Detailed Description

Embodiments of an agent system, an agent server, a method for controlling an agent server, and a program according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. A smart agent device is a device that implements part or all of a smart agent system. Hereinafter, a smart device mounted on a vehicle and having one or more smart functions will be described as an example of the smart device. The vehicle is, for example, a two-wheel, three-wheel, four-wheel or the like vehicle, and the drive source thereof is an internal combustion engine such as a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, an electric motor, or a combination thereof. The electric motor operates using generated power generated by a generator connected to the internal combustion engine or discharge power of a secondary battery or a fuel cell. The agent function is, for example, a function of providing various information based on a request (command) included in a speech and/or a gesture of a user while interacting with the user of the vehicle, managing a schedule of the user, and mediating a network service. The smart function may have a function of controlling devices in the vehicle (for example, devices related to driving control and vehicle body control). The agent function may be a function that can be executed by changing the growth level (incubation level) of the agent.

The agent function is realized by using, for example, a voice recognition function (a function of converting voice into text) for recognizing voice of a user, a natural language processing function (a function of understanding a structure and a meaning of a text), a conversation management function, a network search function for searching other devices via a network or searching a predetermined database held by the device itself, and the like in a comprehensive manner. Some or all of these functions can be realized by ai (intellectual intelligence) technology. Further, a part of the configuration for performing these functions (particularly, the voice recognition function and the natural language processing and interpretation function) may be mounted on an agent server (external device) that can communicate with an in-vehicle communication device of a vehicle or a general-purpose communication device brought into the vehicle. In the following description, it is assumed that a part of the configuration is mounted on a smart server, and a smart system is realized by cooperation between a smart device and the smart server. A service providing agent (service/entity) that appears in a virtual manner by cooperating the agent device with the agent server is referred to as an agent. In addition, the appearance of "agent" may be read as "manager" instead as appropriate.

< integral Structure >

Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an agent system 1 including an agent device 100. The agent system 1 includes, for example, an agent device 100 mounted on a vehicle M1 associated with a user U1, a mobile terminal 200 associated with a user U1, a client server 300, and an agent server 400. The "correspondence relationship with the user U1" is, for example, the user U1 owns, the user U1 manages, or the user U1 is assigned.

The agent device 100 communicates with the mobile terminal 200, the customer server 300, the agent server 400, and the like via the network NW. The network NW includes, for example, a part or all of the internet, a cellular network, a Wi-Fi network, a wan (wide Area network), a lan (local Area network), a public line, a telephone line, a wireless base station, and the like. The network NW is connected to various web servers 500, and the agent device 100, the mobile terminal 200, the client server 300, and the agent server 400 can acquire web pages from the various web servers 500 via the network NW. An official website managed and operated by a specified sales business person may be included in the various web servers 500.

The agent device 100 has a conversation with the user U1, transmits a voice from the user U1 to the agent server 400, and provides response content based on a response obtained from the agent server 400 to the user U1 in the form of a voice output and an image display. Here, the smart device 100 may provide information using a display unit or a speaker unit mounted in the vehicle M1 when the user U1 is present in the vehicle, and may provide information to the portable terminal 200 of the user U1 when the user U1 is not present in the vehicle M1. In addition, the agent device 100 may perform control of the vehicle equipment 50 and the like based on a request from the user.

The portable terminal 200 is provided with an application program (hereinafter, referred to as an application) or the like by the operation of the user U1, the same function as that of the smart device 100. The mobile terminal 200 is a terminal device such as a smartphone or a tablet terminal.

The customer server 300 collects information of users (customers) managed by at least 1 sales shop management terminal (hereinafter referred to as a sales shop terminal) such as a dealer, and manages the information as customer history information. The sales stores include, for example, predetermined series of stores that sell predetermined products such as vehicles, in-vehicle devices, and items (items), and provide various services such as vehicle sharing and leaving cars. In addition, the sales outlets may include associated sales outlets of other sales operators that collaborate with a specified sales business. For example, when the sales company is a sales company of a vehicle or a vehicle-mounted device, the associated sales shop is, for example, a travel company, a vehicle inspection company, a service providing company other than a vehicle, or the like. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, two sales store terminals DT1 and DT2 will be used for explanation. Personal information of a store owner (user), a history of the store owner, a history of purchase of a product or service by the user, and other user-related information may be managed by the respective retail store terminals DT1 and DT 2. The sales store terminals DT1 and DT2 transmit the sales content and the user-related information sold to the user to the customer server 300 at a predetermined cycle or at a predetermined timing. The predetermined period refers to, for example, a daily period, a weekly period, or the like. The predetermined timing is, for example, a timing at which the user arrives at a store, a timing at which the user purchases a product or a service, a timing at which the user-related information is updated, or the like.

The customer server 300 collects the information transmitted from the sales store terminals DT1 and DT2, and manages the purchase data of the customer at the sales store terminals. The customer server 300 transmits the managed purchase data to the agent server 400 or the like.

The agent server 400 is, for example, a server operated by the provider of the agent system 1. The provider includes, for example, a vehicle manufacturer, a network service operator, an electronic commerce operator, a sales carrier of a portable terminal, and the like, and an arbitrary subject (a legal person, a group, an individual, and the like) may be a provider of an intelligent system.

[ vehicle ]

Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of the agent device 100 according to the embodiment and the devices mounted on the vehicle M1. The vehicle M1 includes, for example, one or more microphones 10, a display-operation device 20, a speaker unit 30, a navigation device 40, a vehicle device 50, an in-vehicle communication device 60, an occupant recognition device 80, and an intelligent device 100. In addition, a general-purpose communication device 70 such as a smartphone may be taken into the vehicle interior and used as a communication device. These devices are connected to each other via a multiplex communication line such as a can (controller Area network) communication line, a serial communication line, a wireless communication network, and the like. The configuration shown in fig. 2 is merely an example, and a part of the configuration may be omitted or another configuration may be added. The combination of the display-operation device 20 and the speaker unit 30 is an example of an "output unit" in the vehicle M1.

The microphone 10 is a sound input unit that collects sound emitted from the vehicle interior. The display-operation device 20 is a device (or a group of devices) that displays an image and can accept input operations. The display-operation device 20 includes, for example, a display device configured as a touch panel. The display and operation device 20 may further include a hud (head Up display) or a mechanical input device. The speaker unit 30 includes, for example, a plurality of speakers (audio output units) disposed at different positions in the vehicle interior. The display-operation device 20 may also be shared by the agent device 100 and the navigation device 40. Details of these will be described later.

The navigation device 40 includes a position measuring device such as a navigation hmi (human Machine interface), a gps (global Positioning system), and the like, a storage device storing map information, and a control device (navigation controller) performing route search and the like. A part or all of the microphone 10, the display-operation device 20, and the speaker unit 30 may also be used as the navigation HMI. The navigation device 40 searches for a route (navigation route) for moving from the position of the vehicle M1 determined by the position measurement device to the destination input by the user U1, and outputs guidance information using the navigation HMI so that the vehicle M1 can travel along the route. The route search function may be located in a navigation server accessible via the network NW. In this case, the navigation device 40 acquires a route from the navigation server and outputs guidance information. In this case, the navigation controller and the agent device 100 are integrally configured in hardware.

The vehicle device 50 is a device mounted on the vehicle M1, for example. The vehicle equipment 50 includes, for example, an engine, a driving force output device such as a motor for running, a steering device, a starter motor for the engine, a door lock device, a door opening/closing device, a window opening/closing device, an air conditioner, and the like.

The in-vehicle communication device 60 is a wireless communication device that can access the network NW using a cellular network or a Wi-Fi network, for example.

