1. A knife type peeling machine, comprising a frame (1); it is characterized by comprising:

the peeling bin (2) is arranged on the rack (1), and a peeling cavity (21) is formed in the peeling bin (2);

The invention relates to the technical field of fruit and vegetable peeling equipment, in particular to a knife type peeling machine.

Background

The traditional root vegetables or fruits and the like are basically peeled by adopting a manual cutting mode, such as: potato, sweet potato, taro, apple, etc. However, the manual peeling method has the following disadvantages:

1. after manual peeling, damage caused by peeling exists on the surfaces of the fruits and vegetables, starch in the fruits and vegetables is easy to oxidize and turn black, and the eating quality of the fruits and vegetables is influenced;

2. the peeling efficiency of manual peeling is low, and the peeling is carried out by cutting the fruits and vegetables by hands, so that the time and the labor are wasted, the hands are easy to hurt, and the manual peeling machine is inconvenient and sanitary.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a knife-type peeling machine capable of imitating manual peeling, which forms a continuous cutting production line process, protects the freshness of the finished product of the material to a greater extent, reduces labor force, and solves the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a knife-type peeling machine, which is used for solving the problems that the traditional manual cutting peeling machine is low in efficiency, inconvenient and unhygienic, and simultaneously the surfaces of fruits and vegetables are easy to damage, and even the hands are scratched by a cutter due to improper operation in serious cases.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a knife type peeling machine, which comprises the following specific embodiments:

the peeling bin is arranged on the rack, and a peeling cavity is formed in the peeling bin;

the waste trough is arranged on the side part of the rack opposite to the discharge trough, is communicated with the bottom of the peeling cavity and is positioned below the cutting disc;

the spraying device is arranged at the top of the peeling bin and communicated with the peeling cavity;

and the driving device is arranged in the rack, penetrates through the top of the rack and the bottom of the peeling bin, extends into the peeling cavity and is in transmission connection with the cutting disc.

At present, peeling of traditional fruits and vegetables is realized by adopting a manual cutting mode, the efficiency is low, meanwhile, the safety and sanitary conditions cannot be well guaranteed, the surface of the fruits and vegetables is easy to damage due to poor cutting method, the starch is oxidized and blackened, and the edible quality of the fruits and vegetables is influenced; even the hand can be scratched by the cutter carelessly during the cutting process.

Compared with the prior art, the knife-type peeling machine has the advantages that the peeling cavity is formed in the peeling bin, fruits and vegetables are placed into the peeling cavity from the feeding groove in the top of the peeling bin, the cutting disc in the peeling cavity rotates under the driving of the driving device, the blades on the cutting disc are in contact with the fruits and vegetables to peel the surfaces of the fruits and vegetables, the spraying device in the top of the peeling bin sprays water into the peeling cavity, the fruits and vegetables can roll in water to clean impurities, the phenomenon that the fruits and vegetables cannot be peeled due to the fact that the impurities block the blades is avoided, water flow discharges the fruits and vegetables and the impurities from the waste material groove, and the peeled fruits and vegetables are discharged from the discharge groove under the guiding action of the guide plate; the user only needs to set up the fruit vegetables material loading machine in feed chute department, sets up slabbing machine, triturator or the mixer etc. of fruit vegetables follow-up processing and carries out follow-up processing in blown down tank department, can realize the peeled assembly line operation of fruit vegetables, the peeling efficiency of the improvement fruit vegetables of very big degree to break away from artificial mode completely, improved the peeled security and the stability of fruit vegetables. The peeling machine has the advantages of high peeling efficiency, good peeling effect and high peeling safety and stability, and effectively solves the problems that the traditional manual cutting peeling efficiency is low, the traditional manual cutting peeling machine is inconvenient and unsanitary, the surfaces of fruits and vegetables are easy to damage, and hands can be scratched by a cutter even due to improper operation in severe cases.

As a further improvement of the invention, the cutting disc is provided with a plurality of groove bodies which are annularly distributed around the center of the cutting disc, the blades are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cutting disc, and the end parts of the blades are inserted into the groove bodies and extend out of the groove bodies to a position higher than the cutting disc.

As a further improvement of the invention, the driving device comprises a driving motor and a rotating shaft, the driving motor is fixedly arranged in the frame, the rotating shaft is arranged in the frame, the top of the rotating shaft penetrates through the frame and the peeling bin and extends into the peeling cavity, and the cutting disc is sleeved on the rotating shaft.

As a further improvement of the invention, the frame is composed of a plurality of hollow pipes which are mutually communicated, a cleaning chamber is arranged in the frame, a water outlet pipe communicated with the hollow pipes is arranged at the side part of the cleaning chamber, a water inlet pipe is arranged at the outer side of one of the hollow pipes, and the water inlet pipe is communicated with an external water supply source.

