Technical Field

Background

The closer is a device used in medicine to replace manual suture, and the main working principle is to use anastomotic nails to perform separation or anastomosis on tissues, similar to a stapler; according to different application ranges, the surgical instrument can be mainly divided into a skin closer, a circular digestive tract (esophagus, stomach and intestine and the like) closer, a rectum closer, a circular hemorrhoid closer, a circumcision closer, a blood vessel closer, a hernia closer, a lung cutting and suturing device and the like.

Although current closures work well in cutting tissue and suturing an incision, the inventors have found in practice that current closures suffer from disadvantages, particularly:

when the closer sews the tissue, the tissue contacts with the nail bin on the closer, and the anastomotic nails in the nail bin are injected into the cavity channel, for the operation that the cavity channel needs to be cut and sewed to form a channel, usually an auxiliary device is needed, a baffle is stretched into the cavity channel, the baffle and the nail bin jointly act on the cavity channel, thereby realizing the sewing of the cavity channel, but when the cavity channel is not cut and sewed, the cross section of the cavity channel is circular, when the cavity channel is cut, the cavity channel is flat, for the cavity channels with different thicknesses, the difference between the outer diameter of the cavity channel and the inner diameter of the cavity channel is different, if the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the cavity channel is larger, the part of the tissue on the cavity channel close to the outer diameter is not sewed, the sewing effect is poor, and after the linear cutting and sewing, the cavity channel wall is pulled straight in the curved state and then the cavity channel is sewed, because the anastomotic nails limit the shape of the cavity channel, the cavity channel is bent by the expansion and contraction of the tissue between two adjacent staples, so that the bending degree of the cavity channel at the suturing part is reduced, and the annular channel through which the separated tissue can pass is difficult to form in the cavity channel for cutting and suturing so as to take out the separated tissue from the cavity channel.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, there is a need to design a staple cartridge device that can facilitate the extraction of the separated tissue from the channel-forming cavity after the cutting and suturing of the cavity.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: aiming at the defects of the nail bin on the current closer in the practical use process, the step-by-step arc-shaped nail bin which is convenient for taking separated tissues out of a cavity channel forming a channel is provided.
