The working principle is as follows:

after the device is installed, workers install conveying platforms at the front end and the rear end of the box body 1, and the conveying platforms are used for containing aluminum alloy plates;

when the surface of the aluminum alloy plate needs to be polished, a worker places the aluminum alloy plate on the conveying platform through the crown block and adjusts the position, the worker starts to adjust the positions of the two adjusting nuts 19 through the wrench according to the thickness of the aluminum alloy plate, so that the adjusting platform 17 is adjusted in height, the height of the metal polishing abrasive belt 36 is adjusted to a proper position, after the metal polishing abrasive belt 36 is adjusted to a proper position, the worker rotates the adjusting nuts 19 above the adjusting platform 17 to fix the adjusting platform 17 through the two adjusting nuts 19, so that the adjusting work is completed, the worker starts to work through the control device of the control switch 2, and the circulating water pump 11, the polishing motor 28 and the driving motor 45 start to work after being electrified;

the operation of the circulating water pump 11, make the circulating water pump 11 begin to extract the cooling water 7 from the holding water tank 5 through the suction pipe 12, and through the operation of the circulating water pump 11, make the cooling water 7 enter into the water supply pipe 13, then pour into the cooling water tank 6, thus make the water level in the cooling water tank 6 rise, and when the water level in the cooling water tank 6 is higher than the square annular cushion mount pad 9, some cooling water 7 is discharged outside the cooling water tank 6 through the sponge 10 that permeates water at this moment, and shelter from through the sponge 10 that permeates water, make the cooling water 7 discharged outside the cooling water tank 6 flow back to holding the water tank 5 again along the external wall of the cooling water tank 6, and when the liquid level of the cooling water 7 is higher than the sponge 10 that permeates water, the cooling water 7 overflows from the cooling water tank 6 directly, thus flow back to holding water tank 5, make the cooling water 7 circulate;

the polishing motor 12 is operated to make the polishing motor 12 drive the driving gear 29 to start rotating, and drive the driven gear 37 to start rotating through the transmission of the driving chain 30, make the driven gear 27 drive one of the polishing rotating shafts 21 to rotate, and the rotation of the polishing rotating shaft 21 drive the synchronous gear 25 to rotate, and through the transmission of the synchronous chain 26, make the synchronous gear 25 on the other polishing rotating shaft 21 start rotating synchronously and drive the other polishing rotating shaft 21 to start rotating, so that the two polishing rotating shafts 21 start rotating synchronously, and the rotation of the polishing rotating shaft 21 drives the transmission gear 24 to start rotating, and through the transmission of the transmission chain 38, make the polishing gear 37 drive the polishing wheel rotating shaft 34 at the position of the driving polishing wheel 32 to start rotating, and make the polishing wheel rotating shaft 34 drive the driving polishing wheel 32 to start rotating, and the rotation of the driving polishing wheel 32 drives the metal polishing abrasive belt 36 to start rotating, thereby causing the metal polishing belt 36 to cyclically rotate on the driving polishing wheel 32 and the driven polishing wheel 33;

along with the movement of the aluminum alloy plate between the two rubber coating rollers 39, the work of the driving motor 45 drives the rubber coating rollers 38 to continuously and slowly rotate, so that the aluminum alloy plate is slowly moved to the upper surface of the box body 1 at a constant speed, when the aluminum alloy plate is contacted with the upper surface of the box body 1, the aluminum alloy plate is extruded to the wear-resistant cushion 3, the aluminum alloy plate is moved on the wear-resistant cushion 3, the lower surface of the aluminum alloy plate is preliminarily wiped through the wear-resistant cushion 3, then the aluminum alloy plate is moved to the position above the cooling port 4 and gradually covered on the cooling water tank 6, the water-permeable sponge 10 is extruded, meanwhile, in the movement process of the aluminum alloy plate, the redundant cooling water 7 above the cooling water tank 6 is pushed out, the cooling water 7 flows back to the water containing tank 5, when the aluminum alloy plate is completely covered on the cooling port 4, the upper surface of the aluminum alloy plate is gradually contacted with the metal polishing abrasive belt 36 at the front end of the box body 1, polishing the upper surface of the aluminum alloy plate along with the high-speed rotation of the metal polishing abrasive belt 36, wherein the aluminum alloy plate is contacted with the metal polishing abrasive belt 36 at the rear end of the box body 1 along with the continuous movement of the aluminum alloy plate, and the upper surface of the aluminum alloy plate is polished again along with the high-speed rotation of the metal polishing abrasive belt 36, and the upper surface of the aluminum alloy plate is completely polished due to the staggered positions of the two polishing treatments;