The occupant recognition device 80 includes, for example, a seating sensor, an in-vehicle camera, an image recognition device, and the like. The seating sensor includes a pressure sensor provided at a lower portion of the seat, a tension sensor attached to the seat belt, and the like. The camera in the vehicle room is a ccd (charge Coupled device) camera or a cmos (complementary Metal Oxide semiconductor) camera disposed in the vehicle room. The image recognition device analyzes an image of the vehicle interior camera, and recognizes the presence or absence of an occupant (user) in each seat, the face orientation, the gesture of the occupant, the state of the driver or the occupant (for example, poor physical condition), and the like. The gesture is a gesture in which, for example, the movements of the hand, arm, face, and head are associated with a predetermined request. Thus, the occupant can transmit a request to the smart device 100 through a gesture. The recognition result recognized by the occupant recognition device 80 is output to the smart device 100 and the smart server 400, for example.

Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the arrangement of the display-operation device 20 and the speaker unit 30. The display-operation device 20 includes, for example, a first display 22, a second display 24, and an operation switch ASSY 26. The display-operation device 20 may also further include a HUD 28. In addition, the display-operation device 20 may also further include an instrument display 29 provided at a portion facing the driver seat DS in the instrument panel. The first display 22, the second display 24, the HUD28, and the instrument display 29 are combined together to form an example of the "display unit".

The vehicle M1 includes, for example, a driver seat DS provided with a steering wheel SW, and a sub-driver seat AS provided in a vehicle width direction (Y direction in the drawing) with respect to the driver seat DS. The first display 22 is a horizontally long display device extending from near the middle between the driver seat DS and the passenger seat AS in the instrument panel to a position facing the left end of the passenger seat AS. The second monitor 24 is provided below the first monitor 22 in the vicinity of the middle between the driver seat DS and the passenger seat AS in the vehicle width direction. For example, the first display 22 and the second display 24 are both configured as touch panels, and include an lcd (liquid Crystal display), an organic el (electroluminescence), a plasma display, and the like as a display portion. The operation switch ASSY26 is provided with a dial switch, a push button switch, and the like. The HUD28 is a device that visually recognizes an image by superimposing it on a landscape, for example, and causes an occupant to visually recognize a virtual image by projecting light including the image onto a front windshield glass or a combiner of the vehicle M1. The meter display 29 is, for example, an LCD, an organic EL, or the like, and displays a meter such as a speedometer or a rotational speedometer. The display-operation device 20 outputs the content of the operation performed by the occupant to the smart device 100. The content displayed on each display unit may be determined by the smart device 100.

The speaker unit 30 includes, for example, speakers 30A to 30F. The speaker 30A is provided on a window pillar (so-called a pillar) on the driver seat DS side. The speaker 30B is provided at a lower portion of the door near the driver seat DS. The speaker 30C is provided on the window post of the sub-driver seat AS side. The speaker 30D is disposed near the lower portion of the door of the sub-driver seat AS. The speaker 30E is disposed near the second display 24. The speaker 30F is provided on the ceiling (roof) of the vehicle interior. The speaker unit 30 may be provided at a lower portion of the door adjacent to the right and left rear seats.

In this configuration, for example, in the case where the speakers 30A and 30B are exclusively made to output sound, the sound image is localized near the driver seat DS. "localized sound image" refers to, for example, determining the spatial position of a sound source perceived by an occupant by adjusting the magnitude of sound transmitted to the left and right ears of the occupant. In addition, when the speakers 30C and 30D are exclusively made to output sound, the sound image is localized near the sub-driver seat AS. When the speaker 30E is exclusively used to output sound, the sound image is localized near the front of the vehicle interior, and when the speaker 30F is exclusively used to output sound, the sound image is localized near the upper side of the vehicle interior. The speaker unit 30 is not limited to this, and can localize the sound image at an arbitrary position in the vehicle interior by adjusting the distribution of the sound output from each speaker using a mixer or an amplifier.

The battery 90 is a storage battery that stores electric power generated by a drive source mechanism of the vehicle M or electric power obtained by plug-in charging from an external power source. The battery 90 is a secondary battery such as a lithium ion battery. Battery 90 may be, for example, a battery unit including a plurality of secondary batteries. The battery 90 supplies electric power to a drive source mechanism of the vehicle M1, an in-vehicle device, or the like.

[ Intelligent body device ]

Returning to fig. 2, the agent device 100 includes, for example, a management unit 110, an agent function unit 150, a battery management unit 160, and a storage unit 170. Hereinafter, a device in which the agent function unit 150 and the agent server 400 cooperate with each other may be referred to as an "agent".

Each component of the agent device 100 is realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a cpu (central Processing unit). Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including circuit units) such as lsi (large Scale integration), asic (application Specific Integrated circuit), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), gpu (graphics Processing unit), or the like, or may be realized by cooperation between software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium) such as an hdd (hard Disk drive) or a flash memory, or may be stored in a removable storage medium (a non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, and may be attached to the drive device via the storage medium.

The storage unit 170 is implemented by the various storage devices described above. Various data and programs are stored in the storage unit 170. The storage unit 170 stores, for example, battery data information 172, a battery image 174, a program, and other information. The battery data information 172 stores data information related to the battery 90 acquired by the battery management unit 160. The data information includes, for example, a State of charge (SOC) of the battery 90, a degree of deterioration of the battery 90, and the like. The battery avatar image 174 includes an avatar image selected according to the state for the battery 90.

The management unit 110 functions by executing programs such as an os (operating system) and middleware. The management unit 110 includes, for example, an acoustic processing unit 112, a WU (Wake Up) determination unit 114, an agent setting unit 116, and an output control unit 120. The output control unit 120 includes, for example, a display control unit 122 and a sound control unit 124.

The sound processing unit 112 receives the sound collected from the microphone 10, and performs sound processing on the received sound so that the state is suitable for the agent to recognize a preset wake word (verb-to-start). The acoustic processing is, for example, noise removal by filtering such as a band-pass filter, or sound amplification. The sound processing unit 112 outputs the sound processed by the sound processing to the WU determination unit 114 and the active agent function unit.

The WU decision unit 114 exists for each agent function unit 150, and recognizes a wakeup word preset for each agent. The WU determination unit 114 recognizes the meaning of the sound from the sound (sound stream) subjected to the sound processing. First, the WU determination unit 114 detects a sound section based on the amplitude and zero crossing of the sound waveform in the sound stream. The WU determination unit 114 may perform section detection based on frame-by-frame speech recognition and non-speech recognition by a mixed Gaussian distribution model (GMM).

Next, the WU determination unit 114 converts the detected voice in the voice section into text and sets the text as character information. The WU determination unit 114 determines whether the text information after the text conversion belongs to a wakeup word. When it is determined that the word is a wakeup word, the WU determination unit 114 activates the corresponding agent function unit 150. Note that a function corresponding to the WU determination unit 114 may be mounted on the agent server 400. In this case, the management unit 110 transmits the audio stream, which has been subjected to the audio processing by the audio processing unit 112, to the agent server 400, and when the agent server 400 determines that the audio stream is a wakeup word, the agent function unit 150 is activated in accordance with an instruction from the agent server 400. Each agent function unit 150 may be always activated and may determine the wakeup word by itself. In this case, the management unit 110 does not need to include the WU determination unit 114.

