In this embodiment, threaded holes 12 are formed in the upper end face and the lower end face of the U-shaped clamping block 11, a locking bolt is connected to the threaded holes 12 in an internal thread mode, and the end portion of the locking bolt abuts against the reinforcing cross beam 3, so that clamping between the U-shaped clamping block 11 and the reinforcing cross beam 3 is achieved.
