The invention provides a cartridge cleaning machine, which is used for cleaning a cartridge of a transfer panel, during the process of cleaning the cartridge, the cartridge is sent to a cleaning mechanism 2 from a feed inlet of an installation cover 1 for cleaning, a first moving component 5 moves the cartridge to a cleaning area of a cleaning platform 21, then a spraying component 22 sprays cleaning liquid to the cartridge positioned in the cleaning area, during the process that the spraying component 22 sprays the cleaning liquid to the cartridge, the first moving component 5 drives the cartridge to rotate, so that the cleaning liquid can be sprayed to the cartridge in multiple angles and all directions to avoid a cleaning blind area in the cleaning process, after the spraying of the cleaning liquid is stopped, high-pressure gas is blown to the cartridge in the cleaning area again through a gas spraying component 23 to further clean the cartridge, then the cleaned cartridge is transferred to a drying mechanism 3 through the first moving component 5, the drying mechanism 3 moves the cleaned cartridge to the drying area through a second cartridge moving component 6, in order to comprehensively dry the cleaned cartridge, the second moving assembly 6 drives the cartridge to continuously rotate in the process that the drying assembly 32 sprays the high-temperature gas to the cleaned cartridge, so that the drying effect of the cleaned cartridge is ensured.

In order to better dry the cleaned cartridge, two sets of drying mechanisms 3 are arranged, as shown in fig. 1-4, the two sets of drying mechanisms 3 are sequentially arranged, and the cleaned cartridge is dried twice through the two sets of drying mechanisms 3 to achieve a better drying effect.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first moving assembly 5 comprises: a first driver 51, a first work plate 52, and a first roller conveyor 53; the first working plate 52 is movably arranged on the cleaning platform 21 and used for placing a cassette for cleaning; the first driver 51 is used for driving the first working plate 52 to horizontally rotate on the cleaning table 21; the first roller conveyor 53 is installed on the first working plate 52, and is used for driving the cartridge to move to the cleaning area and transferring the cartridge to the drying mechanism 3. The first working plate 52 is driven by the first driver 51 to rotate so as to drive the first roller conveyor 53 installed on the first working plate 52 to rotate simultaneously, so that in the process of cleaning the cartridge, the cartridge transferred to the first roller conveyor 53 rotates simultaneously with the first roller conveyor 53, and cleaning liquid or high-pressure gas can be sprayed to the cartridge in all directions, so that the cartridge can be cleaned completely.

As shown in fig. 2, the second moving assembly 6 includes: a second driver 61, a second work plate 62, and a second roller conveyor 63; the second working plate 62 is movably mounted on the receiving table 31 and used for placing a cassette for drying; the second driver 61 is used for driving the second working plate 62 to horizontally rotate on the bearing table 31; the second roller conveyor 63 is installed on the second working plate 62 and used for driving the cartridge to move to the drying area and sending the cartridge out from the discharge hole. The first roller conveyor 53 transfers the cleaned cartridge to the drying mechanism 3, the drying mechanism 3 moves the cleaned cartridge to the drying area through the second roller conveyor 63 in the second moving assembly 6, then the second driver 61 drives the second working plate 62 to rotate, so as to drive the second roller conveyor 63 mounted on the second working plate 62 and the cleaned cartridge thereon to rotate together with the second working plate 62, and at this time, the drying assembly 32 sprays high-temperature gas to the cleaned cartridge in the drying area to dry the cleaned cartridge.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, each of the spray assemblies 22 includes: a spray driver 221, a spray pipe 222, and a plurality of spray headers; the spraying pipe 222 is movably installed on the inner wall of the installation cover 1, the spraying pipe 222 is provided with a water inlet and a plurality of water outlets uniformly formed on the pipe wall of the spraying pipe 222 along the extension direction of the spraying pipe 222, the water inlet of the spraying pipe 222 is externally connected with a water supply device, and each water outlet of the spraying pipe 222 is provided with a spraying head for spraying cleaning liquid; the spray driver 221 is configured to drive the spray pipe 222 to rotate according to a first preset angle. The spray driver 221 drives the spray pipe 222 to rotate according to a first preset angle, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the water outlet of the spray pipe 222 can be more uniformly sprayed onto the cartridge of the cleaning area; after spray assembly 22 stopped to spray the washing liquid, gas jet assembly 23 was to card casket blowout high-pressure gas, gas jet assembly 23 includes: an air injection driver 231, an air delivery pipe 232 and a plurality of air injection heads; the gas pipe 232 is movably mounted on the inner wall of the mounting cover 1, the gas pipe 232 is provided with a gas inlet and a plurality of gas outlets which are uniformly arranged on the pipe wall of the gas pipe 232 along the extending direction of the gas pipe 232, the gas inlet of the gas pipe 232 is externally connected with a gas supply device, and each gas outlet of the gas pipe 232 is provided with a gas nozzle which is used for spraying high-pressure gas; the gas injection driver 231 is used for driving the gas transmission pipe 232 to rotate according to a second preset angle, and high-pressure gas sprayed out by a gas nozzle in the gas injection assembly 23 is used for further purging dirt on the surface of the cartridge, so that the cleanliness of the cartridge is improved.