In addition, the WU decision unit 114, when recognizing an end word included in the speech sound and the agent corresponding to the end word is in an activated state (hereinafter referred to as "activated" as needed) in the same procedure as the above-described procedure, stops (ends) the activated agent function unit. The agent that is being activated may stop the agent when a predetermined instruction operation to terminate the agent is received, or when a predetermined input of a voice has not been received for a predetermined time or longer. The WU determination unit 114 may recognize the wakeup word and the end word from the gesture of the user U1 recognized by the occupant recognition device 80, and start and stop the agent.

The agent setting unit 116 sets the output mode in response of the agent when the user U1 responds. The output mode refers to, for example, one or both of a smart image and a smart sound. The agent image is, for example, an image of an anthropomorphic agent that communicates with the user U1 in the vehicle cabin. The agent image is, for example, an image of a manner of making a call to the user U1. The agent image may also include, for example, a facial image that recognizes at least the degree of expression, face orientation, etc. by the viewer. For example, the agent image may represent a part where eyes and a nose are simulated in a face region, and an expression and a face orientation are recognized based on the position of the part in the face region. The image of the agent may have a three-dimensional effect, and the viewer may recognize the face orientation of the agent by including a head image in a three-dimensional space, and recognize the movement, the stop, the posture, and the like of the agent by including an image of the body (body, hand, or foot). In addition, the agent image may be an animated image. The agent sound is a sound for making a listener recognize that a pseudo agent image is being emitted.

The agent setting unit 116 sets the agent image and the agent sound selected by the user U1 or the agent server 400 as the agent image and the agent sound for the agent.

The output control unit 120 provides a service or the like to the user U1 by causing the display unit or the speaker unit 30 to output information such as response content in response to an instruction from the management unit 110 or the agent function unit 150. The output control unit 120 includes, for example, a display control unit 122 and a sound control unit 124.

The display control unit 122 causes at least a part of the area of the display unit to display an image in accordance with an instruction from the output control unit 120. Hereinafter, a case where the first display 22 displays an image related to an agent will be described. The display control unit 122 generates a smart image under the control of the output control unit 120, and causes the first display 22 to display the generated smart image. For example, the display control unit 122 may display a smart image in a display area near the position of the occupant (for example, the user U1) recognized by the occupant recognition device 80, and generate and display a smart image in which the face is directed to the position of the occupant.

The audio control unit 124 causes some or all of the speakers included in the speaker unit 30 to output audio in accordance with an instruction from the output control unit 120. The sound control unit 124 may perform control to localize the sound image of the agent sound at a position corresponding to the display position of the agent image, using the plurality of speaker units 30. The position corresponding to the display position of the agent image is, for example, a position where the occupant is predicted to feel that the agent image is speaking the agent sound, specifically, a position near (for example, within 2 to 3 cm) the display position of the agent image.

Agent functionality 150, in cooperation with a corresponding agent server 400, causes an agent to appear to provide services including responses by voice based on speech and/or gestures of an occupant of the vehicle. The agent function section 150 may include a function to which a right to control the vehicle M1 (e.g., the vehicle device 50) is given.

The Battery Management Unit 160 includes, for example, a BMU (Battery Management Unit). The BMU controls charging and discharging of the battery 90. For example, the BMU controls charging and discharging of the battery 90 when the battery is mounted on the vehicle M1. The battery management unit 160 manages the charging rate of the battery 90 detected by a battery sensor (not shown) or the like, and manages the degree of deterioration of the battery 90. The battery management unit 160 stores management information on the battery 90 in the battery data information 172. Further, battery management unit 160 notifies user U1 of management information about battery 90 via output control unit 120. In this case, the battery management part 160 selects an avatar image corresponding to the state of the battery 90 among the plurality of battery avatar images 174 stored in the storage part 170, and causes the first display 22 to display the selected avatar image.

Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of an image displayed according to the state of the battery 90. In the example of fig. 4, 6 character images BC1 to BC6 are shown according to the degree of deterioration from the time of newly purchasing battery 90. The character image may be an animal or a plant instead of an anthropomorphic character. The battery management unit 160 measures the capacitance and the internal resistance value of the battery 90 by, for example, a battery sensor (not shown), and acquires the degree of degradation associated with the measured value by using a table or a predetermined function stored in advance. The battery management unit 160 may acquire the degree of deterioration based on the number of years since the purchase of the battery 90. The battery management unit 160 selects any one of the avatar images BC1 to BC6 based on the obtained degree of deterioration, and causes the first display 22 or the like to display the selected image through the output control unit 120. By displaying the state of the battery 90 as an anthropomorphic visual image, the user U1 can be made to visually recognize the state of the battery 90.

[ Portable terminal ]

Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of the mobile terminal 200 according to the embodiment. The mobile terminal 200 includes, for example, a communication unit 210, an input unit 220, a display 230, a speaker 240, an application execution unit 250, an output control unit 260, and a storage unit 270. The communication unit 210, the input unit 220, the application execution unit 250, and the output control unit 260 are realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU, for example. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including circuit units) such as LSIs, ASICs, FPGAs, GPUs, or the like, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium, for example, the storage unit 270) such as an HDD or a flash memory of the portable terminal 200, or may be stored in a removable storage medium such as a DVD, a CD-ROM, or a memory card, and may be attached to the storage device of the portable terminal 200 by attaching the storage medium (the non-transitory storage medium) to a drive device, a card slot, or the like. The combination of the display 230 and the speaker 240 is an example of the "output unit" in the mobile terminal 200.

The communication unit 210 communicates with the vehicle M1, the customer server 300, the agent server 400, various web servers 500, and other external devices using a network such as a cellular network, a Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth (registered trademark), DSRC, LAN, WAN, or the internet.

The input unit 220 receives input from the user U1 through operations of various keys, buttons, and the like, for example. The display 230 is, for example, an lcd (liquid Crystal display) or the like. The input unit 220 may be configured integrally with the display 230 as a touch panel. The display 230 displays information related to the agent in the embodiment and information necessary for using the mobile terminal 200 under the control of the output control unit 260. The speaker 240 outputs a predetermined sound under the control of the output control unit 260, for example.

The application execution unit 250 is realized by executing the agent application 272 stored in the storage unit 270. The agent application 272 communicates with the vehicle M1, the agent server 400, and various web servers 500 via the network NW, for example, and transmits an instruction from the user U1 to request and acquire information. The application execution unit 250 performs authentication of the agent application 272 based on product information (for example, vehicle ID) and service management information provided when a product or service is purchased from a predetermined sales company, for example, and executes the agent application 272. The application execution unit 250 may have the same functions as the sound processing unit 112, WU determination unit 114, agent setting unit 116, and agent function unit 150 of the agent device 100. The application execution unit 250 also executes control for causing the display 230 to display the agent image and causing the agent sound to be output from the speaker 240, via the output control unit 260.

The output control unit 260 controls the content and display mode of the image displayed on the display 230, and the content and output mode of the sound output from the speaker 240. The output control unit 260 may output information instructed by the agent application 272 and various information necessary for using the mobile terminal 200 from the display 230 and the speaker 240.

The storage unit 270 is implemented by, for example, an HDD, a flash memory, an EEPROM, a ROM, a RAM, or the like. The storage unit 270 stores, for example, an agent application 272, a program, and various other information.

[ customer Server ]

Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of the client server 300 according to the embodiment. The customer server 300 includes, for example, a communication unit 310, an input unit 320, a display 330, a speaker 340, a purchase management unit 350, an output control unit 360, and a storage unit 370. The communication unit 310, the input unit 320, the purchase management unit 350, and the output control unit 360 are realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU, for example. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including circuit units) such as LSIs, ASICs, FPGAs, GPUs, or the like, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium, for example, the storage unit 370) such as an HDD or a flash memory of the customer server 300, or may be stored in a removable storage medium such as a DVD, a CD-ROM, or a memory card, and may be attached to the storage device of the customer server 300 by attaching the storage medium (the non-transitory storage medium) to a drive device, a card slot, or the like.

