When the invention is used, the heat shrinkable film is wound by the winding roller 7, the outer movable plate 4 is moved to two sides of the fixed frame 1 by the driving mechanism after winding, so that the inserted rod 8 is drawn out of the winding roller 7, the supporting plate 12 is supported by the spring 24, the supporting plate 12 is retracted into the winding roller 7, the position of the outer movable plate 4 is detected by the grating 3, the outer movable plate 4 is close to the grating 3, then the other driving motor 11 is started, the inner movable plates 5 are driven to move, the winding roller 7 is separated after the two inner movable plates 5 simultaneously move to two sides, and the heat shrinkable film is peeled by the limiting plate 6, so that the loosened film wound on the winding roller 7 is separated from the winding roller 7 by the limiting plate 6, the effect of quick discharging is achieved, the inner movable plate 4 and the outer movable plate 4 are driven to reset for next winding after discharging, the winding and unwinding efficiency is improved, the manual operation during the decoiling is reduced.
