closing the second feeding port 13 on the side, opening the second feeding port 13 on the other side, and driving the feed of the next material number into the material tower box 1 from the second feeding port 13 on the side, because only the feed is continuously supplemented into the material tower box 1 from the first side of the next material number, along with the continuous consumption of the feed, the feed distribution in the material tower box 1 can appear and maintain the balance state of the state II in the attached drawing 8, which is just opposite to the balance state of the state I in the attached drawing 8, and in the process, the feed transmitted into the poultry breeding house by the main material line auger 3 undergoes: a process of pure first fodder, more first fodder and less latter fodder, more latter fodder and less former fodder, and pure latter fodder;

finally, close two second dog-house 13, in the case body 11 is squeezed into by first dog-house 12 to the latter material fodder, resumes the feeding state of state III in the attached figure 8, accomplishes the process of reloading, can realize the intensive mixing of different material numbers fodder, and gradually slowly realize the fodder of poultry and change, reduce the poultry stress that the poultry leads to because of material type and fodder nutrient composition difference when reloading, improve the breed score.

The material tower for relieving poultry material changing stress is further characterized by comprising a material scraping unit arranged in the box body 11 and a material scraping driving assembly 7 for controlling the material scraping unit, the material scraping treatment is carried out on the inner wall of the box body 11 and two side faces of the partition plate 2 timely, the quality of feed is guaranteed, meanwhile, the feed with a previous material number on the inner wall of the box body 11 and two side faces of the partition plate 2 is scraped in time during material changing, the material changing time is shortened, and the material changing effect is guaranteed.

the scraper drive assembly 7 comprises:

the two outer gear rings 71 are correspondingly positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the partition plate 2, and the two outer gear rings 71 are respectively in rotating fit with the box body 11;

the two pairs of sliding sleeves 73 correspond to the two middle scraping parts 4 one by one, and each pair of sliding sleeves 73 is fixed at two ends of the corresponding middle scraping part 4;

the two pairs of sliding rods 72 correspond to the two pairs of sliding sleeves 73 one by one, and the sliding sleeves 73 are in sliding fit with the corresponding sliding rods 72 along the central line direction of the sliding rods 72; one sliding rod 72 of each pair of sliding rods 72 is fixedly connected with one outer gear ring 71, the other sliding rod 72 is fixedly connected with the other outer gear ring 71, and the central lines of each pair of sliding rods 72 are parallel to each other;

two groups of tension springs 74, which correspond to the two pairs of sliding sleeves 73 one by one, wherein each group of tension springs 74 comprises two pairs of tension springs 74, one pair of tension springs 74 is respectively arranged between one end surface of the sliding sleeve 73 and one end part of the corresponding sliding rod 72, preferably, each pair of tension springs 74 is positioned at two sides of the corresponding sliding rod 72, and the tension springs 74 are positioned at the same end of the corresponding sliding sleeve 73 as the material scraping part 43 of the middle material scraping part 4;

two gears 75 respectively engaged with the two outer ring gears 71;

and the output shaft of the motor 70 is coaxial with the rotating shafts of the two gears 75, preferably, a mechanism box 76 is arranged outside the two gears 75, the mechanism box 76 is fixedly connected with the material tower box 1, and the motor 70 is fixed on the mechanism box 76.

During the use, start motor 70, two gears 75 take place to rotate thereupon, drive two outer ring gears 71 and take place to rotate, and slide bar 72 takes place to rotate along with outer ring gear 71, has following two kinds of scraper states:

scraping off the feed on the side of the partition 2: because the sliding rod 72 always rotates along with the outer gear ring 71, when the end part of the sliding rod connected with the tension spring 74 rotates to the other side of the partition board 2, the middle scraping part 4 cannot cross the partition board 2 under the blocking effect of the partition board 2, the sliding sleeve 73 slides along the corresponding sliding rod 72, the tension spring 74 spans two sides of the partition board 2 at the moment, the middle scraping part 4 is always close to the corresponding side surface of the partition board 2, and the scraping part 43 scrapes the feed on the corresponding side surface of the partition board 2 at the moment;

namely, the outer gear ring 71 rotates for a whole circle, the scraping part 43 of the middle scraping part 4 scrapes the side wall of the box body 11 and the corresponding side surface of the partition plate 2 on the corresponding side at one time, the structure is simple, and the scraping efficiency is high.

The scraping unit is characterized by further comprising a top scraping piece 5 matched with the upper end of the box body 11 and fixedly connected with an outer gear ring 71 positioned at the top and/or a sliding rod 72 positioned at the top, and a bottom scraping piece 6 matched with the lower end of the box body 11 and fixedly connected with an outer gear ring 71 positioned at the bottom and/or a sliding rod 72 positioned at the bottom, wherein under the control of the scraping driving assembly 7, the top scraping piece 5 and the bottom scraping piece 6 respectively scrape the inner wall of the upper end and the inner wall of the lower end of the box body 11, so that the scraping effect is ensured.

The top scraping piece 5 comprises two first side scraping plates 54 which are correspondingly arranged and matched with the inner wall of the upper end part of the box body 11, and a top connecting ring 51 arranged between the top ends of the two first side scraping plates 54, so that the rotating stability is ensured, the bottom ends of the two first side scraping plates 54 are fixedly connected with the end parts corresponding to the sliding rods 72, and when the outer gear ring 71 rotates, the first side scraping plates 54 effectively scrape the inner wall of the conical cylindrical upper end part of the box body 11.

