An automatic collection method of dried blood spot paper comprises the following steps:

s1: placing the dried blood spot paper 20 on a punching table 22, and starting a master controller;

s2: collecting and recording two-dimensional code information on the dried blood spot paper 20 by a code scanning gun;

s3: the static removing device 3 discharges air in the areas of the punch 21 and the punching table 22 through the ion air outlet 311, and static charges in the areas of the punch 21 and the punching table 22 are removed;

s4: the laser emitter 51 starts a laser beam, the laser beam irradiates on a blood spot area of the dry blood spot paper 20, and whether the blood spot corresponds to the position of a dry blood spot hole 221 is judged by whether the blood spot on the dry blood spot paper 20 is matched with the irradiation position, namely, the punching position is appointed;

s5: the XY-axis moving mechanism 41 drives the collectors to move to the positions below the dry blood spot holes 221, so that the falling positions of the dry blood spot pieces are aligned to the corresponding collectors;

s6: starting the automatic punching device 2, as shown in fig. 15, punching the blood spot area on the dried blood spot paper 20 downwards vertically by the punch 21, wherein the punch 21 penetrates into the dried blood spot hole 221, the punch 21 and the dried blood spot hole 221 are cut in half to obtain a dried blood spot sheet, and the T-shaped ejector rod 101 which is compressed all the time impacts the dried blood spot sheet;

s7: the blanking device 6 blows the dried blood spot sheet and the punch 21 in the dried blood spot hole 221, so that the dried blood spot sheet and the punch 21 are separated, and the dried blood spot sheet accurately falls into the corresponding collector 4;

s8: the camera 81 acquires the image condition of the dry blood spot falling into the collector 4 in real time and reflects the image condition on the display 82;

s9: after the blanking is finished, the XY-axis moving mechanism 41 moves to drive the collector 4 to eject out the cabin door 13, dry plaque pieces are collected, finally, the collector 4 returns to the cabin 12, and the cabin door 13 is automatically closed.