The communication unit 310 communicates with the sales store terminals DT1 and DT2, the vehicle M1, the mobile terminal 200, the smart server 400, and other external devices using a network such as a cellular network, a Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth (registered trademark), DSRC, LAN, WAN, or the internet.

The input unit 320 receives input of operations such as various keys and buttons performed by the user U1, for example. The display 330 is, for example, an LCD or the like. The input unit 320 may be integrally formed with the display 330 as a touch panel. The display 330 displays customer information in the embodiment and other information necessary for using the customer server 300 under the control of the output control unit 360. The speaker 340 outputs a predetermined sound under the control of the output control unit 360, for example.

The purchase management unit 350 manages purchase histories of products and services purchased by the user at predetermined sales carriers such as the sales store terminals DT1 and DT2 and facilities related thereto. The purchase management unit 350 stores the purchase history as purchase data 372 in the storage unit 370. Fig. 7 is a diagram for explaining the contents of the purchase data 372. The purchase data 372 has a correspondence relationship between a user ID, which is identification information for identifying a user, and purchase history information. The purchase history information includes, for example, purchase date and time, product management information, and service management information. The purchase date and time is information related to the date and time when a product or service was purchased by the sales shop terminals DT1 and DT2, for example. The product management information includes information such as the type, number, cost, and points of products purchased at the retail store terminals DT1 and DT2, for example. The products include, for example, vehicles, in-vehicle devices, parts of vehicles, and the like, products related to the vehicles, walking assistance systems, and other items. The in-vehicle device refers to, for example, the microphone 10, the display-operation device 20, the speaker unit 30, the navigation device 40, the vehicle device 50, the in-vehicle communication device 60, the occupant recognition device 80, the battery 90, and the like. The vehicle component is, for example, a tire, a steering wheel, a muffler, or the like. The items include, for example, a portable terminal, a suit, a watch, a hat, a toy, groceries, stationery, a book, and a life goods (a key ring and a key bag) for an automobile. The service management information includes, for example, information on the type, cost, and point of service provided to the user. The services refer to, for example, a car check (continuous inspection), periodic checkup maintenance, repair, vehicle sharing service, outbound car service, and the like.

Purchase management unit 350 transmits purchase data 372 to agent server 400 at a predetermined timing. In response to the inquiry from agent server 400, purchase management unit 350 transmits purchase data 372 to agent server 400.

The output control unit 360 controls the content and display mode of an image to be displayed on the display 330, and the content and output mode of a sound to be output from the speaker 340. The output control unit 360 may output various information required for using the client server 300 from the display 330 and the speaker 340.

The storage unit 370 is implemented by, for example, an HDD, a flash memory, an EEPROM, a ROM, a RAM, or the like. The storage unit 370 stores, for example, purchase data 372, programs, and other various information.

[ Intelligent agent Server ]

Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a configuration of the agent server 400, and a part of configurations of the agent device 100 and the mobile terminal 200. Hereinafter, description of physical communication using the network NW will be omitted.

The agent server 400 includes a communication unit 410. The communication unit 410 is a network Interface such as nic (network Interface card). The agent server 400 includes, for example, a voice recognition unit 420, a natural language processing unit 422, a session management unit 424, a network search unit 426, a response content generation unit 428, an information provision unit 430, a material acquisition unit 432, an agent management unit 434, and a storage unit 440. These components are realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including circuit units) such as LSIs, ASICs, FPGAs, GPUs, or the like, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in a storage device such as an HDD or a flash memory (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium, for example, the storage unit 440), or may be stored in a removable storage medium (a non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, and may be attached to the drive device via the storage medium. The voice recognition unit 420 and the natural language processing unit 422 are combined to form an example of a "recognition unit". The agent management unit 434 is an example of an "acquisition unit".

The storage unit 440 is implemented by the various storage devices described above. The storage unit 440 stores data and programs such as a dictionary DB (database) 442, personal profiles 444, a knowledge base DB446, a response rule DB448, and intelligent management information 450.

In the agent device 100, the agent function unit 150 transmits, for example, an audio stream input from the sound processing unit 112 or the like, or an audio stream obtained by performing processing such as compression and encoding, to the agent server 400. The agent function unit 150 may execute the processing requested by the instruction when successfully recognizing the instruction (request content) that can be processed locally (without processing by the agent server 400). The local-processing-enabled command is a command that can be responded to by referring to the storage unit 170 provided in the smart device 100, for example. More specifically, the instruction capable of local processing is, for example, an instruction to retrieve the name of a specific person from the telephone directory data stored in the storage unit 170 and to make a call (call partner) to a telephone number associated with the name. That is, the agent function unit 150 may have a part of the functions of the agent server 400.

The application execution unit 250 of the mobile terminal 200 transmits, for example, an audio stream obtained from the audio input by the input unit 220 to the smart server 400.

When a voice stream is acquired, the voice recognition unit 420 performs voice recognition and outputs text information, and the natural language processing unit 422 refers to the dictionary DB442 for the text information and performs meaning interpretation. The dictionary DB442 is associated with, for example, character information and abstracted meaning information. Dictionary DB442 may include list information of synonyms and synonyms. The processing of the speech recognition unit 420 and the processing of the natural language processing unit 422 may be performed in a manner that they are not clearly divided into stages, but the processing result of the natural language processing unit 422 is received and the speech recognition unit 420 corrects the recognition result, or the like, so as to affect each other.

For example, when recognizing the meaning of "weather today is" or "what weather is" as a recognition result, the natural language processing unit 422 generates a command to replace the command with the standard character information "weather today". Thus, even when there is a difference in expression in the requested sound, it is possible to easily perform a dialogue in accordance with the request. The natural language processing unit 422 may recognize the meaning of the character information by using artificial intelligence processing such as machine learning processing using probability, for example, and generate a command based on the recognition result.

The dialogue management unit 424 determines the response content (for example, the speech content spoken to the user U1, the image and the sound output from the output unit) to the occupant of the vehicle M1, based on the input command, with reference to the profile 444, the knowledge base DB446, and the response rule DB 448.

Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the content of the personal profile 444. The profile 444 is associated with personal information, interests, and use history, for example, for each user ID. The personal information includes, for example, the name, sex, age, home of the user, home of the old, home configuration, home state, address information for communicating with the mobile terminal 200, and the like of the user associated with the user ID. In addition, the personal information may include feature information of a face, a posture, and a sound. The interest and taste are information related to interest and taste obtained by, for example, analysis results of conversation contents, answers to questions, settings by a user, and the like. The usage history is information on agents used in the past and information on a history of a dialog for each agent, for example.

The knowledge base DB446 is information that specifies the relationship of things. The response rule DB448 is information that specifies an action (reply, contents of device control, etc.) to be performed by the agent with respect to the command.

When the command is information that can be searched via the network NW, the session management unit 424 causes the network search unit 426 to perform a search. The network search unit 426 accesses various web servers 500 via the network NW to acquire desired information. The "information retrievable via the network NW" refers to, for example, a weather forecast corresponding to the position of the vehicle M1, which is an evaluation result of restaurants in the vicinity of the vehicle M1 evaluated by a general user. The "information retrievable via the network NW" may be a movement plan using a transportation means such as a train (tram) or an airplane.