The invention is characterized in that the top wall of the upper end part of the box body 11 is horizontal, and the first feeding port 12 and the second feeding port 13 are respectively arranged on the horizontal top wall; the top scraping piece 5 further comprises a reinforcing ring 52 which is located at the center of the top connecting ring 51 and matched with the first feeding port 12, on one hand, the structural stability of the top scraping piece 5 is guaranteed, on the other hand, interference caused by material beating operation of the first feeding port 12 under a normal state can be avoided, and a top scraping plate 53 which is connected between the reinforcing ring 52 and the top connecting ring 51 can scrape the horizontal top inner wall.

The invention is characterized in that the lower end part of the box body 11 is a conical cylinder, the bottom scraping part 6 comprises two second side scraping plates 62 which are correspondingly arranged and matched with the inner wall of the lower end part of the box body 11 and a bottom connecting ring 61 arranged between the bottom ends of the two second side scraping plates 62, the top ends of the two second side scraping plates 62 are fixedly connected with the corresponding end parts of the sliding rods 72, and when the outer gear ring 71 rotates, the second side scraping plates 62 effectively scrape the inner wall of the conical cylinder-shaped lower end part of the box body 11.

The invention is also characterized in that the middle scraping part 4 comprises a connecting column 41 and a scraping plate 42 arranged on one side of the connecting column 41; the tip of scraping flitch 42 and keeping away from spliced pole 41 is equipped with scrapes material portion 43, sliding sleeve 73 of each fixed connection in spliced pole 41 both ends, it is preferred, scrape flitch 42 including the first flitch 42a of scraping that is located the middle part, and two second scrapes flitch 42b that are located first scrapes flitch 42a both sides correspondingly, when middle part is scraped material piece 4 and is strikeed the processing to case body 11 lateral wall, the material portion 43 of scraping on the first flitch 42a of scraping contacts with case body 11 lateral wall, when middle part is scraped material piece 4 and is strikeed the processing to the corresponding side of baffle 2, one side second scrapes flitch 42b, first scrapes flitch 42a and the other side second and scrapes flitch 42b and contact with the corresponding side of baffle 2 in order, improve and strike off efficiency.

The invention is characterized in that the connecting part of the clapboard 2 and the box body 11 is provided with an arc transition part 21, which is particularly convenient for the transition of the scraping plate 42 from the side wall of the box body 11 to the corresponding side surface of the clapboard 2.

The material tower box 1 further comprises two outer gear ring grooves 14 which are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cylindrical part of the box body 11 and are respectively matched with the two outer gear rings 71, and each outer gear ring groove 14 is provided with a matching hole 15, so that the corresponding gear 75 and the outer gear rings 71 can be conveniently meshed and matched.

The method for changing the feed by using the feed tower for relieving the poultry feed changing stress comprises the following steps:

step S1: reserving part of feed of the previous material number, closing a first feeding port 12, opening a second feeding port 13 on one side, pumping the reserved feed of the previous material number into a material tower box 1 through the second feeding port 13 on the side, transmitting the feed in the material tower box 1 into a poultry breeding house through a main material line auger 3, supplementing the feed into the material tower box 1 through the second feeding port 13 on one side of a partition plate 2, and gradually consuming the feed along with the previous material number, wherein the feed distribution in the material tower box 1 can appear and maintain the balance state of the state I in the attached figure 8 until the reserved previous material number is completely put into the poultry breeding house;

step S2: closing the second feeding port 13 in the step S1, opening the second feeding port 13 on the other side, and pumping the feed of the next material number into the material tower box 1 through the second feeding port 13 on the side, wherein the feed in the material tower box 1 is transferred into the poultry farming house through the main material line auger 3 until the feed of the previous material number is consumed, and because only the feed is continuously supplemented into the material tower box 1 from the side of the next material number, along with the continuous consumption of the feed, the feed distribution in the material tower box 1 can appear and maintain the balance state of the state ii in the attached drawing 8, which is just opposite to the balance state of the state i in the attached drawing 8, in the process, the feed transferred into the poultry farming house through the main material line auger 3 undergoes: a process of pure first fodder, more first fodder and less latter fodder, more latter fodder and less former fodder, and pure latter fodder;

step S3: two second dog-house 13 are closed, and the back fodder is squeezed into in case body 11 by first dog-house 12, and the fodder is evenly arranged in baffle 2 both sides for material tower case 1 is even at the inside cloth of normal attitude down, and the fodder in material tower case 1 is transmitted to the poultry by main material line auger 3 in breeding the house, resumes the feeding state of state III in the attached figure 8, accomplishes the process of reloading.

Wherein, step S2 further includes the following steps:

step S201: start scraping drive assembly 7, scrape the material in good time and handle case body 11 inner wall and 2 both sides faces of baffle, guarantee the fodder quality, in time strike off the fodder of case body 11 inner wall and 2 preceding material numbers in both sides of baffle simultaneously when reloading, shorten the time of reloading, guarantee the effect of reloading.
