shown in the above embodiments.

Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of Network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. The units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. Where the name of a unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, the first retrieving unit may also be described as a "unit for retrieving at least two internet protocol addresses".

The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.

In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

In a first aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing method including:

obtaining comment data corresponding to at least one target media content, wherein the target media content is a media content which has an association relation with a preset object;

performing identification operation on the comment data to acquire at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data, wherein the question and answer content comprises a question content and at least one answer content aiming at the question content, and the comment data comprises text data and/or video data and/or audio data;

and performing aggregation display on the at least one question and answer content on the page associated with the preset object.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the obtaining of comment data corresponding to at least one target media content includes: acquiring at least one target media content of which the quantity of the interactive data exceeds a preset comment quantity threshold and/or the playing quantity exceeds a preset playing quantity threshold; and obtaining comment data of the at least one target media content.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the target media content includes a tag corresponding to the preset object, and/or the text content corresponding to the target media content includes a field associated with the preset object, and/or the comment data corresponding to the target media content includes a field associated with the preset object, and/or the image content corresponding to the target media content includes an image corresponding to the preset object.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the performing an identification operation on the comment data to obtain at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data includes: obtaining question data related to the preset object in the comment data; screening problem data in the comment data according to at least one preset target theme to obtain at least one problem data, wherein the target theme is a characteristic information theme corresponding to the preset object; acquiring reply data corresponding to the question data, and judging whether the reply data is associated with the preset target theme or not; if the judgment result is that the answer data is associated with the preset target theme, determining the answer data as the target answer data corresponding to the question data; and determining the at least one question and answer data and at least one target answer data corresponding to each question data as the at least one question and answer content.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the determining whether the reply data is associated with the preset target topic includes: and judging whether the reply data comprises a preset target theme or not, and/or judging whether the reply data comprises a target field corresponding to the target theme or not, and obtaining a judgment result.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the performing an identification operation on the comment data to obtain at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data includes: inputting the comment data into a preset question-answer content recognition model to obtain at least one question-answer content related to the preset object in the comment data; the question-answer content identification model is obtained after a preset model to be trained is trained by adopting a sample question-answer content data set, the sample question-answer content data set comprises comment data corresponding to a plurality of target media contents and label information corresponding to each comment data, and the label information is used for representing whether the comment data comprise question-answer contents or not.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the aggregating and displaying the at least one question and answer content on the page associated with the preset object includes: respectively calculating similarity information among the question and answer contents; according to the similarity information, performing aggregation operation on the question and answer contents with the similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold value to determine target question and answer contents; and displaying the target question and answer content on a page associated with the preset object.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising: determining the number of the question and answer contents with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold value with the target question and answer contents; and updating the attention quantity corresponding to the target question and answer content according to the quantity of the question and answer content and the quantity of the triggering operation of the attention button associated with the target question and answer content by the user.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, after the aggregating and displaying the at least one question and answer content on the page associated with the preset object, the method further includes: and updating the interaction quantity of the question and answer content according to the interaction quantity of the question and answer content in the associated page of the preset object and the interaction quantity of the comment data corresponding to the question and answer content in the target media content.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising: and responding to the deletion operation of the user on the comment data of the target media content, and deleting the question and answer content corresponding to the comment data.

In a second aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing apparatus including:

the device comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring comment data corresponding to at least one target media content, the target media content is a media content which has an association relation with a preset object, and the comment data comprises text data and/or video data and/or audio data;

the identification module is used for carrying out identification operation on the comment data so as to obtain at least one question and answer content related to the preset object in the comment data, wherein the question and answer content comprises question content and at least one answer content aiming at the question content;

and the display module is used for performing aggregation display on the at least one question and answer content on the page associated with the preset object.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the obtaining module is configured to: acquiring at least one target media content of which the quantity of the interactive data exceeds a preset comment quantity threshold and/or the playing quantity exceeds a preset playing quantity threshold; and obtaining comment data of the at least one target media content.

the memory stores computer-executable instructions;

the at least one processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to cause the at least one processor to perform the information processing method as described above in the first aspect and various possible designs of the first aspect.

In a fourth aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement the information processing method according to the first aspect and various possible designs of the first aspect.

In a fifth aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements an information processing method as described above in the first aspect and various possible designs of the first aspect