The response content generating unit 428 generates response content and transmits the generated response content to the agent device 100 so that the content of the speech decided by the dialogue managing unit 424 is transmitted to the user U1 of the vehicle M1. The response content includes, for example, a response message provided to the user U1, a control instruction for each control-target device, and the like. The response content generation unit 428 may acquire the recognition result recognized by the occupant recognition device 80 from the smart device 100, and when it is determined from the acquired recognition result that the user U1 who has performed the speech including the command is the user registered in the profile 444, call the name of the user U1, and generate the response content having the speech style similar to the speech style of the family of the user U1 or U1.

The information providing unit 430 refers to the agent management information 450 stored in the storage unit 440 with respect to the response content generated by the response content generating unit 428, and generates response content corresponding to the output mode of the agent.

Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of agent management information 450. In the agent management information 450, for example, a vehicle ID, which is identification information for identifying a user ID and a vehicle, is associated with an agent ID, attribute information, and agent setting information. The attribute information is information such as a period of time during which the agent corresponding to the agent ID is used, a growth level (incubation level), sex, character, and a function that the agent can execute. The agent setting information includes, for example, agent image information and agent audio information set by the agent setting unit 116.

For example, the information providing unit 430 obtains agent setting information and attribute information associated with the user ID and the vehicle ID by referring to the agent management information 450 stored in the storage unit 440 using the user ID and the vehicle ID transmitted from the agent function unit 150 together with the voice. The information providing unit 430 generates response contents corresponding to the agent setting information and the attribute information, and transmits the generated response contents to the agent function unit 150 or the mobile terminal 200 that transmitted the voice.

When the agent function unit 150 of the agent device 100 acquires the response content from the agent server 400, it instructs the voice control unit 124 to perform voice synthesis or the like and output an agent voice. The agent function unit 150 generates an agent image in accordance with the audio output, and instructs the display control unit 122 to display the generated agent image, an image included in the response result, and the like.

When the response content is acquired from the agent server 400, the application execution unit 250 of the mobile terminal 200 generates an agent image and an agent sound based on the response content, causes the display 230 to output the generated agent image, and causes the speaker 240 to output the generated agent sound. In this way, the agent function responding to the occupant (user U1) of the vehicle M1 is realized by the agent appearing virtually.

The profile acquiring unit 432 updates the personal profile 444 based on the contents of the speech and/or gesture of the user U1 acquired from the smart device 100 or the mobile terminal 200, and the usage state of the smart. The data acquisition unit 432 may acquire purchase data 372 from the customer server 300 and update the personal data 444 based on the acquired purchase information.

The agent management unit 434 acquires purchase data 372 from the customer server 300, and changes the functions that can be executed by the agent based on the acquired purchase information. For example, the agent management unit 434 performs control to add a function or an extended function that can be executed by an agent, based on at least one of the type of a product or service purchased by a predetermined sales dealer, the total amount of purchased amount, the purchase frequency, and the use point. The frequency of purchases includes, for example, the frequency of purchases of products (e.g., vehicles) and/or items associated with the products (e.g., toys, models, wireless remote controls, plastic models) that are available at the sales outlet, and the like. The use points include, for example, an incoming point given when visiting a sales store, a participation point given when visiting a track (circuit) field or a factory where a car can be ridden, or a participation point given when participating in an event (plan). The agent management unit 434 may change the output mode of the agent image or the agent sound based on at least one of the type of the product or service purchased by a predetermined sales dealer, the total amount of the purchase amount, the purchase frequency, or the use point.

[ processing by an Intelligent System ]

Next, a flow of processing performed by the smart system 1 of the embodiment will be specifically described. Fig. 11 is a sequence diagram showing an example of a method for providing an agent by the agent system 1 according to the embodiment. The flow of processing will be described below using the mobile terminal 200, the vehicle M1, the retail store terminal DT1, the customer server 300, and the agent server 400 as an example. In the example of fig. 11, the flow of processing of the smart system when the user U1 purchases the vehicle M1 from the dealer will be mainly described.

First, when the user U1 purchases the vehicle M1 at the sales shop, the terminal of the purchased sales shop (hereinafter referred to as the sales shop terminal DT1) performs user registration of the user U1 (step S100), and registers purchase data (step S102). Next, the selling store terminal DT1 transmits the user-related information obtained by the user registration and the information related to the purchase data to the customer server 300 (step S104).

The customer server 300 stores the user information and the information related to the purchase data transmitted from the sales store terminal DT1 in the storage unit 370, and manages the purchase history (step S106). When the total of the purchase amounts of a predetermined product (for example, a vehicle) and the user U1 becomes equal to or more than a predetermined amount, the customer server 300 permits the use of the agent and transmits information that permits the user U1 to use the agent to the agent server 400 (step S108).

The agent server 400 transmits information for causing the user U1 to select an agent to the vehicle M1 (step S110). The agent setting unit 116 of the vehicle M1 generates one or both of an image and a voice for selecting an agent based on the information received from the agent server 400, and causes the output unit to output the generated information.

Next, the agent setting unit 116 causes the user U1 to set an agent (step S112). Details of the processing in step S112 will be described later. The agent setting unit 116 transmits agent setting information to the agent server 400 (step S114). The agent server 400 registers the agent set by the agent setting unit 116 (step S116).

Next, the agent function unit 150 of the vehicle M carries out a conversation with the user U1 of the vehicle M1 through the set agent, and transmits the content of the conversation to the agent server 400 (step S118), and the agent function unit 150 receives the response result from the agent server 400, generates an agent image and an agent sound corresponding to the received response result, and causes the output unit to output the agent image and the agent sound (step S120). Details of the processing in steps S118 to S120 will be described later.

The application execution unit 250 of the mobile terminal 200 performs a session using an agent with the user U1, and transmits the session content to the agent server 400 (step S122). The application execution unit 250 receives the response result from the agent server 400, generates an agent image and an agent sound corresponding to the received response result, and outputs the agent image and the agent sound from the display 230 and the speaker 240 (step S124). The details of the processing in steps S122 to S124 will be described later.

The process of step S112: function of agent setting part

Next, the function of the agent setting unit 116 in the process of step S112 will be described in detail. When receiving information for the user U1 to select an agent from the agent server 400, the agent setting unit 116 causes the display control unit 122 to generate an image for setting an agent at the timing when the user U1 first gets on the vehicle M1 or the timing when the user U1 first calls an agent, and causes the display unit of the display-and-operation device 20 to output the generated image as an agent setting screen.

Fig. 12 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM1 for setting an agent. The contents, layout, and the like displayed on the image IM1 are not limited to these. The same applies to the following description of the images. The image IM1 includes, for example, a text display area a11, an agent selection area a12, and a gui (graphical User interface) switch selection area a 13.

Text information for the user U1 to select a smart agent image from a plurality of smart agent images registered in advance in the smart agent server 400 is displayed in the text display area a 11. In the example of fig. 12, "please select the agent" is displayed in the text display area a 11. "this text information.

In the agent selection area a12, for example, agent images that can be selected by the user U1 are displayed. The agent image is, for example, an image that can be selected by the user U1 when the vehicle M1 is purchased by a predetermined sales service provider.

The agent in the embodiment may be an agent capable of growing (culturing) a capacity or the like. In this case, the agent initially selected at the time of purchase is, for example, a child agent. In the example of fig. 12, there are two maiden agent images AG10, AG20 shown. The agent image may be a preset image or a user designated by the user U1. In addition, the agent image may be an image in which a face image of a family, a friend, or the like is collaged. This enables the user U1 to have a more intimate contact with the agent.