In the process of drying the cleaned cassettes, each drying assembly 32 comprises: a drying driver 321, a drying air supply pipe 322, and a plurality of drying nozzles; the drying air supply pipe 322 is movably mounted on the inner wall of the mounting cover 1, the drying air supply pipe 322 is provided with a drying air inlet and a plurality of drying air outlets uniformly formed on the pipe wall of the drying air supply pipe 322 along the extension direction of the drying air supply pipe 322, the drying air inlet of the drying air supply pipe 322 is externally connected with a hot air blower, and each drying air outlet of the drying air supply pipe 322 is provided with a drying nozzle for spraying high-temperature gas; the drying driver 321 is configured to drive the drying air feeding pipe 322 to rotate according to a third preset angle. The drying blower 322 is driven by the drying driver 321 to rotate according to a third preset angle, so as to control the direction of the drying gas sent by the drying nozzle of the drying blower 322, thereby better drying the cleaned cassette.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-6, the cassette washer further comprises: go up unloading mechanism 7 includes: a base, a rotary driver 71, a third roller conveyor 73 and an L-shaped feeding and discharging table 72; the base is arranged on one side of the feed inlet of the mounting cover 1; the feeding and discharging table 72 is pivoted to the base and includes a first extending portion 721 and a second extending portion 722 that are vertically disposed, and the feeding and discharging table 72 can rotate around the pivoting position with the base; the third roller conveyor 73 is mounted on the inner side surface of the first extension part 721, and the inner side surface of the second extension part 722 is used for placing a cassette; the rotary driver 71 is mounted on the base and is used for driving the feeding and discharging table 72 to rotate around a pivot joint with the base so that the cassette placed on the inner side surface of the second extension part 722 can rotate and dump onto the third roller conveyor 73; the third roller conveyor 73 is used for conveying the cassettes from the feeding hole of the mounting cover 1 to the first moving assembly 5 of the cleaning mechanism 2. The loading and unloading platform 72 has a feeding state where the first extension portion 721 is parallel to the horizontal plane and a temporary discharging state where the second extension portion 722 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the rotary driver 71 can drive the loading and unloading platform 72 to rotate around the pivot joint with the base so that the loading and unloading platform 72 is switched between the feeding state and the temporary discharging state, in application, the rotary driver 71 drives the loading and unloading platform 72 to rotate to be in the temporary discharging state, a worker places a cassette on the second extension portion 722, then the rotary driver 71 drives the loading and unloading platform 72 to rotate around the pivot joint with the base, the loading and unloading platform 72 is switched from the temporary discharging state to the feeding state, in the process that the loading and unloading platform 72 is switched from the temporary discharging state to the feeding state, the cassette rotates together with the loading and unloading platform 72 and is dumped onto the third roller conveyor 73 on the first extension portion 721 from the feeding hole of the mounting cover 1, and then the first moving portion of the cleaning mechanism 2 is switched by the third roller conveyor 73 On the assembly 5.

In order to prevent the cassette from continuously rolling after being dumped onto the third roller conveyor 73 in the process of dumping the cassette onto the third roller conveyor 73 on the first extension portion 721 from the second extension portion 722, the loading and unloading mechanism 7 further comprises: and a limit hook 74 mounted on the second extension portion 722 of the loading and unloading table 72, wherein the limit hook 74 is used for limiting the rotation of the cassette in case of being dumped onto the third roller conveyor 73. In one embodiment, the cartridge cleaning machine further includes a limiting cylinder 75 installed on the second extension portion 722 of the loading and unloading platform 72, the limiting hook 72 is installed on a piston rod of the limiting cylinder 75, the piston rod of the limiting cylinder 75 moves to drive the limiting hook 72 to move, and when the cartridge is placed on the second extension portion 722, the piston rod of the limiting cylinder 75 moves to drive the limiting hook 72 to be embedded on the cartridge through the limiting hook 72 so that the cartridge is tightly attached to the contact surface of the second extension portion 722, so that the cartridge is limited by the limiting hook 72 to prevent further rolling when being dumped onto the third roller conveyor 73 on the first extension portion 721.