when the aluminum alloy plate completely covers the cooling opening 4, the aluminum alloy plate is in contact with the wear-resistant cushion 3 at the rear end of the upper surface of the box body 1, cooling water 7 attached to the lower surface of the aluminum alloy plate is simply cleaned through the wear-resistant cushion 3, then the aluminum alloy plate gradually moves between the two rubber coating rollers 39 at the rear end of the box body 1 along with the continuous movement of the aluminum alloy plate, and the rotation of the rubber coating rollers 39 at the front end and the rear end drives the aluminum alloy plate to move;

in the moving process of the aluminum alloy plate, the metal polishing abrasive belts 36 which are distributed in a staggered mode gradually polish the upper surface of the aluminum alloy plate through high-speed rotation, the temperature of the aluminum alloy plate is increased due to friction between the metal polishing abrasive belts 46 and the aluminum alloy plate, meanwhile, the water permeability of the water permeable sponge 10 is reduced due to the fact that the aluminum alloy plate extrudes the water permeable sponge 10, the water permeable sponge 10 can still permeate water, the cooling water 7 is continuously injected into the cooling water tank 6 through the work of the circulating water pump 11, the cooling water 7 in the cooling water tank 6 is contacted with the lower surface of the aluminum alloy plate, and therefore the cooling work is carried out on the aluminum alloy plate, and the temperature of the aluminum alloy plate is kept normal;

after the aluminum alloy plate with the polished upper surface is polished, the aluminum alloy plate is removed from the box body 1 and then gradually moved to a conveying platform at the rear end of the box body 1, when the upper surface of the whole aluminum alloy plate is polished and completely moved out of the box body 1, an operator moves the aluminum alloy plate back to the conveying platform at the front end of the box body 1 again through a crown block and turns over the aluminum alloy plate to enable the lower surface of the aluminum alloy plate to face upwards, and the operator can manually push the aluminum alloy plate and polish the aluminum alloy plate again according to the operation to polish the lower surface of the aluminum alloy plate;

in the polishing process of the aluminum alloy plate, the aluminum alloy plate slides on the upper surface of the box body 1, so that the upper surface of the box body 1 can be prevented from directly contacting the aluminum alloy plate through the wear-resistant cushion 3, and the aluminum alloy plate is prevented from being scratched again after being polished to influence the polishing effect of the device; meanwhile, after one surface of the aluminum alloy plate is polished, the worker can clean the wear-resistant cushion 3 manually between the polishing of the other surface, and the aluminum alloy plate is prevented from being scratched by chips attached to the wear-resistant cushion 3.

In this device, through the continuous circulation of cooling water 7, can cool down the cooling to aluminum alloy plate material on the one hand, on the other hand cooling water 7 need not to be changed, can avoid the waste of water resource, simultaneously because cooling water 7 contains aluminum alloy powder, the staff can change cooling water 7 after the device work longer time to handle cooling water 7, avoid cooling water 7 direct discharge and cause the pollution.

In this device, the use of the permeable sponge 10 can simply shield the cooling water 7, so that the liquid level of the cooling water 7 in the cooling water tank 6 can contact with the aluminum alloy plate, and on the other hand, the cooling water 7 can flow out through the permeability of the permeable sponge 10, thereby ensuring the circulation of the cooling water 7.
