The operation steps are repeated circularly through the preservative circulating pump 433, and the preservative water curtain is used for showering the oranges, so that the oranges are prevented from being soaked in the preservative for a long time, and the problem that the preservative cannot be sprayed comprehensively in a spraying mode is also avoided.

The water curtain platform 42 comprises a plurality of water curtain generating devices which are arranged in parallel with the roller conveyor belt 41, and a plurality of water curtain spray heads are uniformly distributed on the water curtain generating devices; or the water curtain generating device is a water curtain spray head; or the water curtain generating device is a flat plate made of special materials, and the preservative flowing through the surface of the water curtain generating device at a certain flow rate forms an integral water curtain when flowing out downwards.

The fruit sorting device 6 comprises an automatic control host 61, a fruit cup circulating device 62 and an output hole 63 for sorting the oranges under the fruit cup circulating device 62, wherein the fruit cup circulating device 62 comprises an infrared monitor, a CCD color selector 621, a circulating fruit cup chain 622 and a fruit cup 623 arranged on the circulating fruit cup chain 622. A plurality of fruit cups of uniform diameter are arranged in parallel on the circulating fruit cup chain 622 for simultaneous grading of multiple oranges.

The automatic control host 61 performs color sorting and grading on the citrus fruit to be sorted in the fruit cup 623 scanned by the color sorter 621, grades the weight of the citrus fruit to be sorted in the fruit cup 623 measured by the weight sensor, and sends an instruction to the circulating fruit cup chain 622 to enable the designated fruit cup 623 to reach the designated citrus fruit sorting outlet 63, and simultaneously starts the electromagnetic valve of the citrus fruit sorting outlet 63 to enable the elastic sheet of the electromagnetic valve to bounce and incline the fruit cup 623, so that the citrus fruit falls into the designated citrus fruit sorting outlet 63, and sorting is completed. Preferably, the preset weight grade in the weight comparison module is divided into 7 weight grades according to the weight of the wok orange.
