The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the production speed is high. Referring to FIGS. 1-3: a punching and forming machine for bamboo chips comprises a rack 1, a guide device 2, a push rod 3, a trough 4 and a power mechanism, wherein a first connecting rod 5, a second connecting rod 6 and a third connecting rod 7 are arranged on the rack 1, one end of the guide device 2 is connected with the push rod 3, the other end of the guide device is connected with a first reciprocating wheel 43 through the second connecting rod 6 and the third connecting rod 7, and a feeding device, a punching device and a forming device are sequentially arranged on the trough;

the feeding device comprises a material box 8, a rotating shaft 9 is arranged at the middle lower part of the front side of the material box 8, a fourth belt pulley 47 is arranged at one side of the rotating shaft 9, the fourth belt pulley 47 is connected with a third belt pulley 49 through a second belt 48, the third belt pulley 49 is driven by a second motor 50, a plurality of rotating rollers 10 are arranged on the rotating shaft 9, a slide rail 11 is arranged below the rotating shaft 9, and the front end of the slide rail 11 is connected with a material groove 4;

The power mechanism comprises a first motor 40, a first belt pulley 41 and a first belt 42 which are arranged in the frame 1, wherein the first belt pulley 41 is connected with a first reciprocating wheel 43 through the first belt 42.

The first forming cutter 71 is composed of a first grooving cutter 711, a second grooving cutter 712, a third grooving cutter 713, a fourth grooving cutter 714, and a fifth grooving cutter 715.

The widths of the first groove knife 711, the second groove knife 712, the third groove knife 713, the fourth groove knife 714 and the fifth groove knife 715 are respectively 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm, 3.5 cm, 2.5 cm and 1.5 cm.

The second forming cutter 72 is composed of a sixth slot cutter 721, a seventh slot cutter 722, an eighth slot cutter 723, a ninth slot cutter 724, and a tenth slot cutter 725.

The widths of the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth slot knives 721, 722, 723, 724, 725 are 1.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 3.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 1.5 cm, respectively.