The user U1 selects a smart body image by touching any display area of the smart body images AG10 or AG20 in the display section. In the example of fig. 12, in the agent selection area a12, a frame line is shown around the agent image AG10 in a state where the agent image AG10 is selected. Note that an image for selecting any one of the plurality of agent sounds may be displayed in the agent selection area a 12. The smart sound includes, for example, a synthesized sound, a sound of a celebrity, a celebrity (talent), and the like. The smart sound may include a smart sound obtained by analyzing a voice of a home or the like registered in advance. In addition, the agent selection area a12 may have an area for setting the name and character of the selected agent and for setting a wakeup word for calling the agent.

Various GUI buttons selectable by the user U1 are displayed in the GUI switch selection area a 13. In the example of fig. 12, the GUI switch selection area a13 includes, for example, a GUI icon IC11 ("good" button) for accepting a setting permitted for a content selected in the agent selection area a12, and a GUI icon IC12 ("cancel" button) for accepting a rejection of the selected content.

In addition to (or instead of) displaying the image IM1, the output controller 120 may output the same sound as the text information displayed in the text information display area a1 or another sound from the speaker unit 30.

For example, when the operation of the GUI icon IC2 is received by the display-operation device 20, the agent setting unit 116 does not permit the setting of the agent image, and ends the display of the image IM 1. When the operation of the GUI icon IC11 is received by the display-operation device 20, the agent setting unit 116 sets the agent image and the agent sound selected in the agent selection area a12 to the agent image and the agent sound associated with the agent (hereinafter referred to as agent a) associated with the vehicle M1. When agent a is set, agent function unit 150 executes a dialogue between the set agent a and user U1. Note that, regarding the functions in the agent function unit 150, usable functions may be set in advance and may be controlled so as to be usable while a predetermined product or service such as a vehicle is purchased. The functions of the agent function unit 150 may be downloaded from the agent server 400 or another server when a predetermined product or service is purchased from the client server 300, the agent server 400, or the like.

Fig. 13 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM2 displayed after agent a is selected. The image IM2 includes, for example, a text display area a21 and an agent display area a 22. The character display area a21 includes character information for allowing the user U1 to recognize that the agent a set by the agent setting unit 116 has performed a conversation. In the example of fig. 13, "agent a performs a conversation" is displayed in the character display area a 21. "this text information.

The agent display area a22 displays the agent image a10 set by the agent setting unit 116. In the example of fig. 11, the agent functional unit 150 may perform sound image localization in the vicinity of the display position of the agent image AG10 in the sound of "request for attention" to output.

The processing in steps S118 to S120: function of the agent function part 150

Next, the function of the agent function unit 150 in the processing in steps S118 to S120 will be described. Fig. 14 is a diagram showing an example of a scene in which the user U1 is talking to the agent a. In the example of fig. 14, an example is shown in which an image IM3 including a smart agent image AG10 of a smart agent a having a conversation with the user U1 is displayed on the first display 22.

The image IM3 includes, for example, a text display area a31 and an agent display area a 32. The text display area a31 includes information for the user U1 to recognize the agent that is conducting the conversation. In the example of fig. 14, "agent a performs a conversation" is displayed in the character display area a 31. "this text information.

The agent display area a32 displays an agent image a10 associated with the agent set by the agent setting unit 116. Here, the user U1 makes "this time, the user wants to return to the old. "," want to schedule about 10 points 1/5 for riding the airplane. "this speech. In this case, the agent function unit 150 recognizes the speech content, generates response content based on the recognition result, and outputs the response content. In the example of fig. 14, the agent function unit 150 may "understand". The sound "immediately found" is outputted with the sound image localized at the display position of the agent image AG10 (specifically, the display position of the mouth) displayed in the agent display area a 32.

The agent server 400 recognizes the sound obtained by the agent function unit 150, interprets the meaning, and obtains an answer corresponding to the analysis result query with reference to the various web servers 500, the point-of-sale stores DT1, DT2, and the like based on the interpreted meaning. For example, the natural language processing unit 422 acquires profile information of the user U1 from the personal profile 444 stored in the storage unit 440, and acquires the address of the user's own home and the address of the old home. Next, the natural language processing unit 422 accesses various types of web servers 500 and sales shop terminals such as travel companies based on words such as "No. 5/month 1", "10 o", "plane", "ride", "schedule", and "arrange", and searches for a plan to move from home to old. Then, the agent server 400 generates response content based on the scenario obtained as the search result, and transmits the generated response content to the agent function unit 150 of the vehicle M1.

The agent function unit 150 causes the output unit to output the response result. Fig. 15 is a diagram for explaining a response result output by the agent function unit 150 to the output unit. In the example of fig. 15, the image IM4 displayed on the first display 22 is shown primarily as a result of the response.

The image IM4 includes, for example, a text display area a41 and an agent display area a 42. The text display area a41 includes information indicating the contents of the response result. In the example of fig. 15, an example of a movement scenario from the own home to the old home of 5 month No. 1 is displayed in the character display area a 41. The movement plan includes, for example, information on a movement mechanism (vehicle, etc.) to be used, a passing point, departure or arrival time of each point, and a cost. Note that, regarding the fee, for example, in the case of a plan of a travel company cooperating with a sales dealer who purchased a vehicle, a fee after a discount accompanying the cooperation (in the example of fig. 15, an "agent discount fee") is output without outputting a regular fee. This makes it possible for the user U1 to easily select a plan of a predetermined sales dealer or a partner company.

Further, the output controller 120 may cause the agent display area a42 to display the agent image a10 and "what is the case? "this sound is localized at the display position of the agent image AG10 and output.

Here, the agent function unit 150 receives a "good plan" of the user U1. Just it! In the case of "this sound," the agent function unit 150 performs a process of a purchase procedure of the movement plan, and causes the purchase management unit 350 of the client server 300 to update the purchase data 372 based on the purchase result.

The agent function unit 150 accepts "an individual scenario" of the user U1. "in the case of this utterance, information related to other movement schemes is output. In addition, when a plurality of plans are present in advance, the agent function unit 150 may cause the agent display area a42 to display the plurality of plans. In this case, the agent function unit 150 may prioritize the plan for the agent discount fee or may highlight the plan for the agent discount fee compared with other plans.

The agent function unit 150 may not only propose a travel mechanism of the returning-to-old-house as described above, but also propose facilities such as hotels, camping venues, theme parks, and the like near a travel destination (including a transit place) such as the old house and an airport (within a predetermined distance range from the travel destination), a concert event, a sports event, and the like performed near the travel destination, a service of leaving a taxi, a vehicle sharing service, and the like. In this case, the price may be presented in addition to the proposed content.

In addition, when at least one of the proposed contents is selected by the user U1, the agent function unit 150 may perform a reservation process and a settlement process for the proposed content. By performing settlement processing by agent a, agent a can easily unify reservation and settlement required for all schedules. In this case, the agent provider may obtain a commission fee from the user U1 or a service provider who provides a service or the like to the user U1.

Further, the agent function unit 150 may perform not only the various proposals described above but also proposals of items and the like necessary for the proposed contents. For example, after making a reservation at a camping site on a proposed plan indicated by the instruction of the user U1, the agent a makes "how is to buy the user U1 while the user is at the opportunity of not having a tent (tarp tent)? "," the following tarpaulin tent is present. "such a speech is presented to recommend the processing of the tarpaulin tent of the company or the like. Depending on the project proposed, the agent discount fee may also be applied. This allows the user U1 to obtain items at low cost, and also eliminates the trouble of going to a store for shopping. The purchase of the item or the like is also counted as at least one of the total amount of the purchase amount of the product or the service purchased by the predetermined sales company, the purchase frequency, and the use point.