Based on the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the blades are arranged in the groove bodies formed in the cutting disc, and the groove bodies are distributed in an annular array along the center of the cutting disc, so that the peeling uniformity of the cutting disc for fruits and vegetables is improved.

2. The connecting rod is driven to rotate in a mode of driving the connecting rod to rotate through the expansion of the first air pressure rod, so that the guide plate is driven to rotate, after peeling is finished, the guide plate can stretch into the peeling cavity under the expansion effect of the first air pressure rod to block rotating fruits and vegetables, the fruits and vegetables are guided to the discharge chute to be discharged, and the guide plate is attached to the cavity wall of the peeling cavity when not in use and does not block the fruits and vegetables from rotating on the cutting disc to peel.

3. Detailed Description

The invention relates to a knife type peeling machine which is described by combining the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the knife type peeling machine comprises a frame 1, wherein a peeling chamber 2 is arranged at the top of the frame 1, a peeling cavity 21 is formed in the peeling chamber 2, a feed chute 3 and a spray device 6 which are communicated with the peeling cavity 21 are arranged at the top of the peeling chamber 2, a discharge chute 4 communicated with the peeling cavity 21 is arranged at the side part of the peeling chamber 2, and a waste chute 11 communicated with the peeling cavity 21 is arranged at one side of the frame 1 opposite to the discharge chute 4.

The top of the peeling bin 2 is provided with a rotatable cover body 23, and the feed chute 3 is arranged on the cover body 23 and communicated with the peeling cavity 21.

Furthermore, a pull ring 233 is provided on the cover body 23, and the pull ring 233 is used for holding and rotating the cover body 23 to open or close the peeling cavity 21.

Furthermore, a connecting block 231 is arranged at one end of the cover body 23 opposite to the pull ring 233, a supporting frame 12 is arranged at the end of the frame 1, a rotatable connecting shaft 13 is arranged on the supporting frame 12, and the connecting block 231 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 13, so that the cover body 23 rotates by taking the connecting shaft 13 as an axis.

Specifically, both ends of the rotating shaft 13 are rotatably inserted into bearings 121 located at both sides of the supporting frame 12.

Furthermore, at least one side of the peeling bin 2 is provided with a second pneumatic rod 232, one end of the second pneumatic rod 232 is rotatably arranged on the side of the cover body 23, the other end of the second pneumatic rod 232 is rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the peeling bin 2, and the cover body 23 is driven to rotate by the extension and retraction of the second pneumatic rod 232.

Specifically, a first mounting block 234 is disposed on a side portion of the cover 23, a second mounting block 25 is disposed on an outer wall of the peeling bin 2, and two ends of the second pneumatic rod 232 are rotatably connected to the first mounting block 234 and the second mounting block 25 by a rotatable pin or a rotatable screw.

Of course, the present embodiment may also adopt other manners to connect the second pneumatic rod 232, and the structure of the cover 23 that opens or closes the peeling cavity 21 under the telescopic action of the second pneumatic rod 232 may be used, and is not limited to the technical solution described in the present embodiment.

Further, a sensor 122 is disposed on the supporting frame 12, and the sensor 122 is configured to detect a state of the cover 23 and determine whether the cover 23 is opened.

Specifically, the sensor 122 may be a photoelectric sensor, an infrared sensor, a distance sensor, or the like, as long as it can detect a change in the position of the cover 23 and obtain that the cover is in the open state.

The spraying device 6 is arranged on the cover body 23 and communicated with the peeling cavity 21.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the spray device 6 includes a water injection pipe 61, a water spray pipe 62 and a flushing pipe 63, the branch pipe 60 of the spray device 6 is connected to an external water supply source by way of a plastic pipe or a hose to supply water to the water injection pipe 61, the water spray pipe 62 and the flushing pipe 63, and the water injection pipe 61, the water spray pipe 62 and the flushing pipe 63 are inserted into the peeling cavity 21 through the cover 23.

The water injection pipe 61, the water spray pipe 62, and the flushing pipe 63 are provided with control valves for controlling opening and closing.

Further, the water injection pipe 61 is arranged at the center of the cover 23, and injects a large amount of water for cleaning the fruits and vegetables in the peeling cavity 21, so that the peels of the fruits and vegetables and impurities for cleaning the fruits and vegetables are removed from the peeling cavity 21 from the waste trough 11 under the driving of water flow.

Furthermore, the sprinkling pipe 62 is arranged on the side part of the water injection pipe 61 and is connected with a sprinkling pipe 64, the position and the length of the sprinkling pipe 64 correspond to those of the blade 221, and the sprinkling pipe 64 is correspondingly arranged, so that the instant washing is more efficient when peeling is carried out, the sprinkling water can flow out of the blade groove instantly, and the cleaning effect is better. The spraying pipe 64 is provided with a plurality of spraying holes (not shown in the figure) for spraying and cleaning the fruits and vegetables in the peeling cavity 21.