In order to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing out of the inlet of the mounting cover 1 or from being blown out of the outlet by high-temperature gas in the drying process to cause unnecessary damage in the cleaning process, specifically, the cartridge cleaning machine further comprises: a first shield plate 11 and a second shield plate 12; the first protection plate 11 can move between a closed position for closing the feed opening of the installation cover 1 and an open position for exposing the feed opening of the installation cover 1; the second shielding plate 12 is movable between a closed position closing the discharge opening of the mounting cover 1 and an open position exposing the discharge opening of the mounting cover 1.

After the drying of the cartridge is completed, the second moving component 6 of the drying mechanism 3 transfers the dried cartridge to the detecting mechanism 8, and the detecting mechanism 8 includes: a detection cover 81, a detection seat 82, a detection table 83, a detection rotary driver 84, a fourth roller conveyor 85, a detection baffle and a plurality of groups of detection sensors 86; the detection cover 81 is arranged on one side of the discharge hole of the mounting cover 1 and connected with the mounting cover 1, the detection cover 8 is provided with a detection inlet and a detection outlet, and the detection inlet is communicated with the discharge hole of the mounting cover 1 under the condition that the second protection plate is in an open position; the detection flap is movable between a closed position closing the detection outlet and an open position exposing the detection outlet; the detection seat 82 is installed in the detection cover 81, the detection table 83 is movably installed on the detection seat 82, and the detection table 83 is provided with a detection area; the detection rotary driver 84 is used for driving the detection table 83 to rotate; the fourth roller conveyor 85 is mounted on the inspection table 83, and is used for transferring the cartridge sent out from the discharge port of the mounting cover 1 to the inspection area and sending the inspected cartridge out from the inspection outlet of the inspection cover 81; the detection sensor 86 is installed on the inner wall of the detection cover 81, and is used for detecting the cleanliness of the cassette transferred to the detection area. The fourth roller conveyor 85 of the detection mechanism 8 moves the dried cassette to the detection area, the cleanliness of the cassette is detected by the detection sensor 86, a worker determines whether the cassette is qualified according to the detection result, and the detected cassette is sent out from the detection outlet of the detection cover 81.

In one embodiment, the detection cover 81 and the mounting cover 1 may be integrally formed.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, in order to facilitate the blanking, a set of loading and unloading mechanisms 7 is provided at the detection outlet of the detection cover 81, and the cassette after the detection sent out from the detection outlet of the detection cover 81 is received by the loading and unloading mechanisms 7.

The invention provides a cartridge cleaning machine, which is characterized in that an installation cover is divided into a cleaning working area and a drying working area by a partition plate, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning working area, a cleaning table of the cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning working area, a first moving component of the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the cleaning table, the first moving component can horizontally rotate on the cleaning table and can move a cartridge fed from a feed port of the installation cover to the cleaning area, cleaning liquid is sprayed to the cartridge positioned in the cleaning area by a spraying component arranged on the inner wall of the installation cover to clean the cartridge, then high-pressure gas is sprayed to the cartridge again by a gas spraying component after the spraying of the cleaning liquid is stopped, stubborn stains on the surface of the cartridge are swept by the high-pressure gas, the cartridge is driven to rotate together by the rotation of the first moving component in the process of spraying the cleaning liquid or the high-pressure gas to the cartridge, so that the sprayed cleaning liquid and the sprayed high-pressure gas can take care of each part of the cartridge, the cleaning blind area is avoided, after cleaning of the cartridge is completed, the first moving assembly transfers the cartridge to a drying structure of a drying working area, the drying mechanism moves the cleaned cartridge to the drying area through the second moving assembly, high-temperature gas is sprayed to the cleaned cartridge through the drying assembly arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cover to dry the cleaned cartridge, and in the drying process, the second moving assembly rotates on the bearing table to drive the cleaned cartridge to rotate, so that the high-temperature gas can dry the cleaned cartridge in an all-dimensional mode, and the dried cartridge is conveyed out from a discharge port of the mounting cover through the second moving assembly, so that cleaning and drying of the cartridge are completed.

According to the cartridge cleaning machine provided by the invention, in the cleaning process, the rotation of the first moving component on the cleaning platform drives the cartridge on the first moving component to rotate simultaneously, so that the sprayed cleaning liquid can be sprayed onto the cartridge in multiple directions in the cleaning process, a cleaning blind area is avoided in the cleaning process, and the problem that the cleaning effect of cartridge cleaning equipment in the prior art is not ideal is solved.
