The pallet is important equipment in the loading, unloading and transporting process of logistics operation, and is matched with a forklift to enable logistics transportation to be simple and mechanized. However, the pallet forking channel and the goods loading and unloading channel of the existing pallet are relatively independent and closed, so that in the goods loading process of enterprises such as cement, chemical fertilizer, grain and the like, the pallet is firstly transported to the position near a vehicle by a forklift, and then a bag of products is manually transported to the vehicle for delivery.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides the support frame and the pallet consisting of the support frame.

The accompanying drawings are preferred embodiments of the support frame and the tray formed by the support frame, and the invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the attached drawing 5, in the support frame, an arc concave surface 1011 is concavely arranged in the middle of the top surface 101 of the support frame 1, a groove 104 is arranged on one side of the support frame 1, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side surface of the groove 104 are arc surfaces, and the arc surfaces are matched with the cylindrical forklift teeth of a forklift.

The side of the support frame 1 opposite to the groove 104 is an inclined plane 103, and the inclined plane 103 is matched with a reinforcing rib in the support frame 1, so that the strength of the support frame 1 can be improved, and the load of the support frame 1 is increased.

The bottom frame is contacted with the bottom surface of the positioning edge 201 and the side surface of the side frame 2. That is, one end of the bottom frame is against the side surface of the side frame 2, and the upper end surface of the bottom frame is in contact with the lower end surface of the positioning edge 201. The side frame 2 with the positioning edge 201 can facilitate positioning and installation of the bottom frame, and can reduce thermal deformation of the bottom frame and the side frame 2 caused by welding.

The underframe comprises a plurality of middle underframe 3 and side underframe 4 at two sides of the middle underframe 3. As shown in fig. 7, the middle chassis 3 includes a rectangular frame and first reinforcing edges 301 respectively disposed on two sides of the top surface of the frame, and the cross-sectional shape of the first reinforcing edges 301 is triangular.

As shown in fig. 8, the side chassis 4 comprises a rectangular frame, and a second reinforcing edge 401 is provided on the side of the top surface of the frame facing the middle chassis 3, and the cross-sectional shape of the second reinforcing edge 401 is triangular.

The first reinforcing edge 301 and the second reinforcing edge 401 are both triangular in cross-sectional shape, and use the principle of triangular stability to increase the load capacity of the middle chassis 3 and the side chassis 4.

The supporting frame 1, the side frame 2, the middle bottom frame 3 and the side bottom frames 4 are all formed in one step by adopting magnesium alloy or aluminum alloy extruded sections and can also be made of plastics or steel. In order to further increase the strength of the support frame 1, the side frames 2, the middle bottom frame 3 and the side bottom frames 4, reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the support frame 1, the side frames 2, the middle bottom frame 3 and the side bottom frames 4.

In this embodiment, the number of the support frames 1 is six, and one side frame 2, one middle bottom frame 3 and two side bottom frames 4 are adopted. In order to improve the connectivity of the six support frames 1, two fastening strips 6 are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle underframe 3 and fixedly connected with the support frames 1. The material of the fastening strips 6 is less than that of the middle chassis 3, so that the manufacturing cost of the pallet can be further reduced by replacing the redundant middle chassis 3 with the fastening strips 6 under the condition of not influencing the overall strength and the load capacity of the pallet.
