2. The method of claim 1, wherein the expanded beads are Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Expanded Polyethylene (EPE), polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) paste resin powder, or micro-expanded polypropylene (EPP).

3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the float casing is made of PP, PVC, PE, or PET.

4. The float processing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hot steam temperature in step (2) is 120-.

5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water bath cooling water temperature is less than 50 ℃ for 20-120 seconds.

6. The buoy processing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air-filled tube is inserted into the buoy housing, the foamed particles are distributed around the air-filled tube, and the hot steam does not directly act on the buoy housing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a buoy processing method.

Background

At present, in aquaculture, a culture net box is generally required to be supported by a buoy. People hope that the floating ball has large buoyancy and long service life, and the swing and shaking amplitude of the part under the sea surface is small, so that the floating ball structure is continuously improved by the technical personnel in the field to obtain good use effect. The floating ball developed by the inventor, namely the novel floating ball in the Chinese patent CN207400181U, the light foaming body filled in the floating body is used as an inner core, so that the floating body can be effectively prevented from sinking caused by seawater infiltration when the floating body cracks, tears or is broken. However, when the light foam filling type buoy is manufactured by using the existing processing method, the buoy shell is heated too high in the foaming process of the filler, so that the buoy can be shrunk and damaged, the buoy quality is influenced, the processing efficiency is low, the processing cost is high, and the popularization and the utilization of products are not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provide a float processing method with low processing cost and high efficiency.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a float processing method comprises the following steps:

(1) filling a floating shell, and placing foaming particles in the floating shell; the foaming particles are polystyrene foam EPS, polyethylene foam EPE, polyvinyl chloride paste resin powder EPVC and micro-foaming polypropylene EPP. The floating shell is made of polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene PE and polyethylene terephthalate PET.

(2) Foaming by hot steam, namely placing the floating shell filled with the foaming particles in water, inserting an inflation tube into the floating shell from the opening of the floating shell, and inflating the hot steam for foaming; the temperature of the hot steam is 120-200 ℃, and the aeration time is 10-60 s. Preferably, the inflation tube is inserted into the floating shell, the foaming particles are distributed around the inflation tube, and the hot steam does not directly act on the floating shell.

(3) Cooling in water bath, namely removing the inflation tube from the floating shell, keeping the floating shell in the water bath, and continuously foaming the foaming particles foamed by the hot steam under the condition of cooling in the water bath; the water temperature of the water bath is lower than 50 ℃ and the time is 20-120 seconds.

(4) The foamed buoyant hull was removed from the water bath apparatus.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the buoy is placed in a water bath environment in the foaming process, the temperature of the buoy shell cannot rise suddenly, and the influence on the buoy quality caused by the shrinkage and the breakage of the shell in the foaming and heating process is avoided. Meanwhile, by adopting the processing technology, the heat source directly acts on the foaming particles, the foaming efficiency is high, the influence of the heat source on the floating shell is reduced by water bath cooling, the requirement on the material of the floating shell is relatively low, and the production cost is reduced.

Detailed Description

To better illustrate the invention and to facilitate the understanding of the technical solutions thereof, typical but non-limiting examples of the invention are as follows:

example 1

The float processing method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(1) filling a floating shell, and placing foaming particles in the floating shell; the foaming particles are polystyrene foaming EPS, polyethylene foaming EPE, polyvinyl chloride paste resin powder EPVC and micro-foaming polypropylene EPP. The floating shell is made of polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene PE and polyethylene terephthalate PET.

(2) Foaming by hot steam, namely placing the floating shell filled with foaming particles in water, inserting an inflation tube into the floating shell from the opening of the floating shell, inflating the hot steam for foaming, inserting the inflation tube into the floating shell, distributing the foaming particles around the inflation tube, and not directly acting the hot steam on the floating shell; the temperature of the hot steam is 200 ℃, and the aeration time is 10 s.

(3) Cooling in water bath, namely removing the inflation tube from the floating shell, keeping the floating shell in the water bath, and continuously foaming the foaming particles foamed by the hot steam under the condition of cooling in the water bath; the water temperature of the water bath is lower than 50 ℃ and the time is 40 seconds.

(4) The foamed buoyant hull was removed from the water bath apparatus.

The processed buoy is inspected, the filling in the shell is solid and integrated, and the buoy shell has no cracks, shrinkage and deformation.

Example 2

The float processing method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(1) filling a floating shell, and placing foaming particles in the floating shell; the foaming particles are polystyrene foaming EPS, polyethylene foaming EPE, polyvinyl chloride paste resin powder EPVC and micro-foaming polypropylene EPP. The floating shell is made of polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene PE and polyethylene terephthalate PET.

(2) Foaming by hot steam, namely placing the floating shell filled with foaming particles in water, inserting an inflation tube into the floating shell from the opening of the floating shell, inflating the hot steam for foaming, inserting the inflation tube into the floating shell, distributing the foaming particles around the inflation tube, and not directly acting the hot steam on the floating shell; the temperature of the hot steam is 120 ℃, and the aeration time is 60 s.

(3) Cooling in water bath, namely removing the inflation tube from the floating shell, keeping the floating shell in the water bath, and continuously foaming the foaming particles foamed by the hot steam under the condition of cooling in the water bath; the water temperature of the water bath is lower than 50 ℃ and the time is 20-120 seconds.

(4) The foamed buoyant hull was removed from the water bath apparatus.

The processed buoy is inspected, the filling in the shell is solid and integrated, and the buoy shell has no cracks, shrinkage and deformation.

Example 3

The float processing method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(2) Foaming by hot steam, namely placing the floating shell filled with foaming particles in water, inserting an inflation tube into the floating shell from the opening of the floating shell, inflating the hot steam for foaming, inserting the inflation tube into the floating shell, distributing the foaming particles around the inflation tube, and not directly acting the hot steam on the floating shell; the temperature of the hot steam is 150 ℃, and the aeration time is 30 s.

(3) Cooling in water bath, namely removing the inflation tube from the floating shell, keeping the floating shell in the water bath, and continuously foaming the foaming particles foamed by the hot steam under the condition of cooling in the water bath; the water temperature of the water bath is lower than 50 ℃ and the time is 20-120 seconds.

(4) The foamed buoyant hull was removed from the water bath apparatus.

The processed buoy is inspected, the filling in the shell is solid and integrated, and the buoy shell has no cracks, shrinkage and deformation.

The invention improves the production process of the buoy, hot steam is directly introduced into the buoy shell filled with the foaming particles and directly acts on the foaming particles, so that the foaming speed is high, meanwhile, the temperature of the shell is reduced through water bath, the influence of high temperature on the buoy shell is avoided to be small, the material of the buoy shell does not need to adopt high-cost high-temperature resistant materials, the requirement of the processing process can be met only by resisting the temperature of 120-200 ℃, and the production and processing cost of the buoy is greatly reduced. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any technical solutions formed by equivalent substitutions fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
