Further, the rear end of the bending unit E is provided with a welding unit F for welding a splicing seam A3 at the bending position of the L-shaped product component A; the welding unit F comprises two industrial robots F1 and a mounting frame F2, wherein a longitudinal moving shaft F3 is horizontally arranged on the mounting frame F2 in the length direction, two transverse moving shafts F4 capable of moving in the length direction of a longitudinal moving shaft F3 are arranged on the longitudinal moving shaft F3, a mechanical arm F5 extending downwards is arranged on each transverse moving shaft F4, a bedplate F6 and a clamp plate F7 perpendicular to the bedplate F6 are arranged at the lower end of the mechanical arm F5, clamp plates F7 of the two mechanical arms F5 are oppositely arranged, a fifth driving device F8 is arranged to control the movement of the transverse moving shaft F4, a sixth driving device F9 is arranged to control the movement of the mechanical arm F5 on the transverse moving shaft F4, one industrial robot F1 is used for picking up and placing an L-shaped product component A on the bedplate F6, and the other industrial robot F1 is used for operating and welding a welding gun 3 at the bent L-shaped product component A. A press plate F10 which can move up and down on a mechanical arm F5 is arranged right above the platen F6, and a seventh driving device F11 is arranged to control the press plate F10 to move up and down. The platen F10 of the single robot arm F5 may interact with the platen F6 to position and secure the L-shaped product pieces a.

Since the welding unit F is welded by an industrial robot, the unit can be adapted not only to the welding of the split joint a3 but also to assembly welding or general welding of other parts by adjustment of a system program.

Furthermore, a spraying unit G for spraying the L-shaped product component A is arranged at the rear end of the welding unit F; the spraying unit G comprises a box G1 with unclosed front and rear ends, the longitudinal moving shaft F3 extends into the box G1, first paint spraying devices G2 capable of moving up and down are arranged on two sides in the box G1, and second paint spraying devices G3 capable of moving back and forth in the length direction are arranged on the bottom side of the box G1. A conveyor G4 is provided below the second paint spraying apparatus and is conveyed along the longitudinal direction of the box G1. Then, the robot arm F5 can be moved up and down telescopically, and the telescopic hydraulic telescopic cylinder F12 controls. The robot arm F5, which is telescopically movable up and down, can achieve the purpose of lightly placing the sprayed L-shaped product components a on the conveyor G4 and conveying them outwards. Meanwhile, the conveyor G4 can also be used for placing small pieces during spraying, so that the small pieces are flatly laid on the conveyor G4 for spraying.

During operation, the L-shaped product component A can be placed on the bedplate F6 through the industrial robot, then the movable transverse shaft F4 enables the two clamping plates F7 to be close to each other to position the L-shaped product component A, and automatic welding is carried out through the industrial robot after the L-shaped product component A is positioned. Based on the above scheme, the L-shaped product component a can be held by the robot arm F5 into the magazine G1 and sprayed by the first paint spraying device G2 and the second paint spraying device G3 in cooperation with each other to spray the L-shaped product component a.