In this way, agent a is often co-located with user U1, thereby being able to learn the preferences and the like of user U1 and provide the required services, projects, and the like to make user U1 more enjoyable to spend a day.

The agent management unit 434 of the agent server 400 grows the agent a based on the purchase history of the user U1 (for example, at least one of the product purchased by the user U1, the type of service, the total amount of purchase amount, the purchase frequency, and the use point). The term "growing an agent" refers to, for example, growing a display mode of an agent image and changing sound quality of an agent sound. For example, if the smart image is a child, the display mode is changed to a grown-up appearance mode, and the output mode is changed to a sound output mode. Further, "growing the agent" may be to add a type of function that the agent can execute, or to expand the function. The addition of the type of executable function means addition of a function that is not executable at present (for example, acceptance of reservation of a guest ticket for sports, events, and the like). The term "extended function" means, for example, that the range and objects that can be searched increase, and the number of answers obtained as a result of the search increases. The "growing of the agent" may include various changes such as changing of the fashion of the agent, growing of the character, changing of the character, and changing of the sound of the character.

The agent management unit 434 causes the agent to grow, for example, when the product purchased by the user U1 at a predetermined dealer is the battery 90, when the travel service is purchased, or when the total amount of the purchased amount is equal to or more than a predetermined amount. The agent management unit 434 may grow agents in stages according to the total purchase amount, the number of times of use of the service, the purchase frequency, the size of the use point, and the like.

Fig. 16 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM5 including a grown agent. The image IM5 includes, for example, a text display area a51 and an agent display area a 52. Text display area a51 includes information regarding the reason agent a has grown. In the example of fig. 16, the character display area a51 shows "pass o purchase" and the agent a has grown. "this text information.

The output control unit 120 may cause the agent display area a52 to display the agent image AG11, and cause "have grown |". "this sound is localized at the display position of the agent image AG11 and output.

Fig. 17 is a diagram for explaining a difference in contents provided by a grown agent. In the example of fig. 17, an example is shown in which an image IM4# is displayed in accordance with a dialog with the user U1 instead of outputting the image IM4 shown in fig. 15 described above. Hereinafter, a difference between the image IM4 and the image IM4# will be described. The image IM4# includes, for example, a text information display area a41# and an agent display area a42 #.

The character display region a41# displays the same information as the character display region a41 of the image IM 4. The agent display area a42# displays the agent image AG11 after the growth, instead of displaying the agent image AG 10. When the developed agent image AG11 is displayed, the agent function unit 150 has a function of outputting a result of a response to the movement pattern of the user U1, for example, and further has a recommendation function related to the action of the user U1 after the visit of the old.

In this case, the information providing unit 430 of the agent server 400 refers to the profile information of the user U1, and recommends based on the referred profile information. In the example of fig. 17, the agent function unit 150 does not change "what is this scenario? "this intelligent sound output causes, in addition to the output of this intelligent sound, recommendation information" do your parents presumably return to driving license at home? "how do they look into the car and get in the wind since it is not easy to go back to the old's home? "," is convenient if a car rental service is reserved from the E airport. "and" if you want to study the use of car rental service, you will estimate your cost, know will be a while. ". The referral information to be added to the user is preferably referral provided by a predetermined sales company. This makes it possible for the user U1 to easily use products and services provided by a predetermined sales service provider.

As described above, by making the agent long, the user U1 can receive the provision of more detailed information and the provision of referral information. Further, when a product or service is purchased by a predetermined dealer, the user U1 can be made to have a better enthusiasm for purchasing the product or service by growing the agent.

In addition, the agent management unit 434 may change the display mode so that the agent can change the wearable clothes, accessories, and the like, instead of (or in addition to) growing the output mode of the agent based on the purchase history.

Fig. 18 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM6 after the intelligent agent has been dressed. The image IM6 includes, for example, a text display area a61 and an agent display area a 62. Text display area a61 includes information regarding the reason why a swap of agent a is possible. In the example of fig. 18, the character display area a61 shows "pass o purchase" and the doll clothes can be changed. "this text information.

The output control unit 120 may cause the agent display area a62 to display an agent image AG12 of a garment with a doll worn, and cause the sound of "fit" to be positioned and output at the display position of the agent image AG 12. This makes it easy for the user U1 to recognize that the suit of agent a has been changed by purchasing a product or service, and thus the purchasing enthusiasm of the user U1 can be further improved.

The agent function unit 150 may increase or change the number of users who can interact with the agent according to the type of the agent, the growth level, the clothing, and the like. For example, the smart function unit 150 can perform a dialogue with the child of the user when the smart image is a cartoon character, and can perform a dialogue with a home other than the user when the garment of the smart image is a doll garment. The family is identified by registering voice and face images in the in-vehicle device or the portable terminal 200 in advance, for example.

For example, when the driver is recognized as in a state of poor physical condition by the recognition result recognized by the passenger recognition device 80 and the sound collected by the microphone 10, the smart function unit 150 may communicate with a fellow passenger (family, acquaintance, etc.), an emergency team, a police, etc. to avoid the driver from being endangered. In this case, the agent function unit 150 says "the driver has a stomach ache from last night. "and the like, to the other party (for example, an emergency team or the like), so that prompt and appropriate rescue can be supported. The agent function unit 150 may register an emergency agent for performing the above-described processing in advance, and may switch from the agent currently activated to the emergency agent for performing the processing in an emergency.

The processing in steps S122 to S124: function of application execution part 250

Next, the function of the agent function unit 150 in the processing in steps S122 to S124 will be described. Fig. 19 is a diagram showing an example of an image displayed on the display 230 of the mobile terminal 200 by the processing of the application execution unit 250. The image IM7 shown in fig. 19 includes a text display area a71, a GUI icon image IC71, and a smart body display area a 72. The text display area a71 shows the content of the action that should be delivered to the currently active agent. The GUI icon image IC71 is a GUI switch that accepts an instruction of a driving session by the user U1. The agent display area a72 displays an agent image AG11 corresponding to the currently active agent. The application execution unit 250 may display the agent sound simulating the speech of the agent at the display position of the agent image AG 10. In the example of fig. 19, the application execution section 250 makes "how today is felt? "," go to the air pocket bar! "such agent sound is output while sound image localization is performed near the display position of the agent image AG 10. This allows the user U1 to get a feeling of getting together into the air while having a conversation with the agent a displayed on the mobile terminal 200.

When the user U1 selects the GUI icon image IC71, the application execution unit 250 may communicate with the vehicle M1 via the agent server 400 to notify the agent a of information on the vehicle M1 and information on the surrounding environment. The information on the vehicle M1 refers to, for example, the traveling speed, the current position, the remaining fuel amount, the remaining amount of the battery 90, the vehicle interior temperature, and the like of the vehicle M1. The information on the surrounding environment refers to, for example, the weather, the congestion state, and the like around the vehicle M1.

In the embodiment, different agents may be set for each vehicle owned by the user U1. For example, when the user U1 purchases another vehicle in addition to the vehicle M1, the agent management unit 434 can use the existing agent a and other agents. Fig. 20 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM8 displayed on the first display 22 of the vehicle M1 due to purchase of the vehicle by the user U1. The image IM8 shown in fig. 20 includes, for example, a text information display area a81 and an agent display area a 82.

The character display area a81 displays information indicating that an agent that can be used is added by the purchase of a vehicle. In the example of fig. 20, the letter display area a81 shows "another agent can be used due to purchase of a vehicle. "this text information.

