Meanwhile, the solar panel 1081 can be opened by adopting the foldable adjusting plate 108, the storage of the electric power of the device can be realized by absorbing the solar energy, the angle adjustment of the solar panel 1081 can be realized by matching the connecting rod 1027 and the electric push rod 1026, the electric energy can be converted to the maximum extent to provide sufficient electric power, the solar panel 1081 can be stored at the top of the box body 101 after the use is finished, the service life of the device can be prolonged, the maintenance risk can be reduced, the cover plate 1019 can be opened only by rotating the screw 1071 after the cleaning is finished, the collected dust can be conveniently removed, the subsequent use is convenient, the thrust generated by water flow can simultaneously rotate the electric impeller 1024 and the brush wheel 1025 when flowing along with a water source, the timely removal of the dust on the surface of the filter screen 1036 can be realized by the brush wheel 1025, the blockage problem caused by more dust can be avoided, and the continuous use of the device is convenient, can effectively clear up road surface dust simultaneously.
