Example 4:

a method for preparing a drug using the system for preparing an external drug for treating hemorrhoids of example 3, comprising the steps of:

s1: taking the raw materials according to the parts by weight, cleaning and naturally drying;

s2: inserting the cross plug 27 into the cross jack 28 of the central rotating rod 13, and rotating the fixing knob 14 to fix the cross plug 27;

s3: adding the medicinal materials of the component A into the preparation tank 1 from the feed inlet 2, and controlling the stirring motor 3 to work for powdering;

The decoction can be water or 65-75% ethanol, and in this embodiment, the decoction is preferably 75% ethanol.

In order to ensure the drug effect of the product and improve the product quality, the following experiments are carried out:

As can be seen from the above, in the preparation process, the crushing mesh number of the component A has a certain relationship with the drug effect of the ointment, wherein when the mesh number is crushed to 100-140 meshes, the drug effect is kept at a higher level, and the mesh number is controlled to be 100 meshes based on the comprehensive consideration of the drug effect, the production efficiency and the cost.