In addition, the output controller 120 displays the agent image AG21 of the agent that can be newly used (hereinafter referred to as agent B) in the agent display area a82 together with the agent image AG11 that has already been available. The output control unit 120 may output the agent sound simulating the speech of the agent image AG21 at the display position of the agent image AG 21. In the example of fig. 20, the output control unit 120 makes "please multi-concern light. "this sound performs sound image localization and is output. The newly added agent B is managed in association with a newly purchased vehicle (hereinafter referred to as a vehicle M2). The vehicle M2 has the same function as the smart device of the vehicle M1, for example. This allows the user U1 to easily grasp which vehicle each agent corresponds to, since the vehicle is associated with the agent.

When a vehicle is newly purchased and an agent is added, the agent setting unit 116 may cause the user U1 to select any agent from a plurality of agents that can be selected. In this case, the agent setting unit 116 may set the number of agents that can be selected to be variable based on the total amount of the purchased amount. This can further improve the purchase enthusiasm of the user U1.

Here, the agent server 400 may use the use history of each of the agents a and B by the user U1 for the session with another agent. Fig. 21 is a diagram for explaining a conversation performed by a conversation with another agent. Fig. 21 shows an example of an image IM9 displayed on the first display 22 by the agent function unit 150 of the vehicle M2. The image IM9 includes, for example, a smart body display area a 91. The agent display area a91 displays an agent image of an agent that has established a correspondence with the user U1. In the example of fig. 21, agent display area a91 displays agent images AG11 and AG21 corresponding to agents a and B.

Here, when the user U1 takes a breath of air with the agent a based on the use history with the agent a when the vehicle M1 is riding, the agent server 400 causes the agent function unit 150 to "go to the Y spot for a last week" for a breath of air. "this agent sound of agent a is sound-image-localized near the display position of agent image AG11 and output. In addition, agent function unit 150 makes "do not try to go to the Z site today" so as to be made as recommendation information of agent B in accordance with the content of the output agent sound? "this agent sound is localized near the display position of the agent image AG21 and output. In this way, the plurality of agents share the past use history, and thus appropriate information provision and recommendation can be performed to the user.

Note that the agent management unit 434 may notify the mobile terminal 200 of the user U1 of the fact that the agent is being used when it is estimated that the agent is being used in a situation where the activation states of a plurality of agents are known and the agent cannot be used. "agent is being used in a situation where it is not possible to use" refers to, for example, a state where agent B is activated in vehicle M2 in a situation where agent a is talking to user U1 in vehicle M1. In this case, the agent management unit 434 can early detect theft of the vehicle M and the like by notifying the portable terminal 200 of the user U1 of a message such as "agent B of the vehicle M2 is activated".

The agent according to the embodiment may display the agent associated with the in-vehicle device or the like in addition to (or instead of) the above-described display associated with the vehicle M. For example, in the embodiment, a character image associated with the state of the battery 90 mounted on the vehicle M may be used as the agent.

Fig. 22 is a diagram for explaining that an avatar image having a correspondence relationship with the state of battery 90 is displayed as an agent. In the example of fig. 22, the example of fig. 22 shows an example of the image IM10 displayed on the first display 22 by the agent function unit 150 of the vehicle M1. The image IM10 includes, for example, the agent display area a 101. The agent display area a101 displays, for example, a character image BC6 associated with the agent image AG11 of the agent a and the degree of deterioration of the battery 90.

The agent function unit 150 generates an agent sound for urging replacement of the battery 90 based on the degree of deterioration of the battery 90, and causes the output control unit 120 to output the generated agent sound. In the example of fig. 22, the agent function unit 150 causes "the battery is about to deteriorate". Change a lower bar! "this agent sound is sound localized near the display position of the agent AG11 and output.

The agent function unit 150 may generate a sound associated with the avatar image BC 6. In the example of FIG. 22, agent function 150 causes "run out immediately! "this sound is sound image-localized near the display position of the character image BC6 and output. By using the avatar image that personifies the state of the battery 90 as described above, the user can intuitively grasp the replacement timing of the battery 90.

Thus, the user U1 moves the vehicle M1 to a predetermined dealer, recovers the battery 90, and purchases a new battery (for example, an oem (original Equipment manufacturing) certified battery). In this case, the in-vehicle device is purchased, purchase data 372 of the client server 300 is updated, and the agent a can be continuously cultivated by repeating purchase.

In addition, when the vehicle M2 is purchased from the vehicle M1 or when the vehicle M2 is purchased in addition to the vehicle M1, the agent management unit 434 may enable the vehicle M2 or the mobile terminal 200 to continue using the agent a associated with the vehicle M1 or the user U1. In this case, the agent management unit 434 may make the condition that the vehicle M2 is purchased by a sales dealer who is the same series as the vehicle M1 as the condition for inheriting the agent. In a case where user U1 purchases a service (e.g., a service of a leaving car or a service of a shared vehicle) for a vehicle (including additional purchase), agent management unit 434 may be configured to enable a user of mobile terminal 200 to continue using agent a associated with user U1 or vehicle M1 in a vehicle after purchase, that is, a vehicle (e.g., a leaving car or a shared vehicle) used in the purchased service. In this way, by continuing to use the agent by the user U1, the user U1 can be more closely contacted with the agent, and a more excellent service can be provided to the user U1.

In addition, the agent management unit 434 may be configured to continue to use an agent currently in use when a product or service is purchased by a predetermined sales dealer within a predetermined period. In addition, when the vehicle is discarded, the agent management unit 434 may maintain the agents associated with the vehicle for a fee. In this case, the fee is paid as a data maintenance fee or a maintenance fee, for example. Thus, even when a vehicle is temporarily abandoned due to a long-term business trip, job movement, or the like, the cultivated agents are managed by the agent server 400. Thus, when a vehicle is newly purchased several years later or the like, the vehicle can be used in association with the cultured agent.

When the agent management unit 434 maintains the agent of the vehicle for a fee, the agent can be used as the agent function of the portable terminal 200 of the user U1. Thus, for example, when the user U1 moves around at a work location in a foreign country and moves a mobile object such as a bicycle or a manual taxi, the agent can have an interaction with the user U1, and can perform route guidance, store introduction, and the like.

The intelligent system according to the above embodiment includes: an agent function section 150 that provides a service including a response by sound according to the speech of the user U1; and an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating that the user has purchased a vehicle, an in-vehicle device, or a service from a predetermined sales dealer, wherein the agent function unit changes a function that can be executed by the agent function unit based on the information acquired by the acquisition unit, thereby making it possible to improve the purchase enthusiasm of the user at the predetermined sales dealer.

Further, according to the embodiment, for example, when a predetermined sales dealer such as a regular dealer (including an official website) providing a product or a service purchases the product or the service, the agent can be used and grown up, and therefore, even if the amount of money is large, the purchase enthusiasm of the user who wants to purchase the product or the service at the regular dealer can be improved.

In the embodiment, the agent server 400 may be controlled so as to recommend the use of a regular sales shop from the agent to the user U1. Thus, for example, in a business model in which the battery 90 is replaced or reused, the battery 90 can be efficiently collected. In this case, the agent server 400 may add a service such as upgrading of an agent to the user corresponding to the recommendation of the agent.

In the above-described embodiment, some or all of the functions of the agent device 100 may be included in the agent server 400. For example, the management unit 110 and the storage unit 170 mounted on the vehicle M may be provided in the agent server 400. In addition, some or all of the functions of the agent server 400 may be included in the agent device 100. That is, the division of the functions in the agent device 100 and the agent server 400 may be appropriately changed according to the components of the respective devices, the scale of the agent server 400 and the agent system, and the like. The division of the functions in the agent device 100 and the agent server 400 may be set for each vehicle.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