Furthermore, the flushing pipe 63 is disposed at the other side of the water injection pipe 61, and is connected with a U-shaped pipe 65, and the U-shaped pipe 65 is disposed toward the top of the peeling cavity 21 and is used for flushing the cover 23.

Specifically, the cover 23 is provided with an observation tube 235 for observing the inside of the peeling cavity 21.

The peeling cavity 21 is internally provided with a cutting disc 22 for cutting and peeling fruits and vegetables, and the cutting disc 22 is provided with a plurality of blades 221 annularly distributed around the center thereof.

Further, a driving device 7 in transmission connection with the cutting disc 22 is arranged in the frame 1.

Specifically, the driving device 7 includes a driving motor 71 and a rotating shaft 72, the driving motor 71 is fixedly disposed in the frame 1, a motor shaft thereof is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft 72, the rotating shaft 72 is disposed in the frame 1, a top portion of the rotating shaft passes through a top portion of the frame 1 and a bottom portion of the peeling chamber 2 and extends into the peeling chamber 21, and the cutting disc 22 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 72.

Further, the driving motor 71 and the rotating shaft 72 are in transmission connection through a belt structure, a coupling or gear engagement.

Of course, the method for driving the cutting disc 22 to rotate is not limited to the method for driving the driving motor 71 and the rotating shaft 72 described in the present embodiment, and a method for directly sleeving the cutting disc 22 on the motor shaft of the driving motor may be adopted as long as the cutting disc 22 is driven to rotate.

Further, the rotating shaft 72 is sleeved with a first connecting disc 721 and a second connecting disc 722, the first connecting disc 721 is screwed with the top of the frame 1, and the second connecting disc 722 is screwed with the cutting disc 22.

The machine frame 1 is composed of a plurality of hollow pipes which are communicated with each other, and a cleaning chamber 14 is arranged in the machine frame 1 and used for further cleaning vegetables and fruits (such as potatoes) which are peeled and have poor cleaning effect by a user manually after being taken out from the peeling bin 2. The lateral part of purge chamber 14 is equipped with the intercommunication the outlet pipe 15 of hollow tubular product, be equipped with control valve body control switching on the outlet pipe 15, on the outside of one of them hollow tubular product with be equipped with the inlet tube 16 of intercommunication outside water supply source, so greatly simplified the structure of organism, need not additionally to set up the purge chamber inlet tube.

Wherein, a water storage tank 17 is arranged in the frame 1 and is used for storing water for standby.

As shown in fig. 8, the cutting disc 22 is provided with a plurality of grooves 222 annularly distributed around the center of the cutting disc 22, the blade 221 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cutting disc 22, and the end portion of the blade is inserted into the groove 222, extends out of the groove 222, and is located above the cutting disc 22.

Further, the slots 222 are distributed in an annular array around the center of the cutting disc 22.

As shown in fig. 6-7, a guiding plate 5 is disposed in the discharging chute 4, the guiding plate 5 can rotatably extend into the peeling cavity 21, when the guiding plate 5 rotates towards the peeling cavity 21, the discharging chute 4 is communicated with the peeling cavity 21, and when the guiding plate 5 rotates towards the discharging chute 4, the discharging chute 4 is isolated from the peeling cavity 21.

Specifically, a first air pressure rod 53 is arranged at the top of the discharge chute 4, a connecting rod 52 is connected to an end of the first air pressure rod 53, a connecting rod 51 is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 52, and the connecting rod 51 is fixedly arranged on the guide plate 5 and faces to one side of the discharge chute 4.

When the first air pressure rod 53 is in a contracted state, the guide plate 51 is attached to the wall of the peeling cavity 21, so that peeling of fruits and vegetables in the peeling cavity 21 is not hindered;

when the first air pressure rod 53 is in an extending state, the guide plate 51 rotates to extend into the peeling cavity 21, so that fruits and vegetables are blocked and guided to the discharge chute 4 to be discharged.

Wherein, the top of the discharging chute 4 is provided with a protective sleeve 41, and the first air pressure rod 53 and the connecting rod 52 are arranged in the protective sleeve 41.

When the peeling machine of the present embodiment is applied to a production line, as shown in fig. 9, a feeding device 101 may be provided at the position of the feeding chute 3 for automatic feeding of the peeling machine.

And a material receiving device 102 for receiving and collecting peeled fruits and vegetables is arranged at the position of the side part of the discharge chute 4.

The waste collecting device 103 at the side position of the waste tank 11 is used for collecting fruit and vegetable peels and impurities in the peeling process.

The knife-type peeling machine has the advantages of high peeling efficiency, good peeling effect and high peeling safety and stability, and effectively solves the problems that the traditional manual cutting peeling machine is low in peeling efficiency, is neither convenient nor sanitary, is easy to damage the surfaces of fruits and vegetables, and can even scratch hands of the fruits and vegetables due to improper operation in severe cases.

Variations and modifications to the above-described embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art, which fall within the scope and spirit of the above description. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
